The room was spacious and clean. Slippers were also provided. The villa room is a short walk from the hotel front desk, but the staff carried it for us, which was very helpful. You can also enjoy Portuguese cuisine at the restaurant. Note that breakfast starts late, at 8:00 AM.

Overall Summary: First-class ocean view pool, second-class room facilities, third-class breakfast. Firstly, the hotel is right next to the Atlantic Ocean, offering a breathtaking view of the ocean and the fresh sea air. The pool is also huge, a saltwater pool, definitely worth experiencing. The only problem is that the Atlantic water is too cold 🥶. The room facilities are somewhat average, and the breakfast is not up to four-star hotel standards. Especially when it's crowded, the coffee machine often runs out of water and milk, making the experience less than ideal.

La camera è in realtà un grazioso mini appartamento con camera, bagno e cucina con buoni spazi a disposizione. Avrebbe bisogno di qualche lavoretto di manutenzione (la porta della doccia non chiude bene, pareti un po' rovinate, filtro del bagno cieco non pulito...) La pulizia generale è buona, peccato solo per il pesante odore di fritto presente all'interno (non abbiamo capito se qualcuno avesse cucinato o se veniva dell'esterno, pur tenendo aperte le finestre non è andato via). La host ci ha accolti con molta gentilezza parlando bene in inglese. La posizione è molto comoda per raggiungere la zona centrale a piedi ma è assolutamente sconsigliato arrivarci in auto. Pochi giorni prima dell'arrivo abbiamo ricevuto una mail da LovelyStay.com che ci informava che il centro storico è interdetto alle auto dei turisti e ci suggeriva una via vicina dove parcheggiare. La via in questione è stretta e con pochissimi parcheggi a bordo strada e impostandola sul navigatore non si trova. Dopo oltre 3 ore alla ricerca di un parcheggio con code chilometriche abbiamo lasciato l'auto in stazione e pagato un taxi per arrivare alla struttura (c'è anche l'autobus che arriva nella piazzetta principale). Ovviamente il traffico congestionato non è colpa di chi gestisce la struttura ma ritengo che sia necessario informare meglio chi la deve raggiungere per evitare disagi. Pur essendo partiti con ampio anticipo da Lisbona abbiamo mancato l'ingresso a Quinta de Regaleira, che purtroppo non siamo riusciti a vedere, perdendo anche i soldi del biglietto per 2 persone.

Hotel location is very good, very close to Sintra train station ~ convenient connection to Sintra! The front desk staff was also very enthusiastic, giving us a detailed explanation of the local gameplay ~ there is a small balcony next to the restaurant!

Struttura bella come da descrizione. Staff molto gentile e disponibile sia all'accoglienza che per il resto del soggiorno. Camera come da descrizione, confortevole e pulita. Forse il letto un pò ”molle” ma perchè preferisco le strutture più rigide. Colazione varia e abbondante, con i prodotti che venivano integrati una volta terminati, servita in uno spazio molto bello. Parcheggio interno che vista la tipologia del territorio e la quantità di turisti è stato molto importante. Dista circa 10' a piedi dal centro o dalla stazione

The hotel is still at the stage of the interior finishing, the builder works, the entrance to the second floor on the other side. The number is small, with a cut roof, I am normal, but people of high height, as my husband may not fit. Sunozles separate from rooms, will not suit those who love their own. It was a minus, now a plus The second floor is a clean, modern, comfortable hotel, a pleasant eye. I went to a big sauna and I want to say that washing through a small open window to the mountains and the green was indefinitely pleasant! People in the hotel were a little, it was almost always free. Also on the second floor there is a terrace with a view to the city, one table and two chairs that we took and arranged dinner with wine. We had a beautiful view of the Mount with the Mavrov Castle, and the cafe was sitting on the streets with a company and a guy playing and singing on the guitar, which also added to the fascinating tonight. And in front of the terrace something like a kitchen with microwave oven, teapot, couch and table/chairs. Down, where the first floor, there is also a terrace, but we were not there, there too cozy. Therefore, in general, I liked the stay very much, there were difficulties only with settlement. The location is perfect, a few minutes from waiting was shown by the Sintra. I would stop here again on the second floor.

Lovely small hotel with attention to detail in Sintra. Only stayed one night but found the staff friendly and the facilities of high quality. A small fridge would have been handy but I notice these are not common in Portugal. Close to transport, attractions, restaurants and shopping, this hotel would be a good choice for anyone visiting the area.

Very basic room with almost no amenities. The room is very dark with only bedside lamps and a basically useless hanging lamp. The toilet door knob is broken so we couldn’t close the door. The hanging lamp was not working when we first entered the room but receptionist was very helpful to help us change the light bulb, only to realise it’s so dim so basically useless.
