The hotel is very close to the railway station, and it is easy to find it according to the navigation. The outside courtyard is beautiful, and the lobby and public areas are also beautiful. However, because it is an old house, there is no elevator, and if you live on a high floor, you have to carry your suitcase to go up. This is basically the problem in hotels where you live in old houses in Portugal. We booked a suite with a small loft and a small balcony outside the loft with a nice view. Breakfast is their own coffee shop, not with the place where they live, it is very close, less than 5 minutes. Breakfast is Western style, with bread, cheese, desserts, fruits, a cup of juice and coffee per person, which is quite hearty.

Unique design. Facility is slightly dated. Location is okay, require slight walking to get to main roads.

Dear Sir, I am checking out in your hotel on Sept 10, can you help me to ask your floor keeper to check in Rm 407 if they can find a small organizer in dark color with an ID car inside , they may check the locker , drawer and whatever place they can find in the room . Thank you in advance for your help .

Right in the center with central parking. Very nice (unheated outdoor pool) and great breakfast. Friendly staff and beautiful location. Would for sure stay here again in the future.

Oh, it was an unforgettable experience. The settlement at 4:00, no one sends the code, although before that we were written off and everything was ok. 30 minutes later, the girl sent the instruction with the words ”I have sent you already. Ok, I will send again.” It turned out that the girl confused us with another tenant. We were in touch with this girl 20 minutes later and tried to figure out why she sent me and him the same room number and code. We got it and went to the second floor of the hotel, our room was there. The hotel is still at the stage of the interior finishing, the builder works, the entrance to the second floor on the other side. The number is small, with a cut roof, I am normal, but people of high height, as my husband may not fit. Sunozles separate from rooms, will not suit those who love their own. It was a minus, now a plus The second floor is a clean, modern, comfortable hotel, a pleasant eye. I went to a big sauna and I want to say that washing through a small open window to the mountains and the green was indefinitely pleasant! People in the hotel were a little, it was almost always free. Also on the second floor there is a terrace with a view to the city, one table and two chairs that we took and arranged dinner with wine. We had a beautiful view of the Mount with the Mavrov Castle, and the cafe was sitting on the streets with a company and a guy playing and singing on the guitar, which also added to the fascinating tonight. And in front of the terrace something like a kitchen with microwave oven, teapot, couch and table/chairs. Down, where the first floor, there is also a terrace, but we were not there, there too cozy. Therefore, in general, I liked the stay very much, there were difficulties only with settlement. The location is perfect, a few minutes from waiting was shown by the Sintra. I would stop here again on the second floor.

Very quite and nice place, hotel has 4-5 swimming pools and children’s playground very good for family, only the location is not in the central of sintra and difficult to find.

L'hotel si trova nel paesino di Colares: il centro del paese è a circa 2 km dall'albergo e offre diversi ristoranti e un buon supermercato della catena Continente: è un ottimo punto di partenza per chi voglia visitare le località di Sintra, Cascais. Estori, Cabo de Rocal o per le spiagge vicine. Dispone di parcheggio privato, ma i posti sono pochi. La struttura è molto bella ed i punti di forza sono sicuramente la sala comune con biliardo e pianoforte, la terrazza e l'incantevole giardino nel quale riposarsi. La camera nel complesso, purtroppo, è inferiore al resto dell'albergo: arredamento datato ed un po' kitsch (il comodino era letteralmente un tronco d'albero che a mala pena sosteneva la lampada, perciò non potevi appoggiare neppure il cellulare...) e bagno assolutamente da rivedere soprattutto i sanitari vecchi e a la doccia pericolosa con il piano che sembrava sprofondare. Buona, comunque, la pulizia e la qualità del sonno con letto comodo e nessun rumore (la stanza affacciava sul giardino) Buona e abbondante la colazione con tutto il necessario dal dolce al salato. Una nota positiva va allo staff: sono tutti molto cordiali e gentili. Nel complesso buon rapporto qualità/ prezzo tenuto conto della zona e consigliato per chi viaggia in auto

Very basic room with almost no amenities. The room is very dark with only bedside lamps and a basically useless hanging lamp. The toilet door knob is broken so we couldn’t close the door. The hanging lamp was not working when we first entered the room but receptionist was very helpful to help us change the light bulb, only to realise it’s so dim so basically useless.
