"The hotel is newly built in 2025 so the facilities and environment is really nice. There is also a coffee machine in the lobby which offers free drinks, including coffee, hot chocolate, water etcđŸ‘đŸ»Access to the city centre is also quite convenient, with various transports (free of charge!) nearby. There is also a huge shopping mall nearby for a casual walk. However, the luggage storage issue can be improved. There are lockers for storage, but larger luggage wouldn’t fit. The staff suggested putting them aside behind the door and claimed that it would be fine since there are security cameras, but it is still not safe to just put something personal without a person looking after or a label for collection."

"After arriving in Brussels and having a few drinks, I suddenly decided to take a spontaneous trip. I booked a single room on Ctrip. After getting off the train, I used Huawei's Petal Navigation app and walked about 200 meters to the destination. The receptionist spoke simple English. The lobby had an antique atmosphere, and the magazines in the lobby were antique, with historical photos of Luxembourg. Compared to the furnishings of luxury hotels, it had a sense of history that I loved. The room was small, perfect for one person, but good value. Slippers were provided, but no toothbrush. Please bring them, but you can also buy them at the hotel. We arrived late. There was a supermarket and an Asian noodle shop right outside the door. I had a bowl of wontons for 12.80 euros. It was a delicious experience from home after over a month away. It was very close to the check-in point, within walking distance. I remember that when I took the train from Brussels, I had to get off and change platforms to catch another train to Luxembourg Train Station."

"The ibis Hotel is located together with its ibis Hotel. Both share the same reception location. The hotel is conveniently just across from the airport. A bus stop is right outside of the hotel building. Busses as frequent as every 10 min during rush hour could take you to the old town / central train station within 12 min. The hotel is overall clean and with young vibe. 2 hotel restaurants serve from breakfast to dinner. We ate there for one dinner and the foods were great."

"The place was far from the city centre. It’s in the middle of a lush forest, and there’s direct bus 4 and 32 going to the city centre every 30 minutes or so. All public transports are free in Luxembourg. There’s a self-serviced supermarket and a few salons owned by the hotel in the same building. It’s equipped with a swimming pool and gym, but there was no time to try them out. Breakfast was worth it, so it’s best if you book the hotel with breakfast on trip.com rather than adding it when you’re in the hotel, since it costs €16 for breakfast pre-booking 1 night before and €23 for the same-day booking. There are free cookies given to patrons during check-in and upon request too from 10 a.m. and they are delish! So far, Luxembourg is not exactly a well-known tourist destination, but it’s an interesting place with an international palate."

"We had a lovely upgrade and the room was spacious with a great view Free water helped with the extreme heat outside, could fill our water bottles from the fidge each day The room was spotless We went to breakfast once, it was good and staff friendly and helpful, food good However, when we went for an evening meal at MU, we were quite disappointed, for a supposedly top restaurant, food was OK nothing special in presentation or content, side salad of lettuce leaves and olive oil dressing? Dessert was good the standard we expected The staff could do with some extra training on attentiveness, wine not poured, I had to ask for the table to cleaned before dessert arrived, we sat for ages before our finished plates were cleared. No table cloths or attractive settings, just as they were for breakfast We had gone to a local restaurant, Cyrano, which was head and shoulders above MU"

"The room was nice and clean and the front desk service was professional, the room had a kettle and some drinks and a comfy bed. Frustratingly the QR code for the restaurant menu didn't work because they've changed the web address, probably when they've updated the menu! Generally good for the price, it's a budget hotel and is as expected, would stay again."

"The location is very good! I like. You can visit all the attractions on foot. Highly recommended! The restaurant cafe de paris downstairs is delicious and there are people performing in the square which is very lively. The famous shopping street downstairs is super convenient. Next door is pp LV Hermes and the like~ All in all, it's very convenient, otherwise I wouldn't know where to stay and wouldn't have much choice."

"The hotel is conveniently located next to a bus stop, offering easy access to the city center as public transport in Luxembourg is free. However, there isn't much else around the immediate area. The rooms are good and clean. My main complaint would be the bathroom setup; the shower lacks privacy and a proper door, essentially being open to the room itself. Inside the shower, there's no door either, which means water splashes onto the floor and you have to be extra careful to avoid soaking everything. Without proper doors, the room also gets quite humid after a shower, and it can feel cold while washing. Otherwise, the room is nice, clean, tidy, a good size, and features pleasant, modern decor. We didn't opt for breakfast due to the high cost, so I can't comment on it. Before checking out, we couldn't open the safe, but the front desk staff quickly resolved the issue for us."

The tram stop is nearby, and it's generally only a 5-10 minute ride to the city center. There's also a good restaurant on the ground floor. Overall, for me, this was the best hotel I've stayed in Europe so far for €135 a night."

