Before leaving China, we contacted the manager of the hotel. He arranged for staff to pick us up at the airport and helped us buy speedboat tickets for 20 US dollars each. At the dock, the staff used a cart to carry all our luggage to the room upstairs. The service was thoughtful and enthusiastic. The room was large, the supplies were very new, and the living was very comfortable. There were 4 kinds of breakfast every morning, you could choose one or combine two breakfasts. The service staff was very responsive and enthusiastic. We were worried that there would not be enough water on the island and we needed to buy mineral water with US dollars, but the hotel provided unlimited drinking water. We were worried that there might be a lot of mosquitoes on the island. We communicated with the manager before checking in and asked him to spray insecticide in advance. There were no mosquitoes in the room. But be careful to turn off the bathroom light when you go to sleep, otherwise the mosquitoes outside will enter from the entrance of the bathroom. We chose to eat breakfast in the room, which avoided mosquitoes outside. There is a clothes drying rack outside the room. The roof is made of wood and is very unique. It rained every night and was sunny during the days we were here. The room is surrounded by residents and is very quiet, unlike the popular hotels that play rock music all day long. It is 10 minutes away from the beach and 10 minutes away from the pier. Overall, I am very satisfied. The owner is very enthusiastic and often chats with us to help us solve temporary difficulties.

The room is very cost-effective, the boss is very good, we did not bring enough cash, the husband's visa card expired again, the boss helped us find a way to change cash, really touched.

I really liked the hotel 👍 Wonderful staff, we were lucky with the cleaning staff. They were helpful and always came quickly to help. Everything was perfect, the pool was wonderful, the trees were beautiful. There was also billiards. We didn't check anything about the spa. Despite the hotel being a bit run-down, I fell in love with it with all my heart. But on the downside: we arrived on Monday for check-in and no one from the hotel met us. The hotel itself didn't immediately realize we had paid for the room or when they would check us in. The entire management is located at another hotel by the beach. It's not very convenient to run back and forth with children, especially for an adult, after an illness on another island. And our mistake. They didn't check what was in the room. Upon checkout, we had to pay for an umbrella, which we didn't see or touch. Well, of course, our room smelled a bit damp and was a bit dark. But for me personally these are small things. The main thing is that I had the opportunity to swim.

The hotel environment is clean, tidy and sanitary, the sound insulation in the room is also good, the service staff are very friendly and polite, there are no disposable toothbrushes and other supplies, breakfast starts at 7 o'clock, if you are in a hurry, you can start breakfast a few minutes earlier, overall it is good, recommended.

The room has a small balcony, which is convenient for drying clothes and smoking! From booking the boat ticket to leaving, the service of the boss and the staff is very good! You can contact the hotel to help book the speedboat ticket! After getting off the plane, there was a staff holding a sign ”maafushi” and you should pay attention to it. I just didn't pay attention and looked for the airport receptionist for a long time. Someone took us to the island by speedboat after leaving the airport. When we arrived on the island, the hotel staff was waiting for us. Put our luggage on the three-wheeled vehicle and dragged us to the hotel in a very cool way! Personally, I think the hotels on the inhabited islands are all the same. Even the two best ones on the island are the same. This white shell is relatively cheap! The location is also very good!

every thing is so perfect in this place from the manager jack who is very professional in terms of hospitality no dull moment until the last day of our stay early check in late check out he even arranged all the tours and before we ask he already booked our speed boat going back to the airport to the front desk Envie Maricar David and to all the staffs they’ll let you feel very welcome like their family thank you jack and the rest of your team surely will come back and i also highly recommend this place best place ever..

The room was very small, there was no hand soap in the bathroom, the location was good, the staff were helpful and friendly, breakfast and beach towels are provided from the nearby ICOM Sea View. The breakfast was a buffet and good. The hotel needs renovation. When you arrive by ferry, the staff greets you and, if you have luggage, they take it to the hotel by car and accompany you there. They also take your luggage to the ferry at the exit.

This shop should be opened by Indians, and all the employees are Indians. The hotel's hardware facilities are not very good, especially don't live on the first floor, it's humid! The room we stayed in was a room on the first floor without an external window... a dark room with no sunlight at all. I wanted to change to another one and was told that there were no rooms. But to be honest, the room was cleaned very cleanly and spotlessly. The service is also super good. It can be said that it has done its best under the simple facilities. The staff will try their best to meet your request, and their attitude is also very gentle! So even if the room is not very good (the hardware facilities of the entire island are not very good), it still left a good impression on me, which is quite touching!
