However, the service was generally good, and despite a few inconveniences, I had a pleasant stay."

Every staff member I interacted with was courteous, professional, and eager to help. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was flawless. "The place was very clean and accommodating, but the receptionist was horrible, very ignorant and absolutely useless. He even sounded a little threatening, though maybe that’s just how he speaks. On the bright side, they offer unlimited bottled water and free ramen, which is pretty sweet. I’d give this place 8 out of 10."

"The location is excellent, not far from the subway and airport bus stop, both within a roughly ten-minute walk. The room is very spacious; two 26-inch suitcases can be opened simultaneously with plenty of space left over. Housekeeping replenishes two bottles of mineral water daily. If you don't need cleaning, you can hang the 'Do Not Disturb' sign, and the staff will leave fresh towels and water outside your door for replacement. A special shout-out to the bathroom lighting! It's white light, not overhead, which is fantastic for applying makeup as you can see your true reflection. The hotel includes breakfast, with both Korean and Western options. While the variety isn't huge, the food tastes good, and the menu changes slightly every day. Overall, it's a hotel with great value for money, and I would definitely choose to stay here again."

"The hotel is in the great location of Daejeon, Dunsan-dong. You can walk to clothing stores, restaurants convenience stores and Emart is also an easy walk for groceries. It’s also conveniently located close to buses and the subway station. The room was also very clean and spacious. I was always busy so I was out most of the time so I was glad to come back and sleep in a comfortable bed. One can have a comfortable stay there. The elevator could do with a bit of an upgrade. Parking is limited in the area but their valet parking service will park your car in a safe location close to the hotel. There’s no need to use your car because of convenient transportation in the area. Overall, I had a pleasant stay there."

"Overall a good location. N-map was off in locating exactly to cause confusion for first time travellers. Room is fully equipped as service apartment for longer stay if you can read Korean. Shower without a door or curtain resulted in a big splash, a custom not used to."