This hotel is conveniently located directly across from Luxembourg train station. It's just a two-stop (free) bus ride to the main attractions, or you can even walk there. The location is truly excellent. The room was incredibly spacious, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. The room was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast selection was extensive and truly lived up to five-star hotel standards! The front desk staff were meticulous and patient, and the restaurant staff were quite enthusiastic, which left a very good impression! All in all, apart from being a bit pricey, there's absolutely nothing to fault!

Getting here from the airport is easy by bus, and from the city center, you can take a tram or bus. We arrived at night and surprisingly, I couldn't find the lobby right away – it's actually combined with the most prominent restaurant. The room was spacious and the facilities were new, with air conditioning. Several Novotel hotels I've stayed at in Europe seem to use Rituals bath products. Although there's no free bottled water, there's a water dispenser on each floor by the elevators, which even offers sparkling water. The sparkling water was incredibly bubbly and ice-cold, which was really refreshing. Breakfast is on the first floor, offering a standard European spread. The dairy products were decent, but the bread was just okay, and the air conditioning was set too cold.

Hotel is good situated near city center and parks. Hotel is big but has only restaurant for breakfast and bar and some gold shops as amenities. Breakfast is kinda modest compared to other 4 stars. The building is kinda old and the room had some smell from pipes which required opening windows even it’s cold, room service tried to solve it but it really depends on building. The personnel is friendly, kind and eager to help.

Everything about this hotel was satisfying, from its location and cleanliness to the service and amenities. All the staff who greeted us at check-in were incredibly kind and lovely, which made for a wonderful start to our trip in Luxembourg. The room was a bit small, but it felt like a palace compared to the UK hotels we stayed in afterward. I also really enjoyed being able to use Rituals products. When I mentioned that my sister's birthday fell during our stay, they gave her a lovely birthday surprise, which made it a truly memorable experience. đŸ„°

📍Location: It is less than 10 minutes away from the train station and 10-15 minutes walk to the main tourist areas. đŸ§čClean: Overall it's very good, not amazing, but it has everything it should have~ 💰Price: The price/performance ratio is not high, but because it is a last-minute booking, it is okay overall. 🛜Network: Free WiFi, pretty fast 💁Others: The hotel staff will provide you with a map of the city's tourist attractions and tell you that you can take the light rail for about two stops to the main tourist area.

This hotel was a great find. Room was sparklingly clean and comfortable. Equipped with hairdryer, iron, mini bar and plenty of bathroom amenities. Perfectly located opposite the main train station, just a 20 min walk into centre or a 5 min tram ride.  Staff were friendly and helpful. The Asian restaurant attached to the hotel was very good and reasonably priced. I would certainly stay here again.

The single room I booked was clean, but quite small and simple - I would even call it spartan. The staff was not very friendly; I would have expected a bit more. Still, I was not turned away :). The location is convenient, close to both the historical center and the European Quarter. I would stay there again, but without any high expectations.

This is a good hotel right by the central train station and not too far away from the main sights of Luxembourg City. Getting around the city is easy with frequent teams, busses and trains from the nearby station and all public transport is free within the country! The room was good and the beds/pillow were comfy. The room is a bit small but we had enough space to put our things including some space under the bed for our bags. They had a small table in the room with a chair, some shelving and a pretty big TV for the room size. The bathroom was good too with some decent shower products and while most of the room and bathroom appeared clean they seemed to be having some issues with the shower ceiling and that could use some attention. We picked this hotel for the location and the affordable breakfast option because we only had a day to explore Luxembourg and felt the hotel breakfast would be a good start to our day. The breakfast had a nice selection of breads including a seasonal pastry, a pancake machine, cereals, yoghurt and some nice deli meats and cheeses. The juice and coffee machine were also pretty good and they had some to go cups for the tea/coffee. The location of the hotel is maybe not the best for families because it is surrounded by gentleman's clubs and possibly the red light area of Luxembourg. We didn't see anything too bad but would exercise a degree of caution in this area. There are a few restaurants, bars and quite a few shops nearby. We booked this hotel mainly because it was affordable and would consider staying here again to save some money while travelling through Europe. Being here during the Christmas Market season was fantastic and there are lots of nice things to do around the city.

The location is a little away, the next bus is about 150 m from the hotel. The rooms are a little obsolete and despite the ”Please don't disturb” sign at the door the cleaning forces are hitting. The smell of chemical cleaners is very present, and the beds are extremely soft, which is taste. The rooms were clean and were cleaned daily. The wellness facilities such as sauna, swimming pool and fitness room are relatively small compared to the number of guests. I think the food was not the level of a four-star hotel, I have already made better experiences. However, almost all of the staff were very friendly. In total, I would not book this hotel again because I had a soft bed and the hotel has come somewhat in the years
