Residence Hotel Line

Nice little hotel room in the city centre. Supermarket is just across the road, with subway nearby too. Very convenient. The room air conditioning and tv and water heating are in Korean language only but the receptionist provided a paper with English translation. It took sometime to get familiar with the buttons. At the reception, one can also get plates and cup and wine glasses etc to be used in the room. While the room is not big, it is quite comfortable. Highly recommended 👍

The hotel is in the great location of Daejeon, Dunsan-dong. You can walk to clothing stores, restaurants convenience stores and Emart is also an easy walk for groceries. It’s also conveniently located close to buses and the subway station. The room was also very clean and spacious. I was always busy so I was out most of the time so I was glad to come back and sleep in a comfortable bed. One can have a comfortable stay there. The elevator could do with a bit of an upgrade. Parking is limited in the area but their valet parking service will park your car in a safe location close to the hotel. There’s no need to use your car because of convenient transportation in the area. Overall, I had a pleasant stay there.

Excellent!!! It is basically a studio apartment- counter-top heating element, washing machine in the room(!!!), drawer that opens-out containing foldable clothes drying bars to let clothes dry, detergent free at desk on request. Nice bathroom with sunflower shower, decent lighting scheme, window opened easily, A/C worked great, no carpet, no odors, quiet stay, mattress comfortable, kitchenette sink, cabinets, great location, classy lobby, great service, potable cold/hot water dispenser in lobby.

The hotel has a good location. It is a mass-hotel with a lot of guests and standard rooms, which include a small kitchen. Everything was good, however the bathroom is very small.

Really good hotel for that price. Located in the city center and near metro. Studio style numbers, great for me.

I have a good experience with excellent facilities and very good service. However, I did not use any breakfast overthere, but I think I am satisfied with all things that they supplied to me. Thanks and see the ressidence in Daejeon again!

The location is amazing, I really like that it is really big, you have a place to cook, fridge, it was so comfy, really good, I would recommend it again!

requested for quiet room - was put on 2nd floor which is odd since the room is right above the bsck entrance and carparks. Endless beeping sounds, drunks at night. Room was in the corner, which is the probably the quietest on the floor but the level negates it all. Wasnt quiet enough, kept waking up. Room 212 is to be avoided.  Appreciate the cooking equipment, which isnt as grimy and in as poor condition as the usual. Dishwashing liquid and scouring pad provided. Ondol is warm. Too many built in cabinets which goes unused and can smell a little musty.  Stayed 9 days, found a type of insect that resembles a very long ant with a forked behind and multiple sections. Encountered 5 of them in the bathroom, all on different days. I squished them so it isn't the same one.  There's bug spray in the room, Idk if it works on them. Got a picture of the 3rd day wormie for your viewing fun...

The room was very spacious and clean. I highly recommend this place .
