"The hotels location was ideally set in the old town of Wroclaw. Staff were very helpful, friendly as well as professional. Our room was lively however overlooked a night club that was opened to 6am. Next time we visit we will ask for a court yard view as the street noise was loud particularly over the weekend. We love Wyndham hotels and will definitely be back again in the summer of 2026 to stay again."

"The location is perfect and located nearby the old town district. The room is very large which include a clean kitchen and toilet. Unfortunately, the ceiling in our toilet suffered from water leakage. Yet, the staff are very helpful to help us solve it at the midnight and offer us another room but in another hotel. Although we rejected to move to another place since it’s already too late. The problem were quickly solved next day which is perfect."

"The first thing to point out is the great location: right in the heart of the city, in front of Wrocław's iconic town hall (visible from the windows of the ”common room” on the 3rd floor, see my photos). Despite the area being almost constantly busy with tourists, we didn't hear any noise from our room, which faced the inner courtyard. The room, on the 2nd floor, was tiny but sufficient. The common kitchen is equipped with a fridge. The showers are of push-button type, each dose annoyingly short, and the cabins are small and have no clothes hangers. You need a strategy to avoid your things get wet, or keep them outside the cabin. No elevators in the building. The whole place (except the classy common room) is slightly shabby and could be tidier and cleaner, but it is a clean and decent hostel overall. Upon checking out, we were able to keep our luggage in the hostel until the evening, for which we are very grateful."

"The hotel is about a 10 min walk from Wroclaw train station, and also about a 10 minute walk to the old town square where the Christmas market was. Perfectly situated I must say. The room was well maintained, and I really appreciated the wall in the bathroom that was heated (warm towel and clothes after shower in winter = bliss). The staff were all very friendly and helpful, sharing with us the map of the attractions and also bringing to our attention all shops would be closed on Sundays l. We had the most enjoyable stay here."

"The hotel is directly opposite the train station and it's easy to find. But the hotel front desk is at the side entrance. No breakfast at the hotel. If you want to eat breakfast, you need to add 30 PLN per person separately, and you have to go across the street to eat. The room is relatively large and the inside is relatively clean. The house card is the card and the key together. Cards sometimes don't work, the door won't open, and a key is needed to open the door. The front desk was nice. Overall cost-effective."

"I stayed here with a friend for one nights and was honestly surprised by how well-equipped the apartment was. We had a microwave, induction hob, cooking utensils, dishes, and even a proper sink and workspace—it’s the kind of setup you usually don’t get at this price range. The room was clean and bright, the bathroom was spotless, and yes—the air conditioning actually works! It was such a relief after spending a long hot day walking around the city. There was no hairdryer, which is something to note, but overall the comfort level was great. Location-wise, it’s a bit far from the city center—we decided to walk and it took us about 50 minutes on foot (yes, we’re a bit crazy). But it’s also reachable by public transport if you prefer not to go full-pilgrimage mode like we did. All in all, it’s a great spot for travelers who want a quiet, clean, and functional base for exploring Wrocław. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Not far from the old town of Brozlaw, access was good and the staff were friendly. There were a lot of guests at breakfast, so when all the food was consumed, it was not refilled quickly, so I was waiting for a while, but it seemed difficult for two people to serve, and the staff seemed to have to be replenished. Overall it was a spacious and pleasant hotel."

"What a great find! Lovely hotel in a convenient location. Genuinely helpful and knowledgable staff. Good service and all food/drink beautifully presented with care and attention to detail. We had a classic king room, comfortable big bed and chaise , beautiful yet simple decor, with a nod to the 1930's art deco style , spacious acccommodation, modern bathroom with quality fittings, well equipped room with safe, minibar, coffee machine, desk, plenty of hanging space/ drawers, range of lighting to create different moods. close to train station, tram stop and 106 bus stop from airport , yet quiet overnight. Had spa facilities to ourselves on the two occasions we used them during a 4 night stay - Jacuzzi, sauna, turkish and attached Gym. Chocolate time was an added bonus. Decor in attached cafe and restaurant also lovely. Staff advised hotel was recently refurbished. Really good value accommodation- great base for a city break. Wrocław is a wonderful city (As a traveller from UK it is a ' hidden gem') and we hope to be back soon. Would choose this hotel again."

