"The hotel was lovely, but what was most beautiful were the people at the hotel. They were all so welcoming and friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay a memorable one. The gentleman that made my room up everyday whilst I was there, Mohir, was always polite and respectful and was always happy to get me water bottle refills. He also occasionally made-up the room with special and unique decor which was a lovely surprise when done. Absolutely loved that! Then the lovely young lady on pool/restaurant duty, Neema, was an absolute delight! She was friendly and easy to talk too and I had a great time getting to know her too. The restaurant also had staff that were always courteous and friendly with me. In particular, Jowel, went above and beyond to ensure that I was always happy with the food and drinks (especially coffee refills) and ensured that my gluten-free diet was always accommodated. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would go back in a heart beat! The location of the hotel is pretty convenient too. Especially for beach lovers wanting to swim at bikini beach and the infinity pool is the best way to end the day with sunset watching. It was an unforgettable stay!"

"Amazing Stay at Arena Beach Hotel Beautiful beach vibes with a clean, hotel-allocated beach front long beach with refreshing dring service. and an infinity pool with stunning sunset views. Rooms are clean with sea view, with basic amenities with daily water, tea/ coffee, and towels are provided.Special thanks to Abishek from HK he was very attentive he acknowledges my request and resolved very quickly as my bathroom faucet was leaking. Food & Drinks: Wide buffet & à la carte options at affordable prices, with non-alcoholic beverages. Dinner with live music made evenings extra special. Sisha option was also a alternative choice as island not serving alcohol. Breakfast buffet was good healthy choice with friendly service staff specially Hasan ali (friendly and professional man) Abash attentive and prompt service.Hasim/mahmood and one indian lady from Lucknow( good recommendation and suggestive selling) Nightlife & Activities: Relaxing and charming nightlife. Night vibes was really amazing dining ambience is same as five star resort level. Water sports like stingrays and sharks snorkelling and Sandbank full days tours were unforgettable. Reservations cheking and checkout processes was little tired For guests on long journeys who arrive early at the airport (e.g., 9:00 AM) but have transfers to the island only at 13:00, consider providing alternative options such as a comfortable lounge, refreshments, or earlier boat transfers. Waiting 4+ hours after a long 9-hour flight can be tiring, so small adjustments would greatly improve guest experience. "We booked 4 rooms in total, and 3 of them were upgraded free of charge, which was a pleasant surprise. The jetty is conveniently located right in front of the hotel, making transfers very easy. The hotel is very new, spacious, and well-maintained. Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The best part of this hotel is the rooftop, where you can enjoy a panoramic view of the entire Maafushi Island. It’s a perfect spot to relax, watch the sunset, and take in the beautiful island scenery."

"Before leaving China, we contacted the manager of the hotel. He arranged for staff to pick us up at the airport and helped us buy speedboat tickets for 20 US dollars each. At the dock, the staff used a cart to carry all our luggage to the room upstairs. The service was thoughtful and enthusiastic. The room was large, the supplies were very new, and the living was very comfortable. There were 4 kinds of breakfast every morning, you could choose one or combine two breakfasts. The service staff was very responsive and enthusiastic. We were worried that there would not be enough water on the island and we needed to buy mineral water with US dollars, but the hotel provided unlimited drinking water. We were worried that there might be a lot of mosquitoes on the island. We communicated with the manager before checking in and asked him to spray insecticide in advance. There were no mosquitoes in the room. But be careful to turn off the bathroom light when you go to sleep, otherwise the mosquitoes outside will enter from the entrance of the bathroom. We chose to eat breakfast in the room, which avoided mosquitoes outside. There is a clothes drying rack outside the room. The roof is made of wood and is very unique. It rained every night and was sunny during the days we were here. The room is surrounded by residents and is very quiet, unlike the popular hotels that play rock music all day long. It is 10 minutes away from the beach and 10 minutes away from the pier. Overall, I am very satisfied. The owner is very enthusiastic and often chats with us to help us solve temporary difficulties."

"This hotel is next to the famous Carney Resort in Mafuji. Downstairs is the Bikini Beach. I chose their balcony room for the view, but I opened the balcony door and found that the outside was full of buildings! I can't see any scenery at all, I feel that the extra money is lost... If you want to see the sea view, you should choose two other more famous hotel brands! It is indeed a bit old to see the decoration and facilities. There is no elevator and the staff needs to help carry the luggage. The room is very spacious and the facilities are complete. However, there is no hot water and the shower is bad. The front desk is often not there. It is difficult to find the service staff. However, their breakfast options are quite a lot, there are freshly made fried eggs, and they can book sea projects at the hotel, and the location is still easy to find."

"Wonderful hotel. Spacious room, nothing extra. Special thanks for the quality of the pillows, you fall asleep literally as soon as you put your head on it. Soft comfortable bed. Breakfast is prepared practically in front of you. Very tasty. I especially liked the tuna with coconut flakes. The hotel territory is small, but it looks atmospheric. The staff is friendly, helpful. At night I wanted to drink tea with sweets, despite the late time of day, they accompanied me and showed me the store 😅🤌. You need to understand that this is not a luxury hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort and atmosphere."
