"This hotel is small but has everything you need. It's comfortable and clean, and the staff are incredibly friendly. They always greet you with a smile and a nod when you enter the lobby, which is a nice touch. On the first floor, they serve a complimentary breakfast buffet in the mornings, which I found to have a good variety of options. At other times, it seems to be available as a reservable study room (I'm not sure if there's a fee) with free tea, perfect for reading or working. Its location right next to Saga Station is super convenient. Supermarkets and restaurants seem to be concentrated in this area, and the bus center is also nearby. Overall, it's a really good value for money hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Saga for a leisurely trip."

"Saga doesn't have a vast selection of hotels. Traveling with my parents, I picked this one for its Japanese-style room, hoping they could experience sleeping on a tatami mat. When we arrived, it wasn't yet check-in time. However, the hotel kindly allowed us to complete the check-in formalities and store our luggage. We then headed straight out to explore the nearby Prefectural Office and grab some lunch. Upon our return in the afternoon, we simply collected our room key and went directly upstairs. Our luggage had already been conveniently placed in our room. The room wasn't particularly large; it felt a bit cramped for three people. We coordinated with the front desk before heading out for the evening, and they came in to lay out the futons while we were gone. Breakfast is served on the first floor. Looking at the price displayed at the entrance, I'd say it wouldn't offer great value for money if purchased separately. Additionally, as Saga isn't a very bustling city, if you're particular about dining options, staying closer to the station might be more convenient."

"Nicely designed hotel. But rooms are small and tight. Not easy to walk around. Location a little off the center of Saga City but lots of car parking available. Service was good and helpful. And you can even buy a fireworks and play!"

"The hotel is a 2-3 minute walk from Saga Station. The room was spacious enough for two people, clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and bedding. The front desk staff were polite and welcoming, assisting with self-check-in and even helping guests book restaurants serving Saga beef. Skincare products were available for self-pickup at the hotel reception. The buffet breakfast was decent. Highly recommended. I would stay at this hotel again next time I visit Saga."

"My first experience in Saga. I got a good deal on a flight ticket during the cherry blossom season. I landed in Fukuoka and then headed south to Saga. It was very convenient and there were not many people during the cherry blossom season. The hotel was just opposite Saga Station. I was still debating whether to change to a comfort inn, but found that it was fully booked for the days I wanted to stay. So I thought forget it. A business hotel for 300+, with a bath at night and meals included in the morning, what more could I ask for!"

"The hotel is incredibly close to the train station, making the location super convenient. There are also lots of restaurants nearby, plus all sorts of little shops right inside the station, which is really nice."

"It is an old house with history. It is very artistically decorated and filled with many paintings and calligraphy. The location is some distance from Saga Station, and a taxi from the JR station costs about 1,000 yen. If you walk, it takes about 20 minutes and you will pass through China Town. There are many restaurants and coffee shops on the road. Diagonally across from the hotel is Tamaya (a long-established department store in Saga), but this road is extremely quiet and the Japanese-style rooms have a very nice mood. But the area is really too small. After making the bed at night, there is basically no place to stand. On the first day of check-in, the hotel may have many guests, but something ”bad” happened. First, the toilet in the bathroom was not wiped clean. The waiter came to apologize sincerely and moved us to another room. Then we went downstairs for dinner, but when we came up, they should have made the bed while we were dining, but maybe there was not enough service staff. , the bed was not made. But fortunately they were all resolved in time. The proprietress of the hotel is very elegant. There is a service staff at the front desk who is very good in Chinese, Japanese and English. There is no problem in communication. We stayed for two consecutive days, and they specially prepared different contents for dinner so as not to eat the same thing two days. This is very thoughtful. If you come to Saga and want to try a quiet family hotel, but don’t have time to go to the mountains in the countryside, then this one is highly recommended."

"Close to jr station but won’t choose it next time. Stayed there for two nights as no choice of hotels due to the balloon event. the twin room is so small and hygiene was not that good, we saw a cockroach in the lobby, probably due to the restaurant next to it."

"중저가형 비즈니스 호텔의 대표 주자인 APA호텔은 가기만 하면 늘 중간은 하는 거 같네요 같은 부류의 리브맥스 체인점과 비교한다면 리브맥스는 신식건물을 주로 사용하죠 APA는 아니구요 근데 서비스 측면에서는 APA가 낫습니다 어매니티가 더 다양하고, 얼음과 얼음컵 제공도 해주구요 방음도 상대적으로 잘 잡혀있네요 다만 구식건물이라 온수 냉수가 분리되어 있어 번거로움이 있네요"

"Checked in at 15:30. It was a calm Japanese room with a view of the river and cherry blossoms. I immediately entered the public bath. I relaxed in a warm and soft hot spring that is unique to old hot water. I took a slow hour and got tired. Thank you for the beautiful fukafuka futon. The breakfast was delicious."
