"Adequate. Clean but tired brown decor was a bit depressing & could do with a refresh.. Didn't order breakfast but was overpriced compared to lovely place I stayed in the night before. (Only stayed here as had to extend stay in Lodz & everywhere else booked out with a rock concert in town). Night reception was helpful when bedside lamps didn't work. Wouldn't bother returning."

"The hotel is located close to the city center. The location allows for quick and easy sightseeing. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and modern, with excellent staff service. The breakfast is excellent – a very large selection. It's hard to find anything to complain about, but I will mention one thing: the restaurant has a menu with a short list of items. Despite this, on October 12, 2025, there were no appetizers available. I was eager to have the steak tartare, but unfortunately, it was not available, even though it was on the menu. If I had known beforehand, I would have eaten at (...)."

GGuest UserWe stayed here at the end of September. At night the temperature outside was around 10°C, and the room was extremely cold. There was no heating at all – not even radiators, which is very strange for a four-star hotel.
The only option was the air conditioner blowing warm air, but it was directed straight at the bed, which was very uncomfortable, so we had to turn it off. As a result, the room simply could not be heated.
In the bathroom there was a small infrared heater, but it was almost useless and didn’t really warm the space. Taking a shower and stepping out into such cold air was very unpleasant.
Luckily, we stayed only one night, but we were freezing the whole time. Definitely not what you expect from a hotel of this category.

AAlexey_SwissUnser Aufenthalt hier war rundum gelungen. Das Zimmer war ruhig und trotzdem sehr zentral gelegen alles, was man braucht, lag direkt vor der Haustür. Essensmöglichkeiten und Einkaufsgelegenheiten für den täglichen Bedarf waren in unmittelbarer Nähe, was den Aufenthalt äusserst angenehm und komfortabel machte.
Das Zimmer selbst war sehr sauber, grosszügig geschnitten und mit einem herrlich gemütlichen Bett ausgestattet, in dem wir wunderbar geschlafen haben. Der Charme des Zimmers hat uns sofort angesprochen stilvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet.
Praktisch war auch die vorhandene Küche, die für die eigene Verpflegung bestens ausgestattet war. Parkplätze standen ebenfalls zur Verfügung, wobei die Einfahrt etwas eng ausfällt dennoch ein klarer Pluspunkt.
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die ein charmantes, sauberes und zentrales Zuhause auf Zeit suchen.

GGuest UserImpressive stay at the hotel with original concept in a cosy stylish old building. The genuine atmosphere based on old cinema vibes, there is even a small cinema hall on the premices with a classic films shown in the evening.
Very friendly welcoming professional service.
The room is spacious and cozy, with good internet, there is kitchen corner and all amenities provided, and to crown it all, - a high quality coffee machine with capsules available all day. There is only one note, - for those who care about healthy sleep and for China guests in particular the mattress should nave been a bit less soft.
The breakfast is good, with original local notes like zurek soup and fresh apple pancakes, the in-house restaurant is also worth visiting, but the adjacent area also bustles with nice restaurants and cafes to enjoy.

GGuest UserHostel tworzony z pasją. Za niewielką cenę nie spodziewałam się wiele, wręcz niemożliwe wydawało mi się zapewnienie godnych warunków za cenę ponad dwa razy niższą niż w hotelu. Rzadko kiedy zdarza się tak pozytywnie zaskoczyć! Łazienka w porządku, miejsce do przygotowania posiłku, nawet telewizor w pokoju. Przydałby się przedłużacz żeby móc swobodnie naładować telefon. Łódź jest zdecydowanie warta, żeby odwiedzać ją częściej, nawet jeśli budżet jest raczej skromny. Bardzo fajne i bezpieczne miejsce, polecam!

I was able to store my luggage after checking out.
Also, after checking out, I was saved by consulting about a little personal trouble. The correspondence of the front desk was good.
However, it was a little disappointing that there was no elevator until I went to the front desk because there was only a staircase and there was no elevator until I went to the entrance because it was difficult for a girl with a large carry But other than that, I am satisfied.

GGuest UserHostel with general quality like hotel but very poor noise cancellation, you can hear everything from corridor and other rooms. Bathrooms were ok, there is also sink in rooms. When price is attractive it can be worth a try but keep in mind you can have worse sleep than in standard hotel.
