"I arrived late, past midnight, but the staff handled my check-in smoothly. My room had a shower and a sink, which was convenient, though I was a bit mindful of the noise when using them late at night. (There's a shared bathroom on the basement floor, but it was often quite wet, which was a minor concern). The lockers don't have built-in locks, so you'll need to bring your own padlock. The street outside is relatively quiet, and it's super convenient with a supermarket and bus stop just a 3-minute walk away."

"The location is superb, right in the city center. However, the street music can be quite loud in the evenings.
Breakfasts are very basic, but everything is fresh and generally acceptable. Though, staying for two weeks, it does get repetitive. The only hot option is an omelet.

"Great location with pool on top level. However, only had fresh towels after three days and had to ask for them!
No apology from staff and had to take them all back to our room ourselves.
Pool was not heated and the pool bar was closed. This was not advertised anywhere when booking and very disappointing as there’s no way to get drinks other than come down from the 7th floor.
The view is stunning but despite this the noise from the street is really excessive even with windows and curtains closed."

"The staff are absolutely lovely (thank you for your warm hospitality).The location of the hotel is excellent, close to the ferry and buses .
Unfortunately the rooms are not as impressive in reality ( suspect photoshopped).
They are extremely tired and could do with a bit of upgrading. The bedding is threadbare and should be replaced. The towels are old and scratchy - desperately need replacing . The bathroom has no extraction fan, so everything remains damp and there is a mouldy smell in the air. The room has no soundproofing, so you hear everything! Bring earplugs as a lot of guests have absolutely no regard for others.
I feel that in this day and age, where there is so much competition - this hotel really needs to modernise a bit."

"The room was very clean and well arranged. The furnishings seemed new and well maintained. The room was a bit small for the price, but it included a tiny kitchen with a sink, a microwave oven and a coffee machine. There were only 2 coffee pods provided. The bed was very good, neither too soft nor too hard, and the bed linen was truly luxurious. The hotel does not have a 24hr reception desk but one code opens both the main door and the room door. Overall it was a pleasant stay and I would suggest this hotel."

"It’s been a rollercoaster with this hotel, and I was changing my mind about it a couple of times, but here’s the truth.
The hotel is not 4 starts for sure, but for what this price can buy in high season in Malta it’s a very adequate deal. Don’t expect anything fancy or anything beyond the most basic amenities. The hotel is good for staying there to sleep, but not spending time there. Don’t bother with the roof terrace either, pool and tub waters are murky and don’t seem sanitary.
I saw other peoples reviews and pictures and realized that I got the most OK room the hotel could offer.
My next door neighbor was chain smoking in his room, and firstly the reception staff refused to do anything about it and bluntly said to my face that they won’t enforce hotels policies.
But the reception manager next day helped me deal with the situation and was very nice and helpful in general about other touristy inquiries.
Haven’t had breakfast, so can’t comment.
Overall the hotel is okay for what it’s worth, but I recommend checking the room before accepting it just to be on the safe side. But it’s pretty obvious that it’s reasonable to expect what there is at this price point."

"We went there on July 27- Aug1. Everything was great. Great location (still have a small distance to the dock where you take to Comino), great view, friendly customer service. Only one problem is that the indoor pool, spa room, nearly all facilities indoor was in maintenance which didn’t been mentioned when we are booking (either on trip or official website). This made a bit disappointing but overall still good.
Also one disappointing point is that the outdoor pool said it opened at 7am/8am (forget the actual timing) however it wasn’t the actual open time, it is the readying time. We went there that morning and no water was in the water pool. After 30mins a staff come and start to refill it, and waited for more than a hour to finish. This was a bit disappointing."