KkthérèseI had a wonderful stay at this apartment-hotel. It’s located right in the heart of the market square, making it perfect for exploring the area. Despite being in such a central location, it was very quiet at night and I was able to sleep well. The apartment itself is modern, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean. I was especially glad to have a washing machine available, which made my stay much more convenient. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort and great location!

DDariuszThe location is obviously the biggest plus. A very good view of the city and relatively close to many landmarks. The apartment we stayed in was very spacious with comfortable beds, sofas, excellent cooking and bathroom facilities. However, the carpets on corridors were quite dirty. It was also quite difficult to find parking lots allocated to the apartments. Actually, I found out that the parking fee is exactly the same as the fee in the adjacent Sky Tower mall, which is disappointing.

ZZumreThe staff were friendly and very kind. My boyfriend had an online meeting in the morning and when we asked the reception, they arranged a meeting room for him. In addition, our room was clean and very nice. All our needs were met. You should definitely add breakfast when booking the hotel. The breakfast was amazing. The location was also very good. We usually preferred to walk, but there are tram stops and nextbike bicycles right in front of the hotel. Thank you very much to the hotel staff for everything. 😊😊😊

GGuest UserGreat location across the street from the main train station. Two blocks from the 106 airport bus stop. I booked a smaller room, twin beds, which I found comfortable. The breakfast was average. By that, I mean there was no method to warm the food they offered, like the crepes or pancakes. They did have a warmer for the scrambled eggs, at least. There was no toaster. They offered fruit and dessert. An assortment of coffee and tea.

AAnonymous UserOur stay at Hotel Europejski Wrocław was a mixed experience, with both positives and areas for improvement. Booking the hotel was a breeze, especially through Trip.com. The process was straightforward and hassle-free, which added to the convenience of our trip. The location is fantastic, offering easy access to the city centre and public transportation. One of the highlights of our stay was the mulled wine and winter tea served at the hotel café. They were absolutely delightful and perfect for the chilly winter weather! The room ambience was almost similar to Hotel Hetman in Warsaw—cozy and functional—but there were some issues. Every time we entered, the room smelled like wet carpet, which was unpleasant. Additionally, it lacked basic amenities such as an iron, ironing board, fridge, and slippers, which was disappointing. The room also wasn’t warm enough for winter, although the water heater and pressure were consistent, which was a relief. Unfortunately, the walls were quite thin, and we could hear our neighbours talking, which affected the overall comfort. Housekeeping did an excellent job of ensuring the room was tidy, though they strictly followed the “clean my room” tag system. On one occasion, even with the tag hung, our room wasn’t cleaned, but it was resolved the next day. The café staff were friendly and attentive, even though one staff member had limited English. Their effort to serve us to the best of their ability was commendable. Breakfast, however, was underwhelming, especially compared to our previous stays at Hotel Hetman in Warsaw and Hampton by Hilton Krakow Airport, which offered a more varied and higher-quality breakfast experience. Overall, while the hotel has its advantages, such as its location, easy booking process, and some friendly staff, the room conditions, breakfast, and service inconsistencies leave room for improvement. That said, don’t miss the mulled wine and winter tea if you stay here!

GGuest UserThis is a nice and modern hostel located just in the middle between central railway station and city centre. Rooms are large and clean, each one has it's own toilet and shower. Kitchen is for an additional fee but it's fully equipped and clean, so would highly recommend to pay for it. In addition you will have access to huge dining room and usually there are no people at all so it's possible to use it for work as well. Some drawbacks: no aircons, so it can be very hot during summer and if windows are facing the street it can be quite noisy. There was no soap in the shower and it would be good to put curtains between the beds otherwise if you use bed light at night it will disturb your neighbours. A common problem for the rooms with several beds is you can occasionally get a snoring neighbour...

GGuest UserExcellent location (very close to town center), ideal as a starting for for town trips. The place is not a modern (glass and brick) hotel, it is located in an old-style building, old-fashioned, but if you spend time out in town, it does not matter. No air conditioning so it could matter if you get to visit the place during hot summer. There are pubs nearby so (I guess) it could get noisy (I guess as I did not experience this during my stay).
