"I booked a bed in a 6-bed dormitory. The dormitory is large enough, so you do not feel packed at all. The bed is a bunk bed, with a fair enough good mattress. For this dorm, you have access to an ensuite bathroom (shower, toilet, sink). All were clean. You also have access to a kitchen for 5pln. The common space is smal but nice. The WiFi is good. You have 500Mo for free. unlimited data for 3.99pln! Towel rental for 5pln + 10pln refundable deposit. Breakfast buffet for 19.99pln. 250m away from Zabka mini market. 1.5km away from Rynek main square. 750m away from bus stop 106 that goes to the airport. 850m away from Glowny train station. With regards to the staff, I was welcomed by Natalia, who is super nice and very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place for a short or a long stay."

"What can I say a gem of a hotel within easy walking distance to the town square, the staff were warm and welcoming, the room we had was a deluxe double that overlooked a church and was spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfortable, the only negative and this is very minor we struggled to find the entrance at first on arrival not realising we needed to go down an alley way at the front of the building. Thanks for a lovely stay we would not hesitate to use this hotel again 🥰"

"In fact, overall I think it is a very good hotel. The decoration of the room is very classic European style, but there are some small shortcomings that make me really angry! But I must admit that overall I am very satisfied because it is still very clean, the room is quite big, the location is good, and the Wi-Fi is very fast. 1. The attitude at the front desk is very bad. When I checked in last night, the boy didn't smile at all. He was impatient with my requests! I think that as a hotel, you should have the most basic service attitude when facing guests, and you should have the most basic smile between people, but he gave me the feeling that he hates this job at all. 2. There is no sound insulation between the rooms. In the room he gave me at the beginning, the two people next to me spoke very loudly. I could hear them clearly in the room. I asked to change rooms, but he ignored me. She said there was no way to change, but later I was aggressive and really got angry. I said I wanted to change rooms, so she gave me room 806. 3. You can basically hear the sound of the tram outside in the room, but it is quiet at night. The sound of the tram comes again the next morning. Fortunately, it is not serious."

"My overall experience at The Bridge Wroclaw MGallery was excellent. The hotel is located near Wroclaw's historic district, in a quiet and atmospheric neighborhood, making it very convenient for visiting Cathedral Island, the Old Town, and taking strolls along the river. The building exterior has a stylish design, and the interior blends modern industrial aesthetics with warm lighting. The lobby, restaurant, and public areas are all very photogenic. The room was spacious and tidy, with comfortable bedding and good soundproofing. The bathroom facilities were well-appointed, making for a very relaxing stay. The front desk service was professional and friendly, and check-in and inquiries were handled quickly. The rooftop sauna, lounge area, and river views were a definite plus, and the breakfast selection was quite extensive. It offers both a holiday feel and easy access for city exploration, making it suitable for solo travelers, couples, or weekend getaways. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Wroclaw."

"The water dispenser in the hallway, available to all hotel guests, was a disaster. Every time it was used, it switched on by itself, making such a loud noise that it even woke me up. I also wasn't happy with the minibar's contents. There was no indication anywhere that using the minibar was not free, which I felt was unfair. Furthermore, it was completely stocked with alcohol – not ideal for people with alcohol problems or those who prefer not to consume alcohol. Otherwise, the hotel was generally good. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the rooms were nicely furnished. However, one disappointment was that I had been really looking forward to swimming in the hotel pool and using the sauna – both of which were advertised as included. Neither the website nor a previous phone call mentioned that these facilities had been closed for renovations for over three weeks. Overall, I was satisfied and would give the hotel a second chance 🙋🏼♂️🌹"

"Great hotel, clean room and nice shower, coffee dispenser, comfortable bed and pillows and a really nice view of the river. Very close proximity to the town, just 5-6 min walk in a quiet place. Negatives are they need a deposit of 500 PLN, a bit too much and the area around is a bit deteriorated or there are road works around."
