Mmeowsha_meowkovaThe hotel is located near the Museum of Modern Art. It's very convenient to get to the airport by bus, and you can also get to the city center by bus or tram. The hotel is very stylish; I've never seen such a thoughtful and detailed interior before, with every single decorative element meticulously crafted. The breakfast is simply incredible; they have everything, including a juicer. The restaurant itself is very beautiful, and there's also a bakery on site.

MMeena BWe wanted to book a room for three people but couldn't even though the room could fit four people. They have a fantastic variety of food for breakfast, but a bit expensive for an extra person. They have kids' food sections.
The location is quite good, the tram is about 2 mins walk.
The bathroom wasn't thoroughly cleaned. I had to give them feedback with pictures to ensure through cleaning for good hygiene.
I think for the price, the rooms are quite basic. Maybe it's because of the festive season.

MMarkVery modern, about 30 minutes from the city when you walk to the tram etc. The service was slow, some issues with the air-conditioning unit took a while to fix. I appreciate that they advertise. They have a free bar in the room but it really is a couple of soft drinks. A coffee machine would have been a welcome addition to the room, otherwise the room was comfortable.

The continental meals are delicious (there is an ice cream shop and Subway nearby if you are not used to it)

GGuest UserThe location is a little away, the next bus is about 150 m from the hotel.
The rooms are a little obsolete and despite the ”Please don't disturb” sign at the door the cleaning forces are hitting.
The smell of chemical cleaners is very present, and the beds are extremely soft, which is taste.
The rooms were clean and were cleaned daily.
The wellness facilities such as sauna, swimming pool and fitness room are relatively small compared to the number of guests.
I think the food was not the level of a four-star hotel, I have already made better experiences.
However, almost all of the staff were very friendly.
In total, I would not book this hotel again because I had a soft bed and the hotel has come somewhat in the years

PPascalLCThe room was nice and clean and the front desk service was professional, the room had a kettle and some drinks and a comfy bed. Frustratingly the QR code for the restaurant menu didn't work because they've changed the web address, probably when they've updated the menu!
Generally good for the price, it's a budget hotel and is as expected, would stay again.
