"I have stayed in this hotel several times, on business. I think it is fairly OK for a short stay and relatively unexpensive. The area looks horrible - the houses on the same street should have been renovated years ago. There is one major nuisance at the hotel itself, namely, in the rooms from the front the tramway can be very clearly heard and felt (vibrations) - and it passes by very frequently. For those with sleep disturbances it may be a major problem, for those without (as me) - once I get asleep, no tramway is able to wake me up. At my last stay I noticed that the hotel now makes a difference in price between the rooms from the front and the other rooms. I took one at the back and had no problem with the tram. The rooms are not luxurious, but clean and comfortable. The bed is OK. There is a lift, of course. The hotel has a restaurant with room service. The breakfasts indeed could be better in a three-star hotel, however I would not state "unpalatable" as some other reviewers. I had no problems with hotel staff - they have always been friendly towards me. The hotel offers a discount for owners of Citibank Poland Visa cards."

"I don't know how many stars this "hotel" has but I wouldn't give it any. I've never lived in such a mess. I don't know if only my room was earmarked for renovation but my stay there was one big disaster. The room was dirty, towels were torn, sheets had holes, furniture was damaged, air conditioning didn't work. Breakfast: dirty glasses, cups, cutlery. I absolutely do not recommend it. I will never go there again."

The room was spacious and clean; everything was good. The breakfast, however, was average and nothing special. As I said, a good hotel, and therefore 3 out of 5."

"The hotel was clean, breakfast was nice and there is a large SPA with a pool, steam bath, dry sauna and jacuzzi. I recommend. There is space in the rooms and facilities, conference room, etc. The matress and pillows need a bit more comfort, maybe it is a good idea to order extra pillows."

"A hostel created with passion. For the low price, I didn't expect much; it seemed impossible to provide decent conditions for less than half the price of a hotel. It's rare to be so pleasantly surprised! The bathroom was fine, there was a place to prepare meals, and even a TV in the room. An extension cord would be useful to easily charge your phone. Łódź is definitely worth visiting more often, even if your budget is rather tight. A very nice and safe place, I recommend it!"

"Superb outside, even better inside! This aparthotel is the perfect spot for both shorter and longer stays in Łódź. The extremely friendly staff (greetings to the gentleman at the reception), beautiful interiors, impeccable cleanliness, very comfortable mattress and pillows (I wish I had them at home), good amenities (I only missed tea cups), and a great location (very close to public transportation and Piotrkowska Street). If I ever find myself in Łódź again, I will definitely stay in the same place. Highly recommended! "

"This was a clean, comfortable place with a bit of a cold business feel to it. It's in a gated complex in a non-descript neighborhood of a city that doesn't seem to have a real center. It's a short walk to the tram line that takes you to the main sights. The living/dining/kitchen area was very spacious, and all the facilities were new and worked perfectly. Super comfy mattress and plump pillows, blackout curtains, good climate control. The kitchen was not particularly well stocked, which was the story pretty much everywhere we stayed in Poland. They don't use cloth dish towels or toast their bread, apparently. There was a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities, which was nice. The receptionist was helpful and pleasant. We didn't have the breakfast buffet, but it looked decent."
