(Airport hotel is my scale of basic). The restaurant quite expensive, quality average. Not recommended. Breakfast basic. Will I stay there again? - definitely not."

"A very disappointing stay. After booking, the hotel barely responded to messages. I only received a partial answer to one question on the day of arrival. The biggest problem: the hotel failed to inform guests that there would be a complete power cut, elevators, and lights outage from 11:30 PM to 6:00 AM. We learned about this accidentally from a note in the elevator. We stayed on the 42nd floor, and the emergency exits were locked. This is simply unsafe. The room was also substandard: a dirty table, a stained sofa, and no wardrobe or even basic hangers. For safety reasons, we left the hotel before nightfall. I expect a refund for this stay."

"My overall experience at The Bridge Wroclaw MGallery was excellent. The hotel is located near Wroclaw's historic district, in a quiet and atmospheric neighborhood, making it very convenient for visiting Cathedral Island, the Old Town, and taking strolls along the river. The building exterior has a stylish design, and the interior blends modern industrial aesthetics with warm lighting. The lobby, restaurant, and public areas are all very photogenic. The room was spacious and tidy, with comfortable bedding and good soundproofing. The bathroom facilities were well-appointed, making for a very relaxing stay. The front desk service was professional and friendly, and check-in and inquiries were handled quickly. The rooftop sauna, lounge area, and river views were a definite plus, and the breakfast selection was quite extensive. It offers both a holiday feel and easy access for city exploration, making it suitable for solo travelers, couples, or weekend getaways. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Wroclaw."

This was not to be as its a baby training pool in the evenings. Also unfortunately no restaurant services available at this hotel either. "If I could give 0 starts I would. WORSE hotel experience of my life and much closer to being a 2 star than a 5. I stayed after a friend’s wedding and would never ever return here. Not only was my suite dirty but the shampoo and conditioner had not been restocked, The worse thing though was the fact they LOCKED me into the spa, honestly unbelievable. They did not check to see if anyone was in there, they turned off all the lights and locked all the doors. THE MOST UNSAFE HOTEL ever. No fire lights no fire doors, no alarms no phone to ring. I rang the concierge to no avail, I have recorded all this and raised a complaint and they stoped email back and just ignored me. THEY DO NOT CARE for your wellbeing or to give a response to any complaints. DO NOT GO HERE."

"The only positive aspect of this place is its central location, just a few minutes’ walk from the market square. Unfortunately, the reviews I read before booking did not reflect the reality of my stay. The room I was given was extremely small, dark, and—most concerning—had unclean bedding. The sheets were stained, and I experienced severe itching throughout the night. Although I had booked two nights, I left after the first and moved to Lux Apart-Hotel in the market square, which was far superior and only slightly more expensive."