✔️ Convenient Location: The hotel is very well-located, about a 5-minute walk from Sliema Ferry Terminal, making it super easy to catch a boat to Valletta or join a sea excursion.
✔️ Exceptional Service: Even though I didn't mention it was my birthday during check-in, the front desk proactively wished me a happy birthday. The next day, they even prepared a surprise for me (a bottle of Italian Famiglia Cielo Dal 1908 sparkling wine and a plate of chocolates), which was incredibly touching.
✔️ Free Parking: The hotel offers complimentary parking spaces, about a 7-minute walk from the hotel.
✔️ Abundant Breakfast: The breakfast spread was extensive with plenty of choices, and the overall quality was excellent – a great start to the day.
✨ Overall Impression:
Out of the three different hotels I stayed at in Malta, this one was by far my favorite.
The price was fantastic, the breakfast delicious, and the service friendly. The entire stay was very comfortable, and I highly recommend it!

GGuest UserHotel location is good, economical and practical hotel, the hotel is not far from the ramp up there is a supermarket, down is the bus station, go to Valletta to cross the road by bus 13.13A, go to Gozo and comino Island is but the bus stop on the road is 222, but the distance is a bit far, it takes 1 hour, After getting off at the end, you can go to gozo Island for a cruise. You can buy a ferry ticket for the return trip. You can also go to the small pavilion on the right side of the road. You can go to comino and then go to Gozo's speedboat. You can arrange your own time and finally Gozo returns by yourself. Breakfast is average, there are not many dishes. Service staff is very friendly and young

The balance between the location as a sightseeing base, the comfort of the room, the quality of the breakfast, and the price was excellent, and I would especially recommend it to those who are value for money.
First of all, the room was larger than I expected, with plenty of room even when I opened my suitcase. The room was clean, and the bed, floor, and bathroom seemed well-maintained. Even when returning tired from a long day of sightseeing, it was a space where I could relax with peace of mind. Another plus was that there was no noise and I was able to get a good night's sleep.
I booked a plan that included breakfast, and it was even better than I expected. There was a wide variety of food, including bread, cereal, and fruit, as well as hot dishes. Everything was delicious, and I think you wouldn't get bored even if you stayed for several nights. Having a hearty breakfast meant I didn't run out of energy even when I went sightseeing straight away.
The location is also very convenient. The area around the hotel has a calm and comfortable atmosphere, and you can see the sea just a short walk away. Best of all, it's easily accessible, with Valletta just a five-minute ferry ride away. Being able to easily travel to Valletta, home to many historic streets and tourist attractions, was a major benefit. The boat ride itself was scenic, making the travel time a little enjoyable.
I think this hotel is suitable not only for those visiting Malta primarily for sightseeing, but also for those who want to relax. The price is reasonable considering the facilities and service, so I felt it was very good value for money overall.
If you're not sure where to stay in Malta, this is one hotel you can choose with confidence.
The only thing that bothered me was that I couldn't see the ocean from the window of my room.

GGuest UserLovely stay in lovely hotel. I had a 6th floor room with a balcony and nice view over the rooftops of Sliema. The room was clean with everything I needed. Excellent Wifi.
It's in a good loctaion with only a short walk to the bus stops (including the airport bus) and the ferry to Valetta.
My only complaint is that the matress could have been more comfortable but I still slept alright so it wasn't that bad.
I'd definitley go back and recommend the hotel to others.

RRachelshuangVery clean, not too quiet, but it is quite convenient to go anywhere. The service is very good. If you book a sea view room, remember to note that you need to be high-rise, because the lower floors can't see the sea at all.  It is suitable for long-term living. Many people in the park will walk there in front of it, and the safety is very high.

We were not expecting much of the breakfast but, we enjoyed the coffee, various tea selections, fresh fruits, salad, cheese etc… It was enough for us. We only stayed one night and the charge was reasonable in the peak season for a last minute booking.

However, after 6pm, you have to check in by phone, so it's difficult if you can't speak English.

GGuest UserThe Hotel was clean, unfortunately my room was very noisy as it was off the kitchen all I could hear was banging doors all morning, people talking & stomping around, there is also construction going on in neighbouring buildings. my bed was uncomfortable I could feel the springs in my back so had a pretty terrible sleep, this place needs some updating & modernising. The location was great walking distance to everything.
