"The hotel has a simple design, with each room facing the harbor. Two bottles of mineral water are provided daily, and the trash cans are large – great! There's a microwave and vending machine with ice on the third floor, and they also provide large paper cups for ice, which is wonderful. However, the refrigerator is tiny, only for refrigeration, not freezing. The lack of shelves in the shower is a bit inconvenient. Breakfast is very good, with all the food being healthy; my favorite was the island tofu hot soup. There are many restaurants around the hotel. 200 meters ahead is a takeaway charcoal grill skewers shop; a box of four skewers costs an average of 600 NTD and is delicious. 350 meters behind is the nearest FamilyMart to the beach area. It's only a 10-minute drive to Don Quijote or AEON. For breakfast, you can go to the nearby rest stop (3 minutes drive) for noodles or seafood, and you can also buy souvenirs, bento boxes, bread, etc. – excellent amenities."

"可能還是第一次住這麼新的酒店，4月剛開始營業，五一假期入住。設施和服務還有一點不全，可能6月之後會更完善一些 🔸整體感受 新Canopy就在老Hilton旁邊，花園都是連在一起的 裝潢是比較温馨舒適的熱帶原木風⛱️走進去就是很舒適放鬆的感覺 服務人員都很熱情周到，但可能因為剛開業，明顯感覺有很多新員工對一些流程和細節還不熟悉，但在可以理解和接受的範圍內，小哥哥小姐姐們態度都很好 🔹房間 在日本的酒店裡算寬敞，不過可能是第一次住沒有浴缸的日本酒店 房間裏備有外出去泳池的綠色披肩和一個編織袋，入住期間可以使用，還挺好看的 🔸設施 新Canopy最大的亮點應該是樓頂的無邊泳池了，但我們比較倒黴，趕上兩天下雨泳池不開放，前台小哥説我們可以去用隔壁希爾頓的泳池 晚上去了頂樓的酒吧，但很黑衹有隔壁的希爾頓可以看，估計人家叫Day Club就是因為白天風景比較好😂 另外2F有可以看到海景的健身房和入住or退房前可以淋浴休息的區域，非常貼心，適合住店前後出去浮潛的朋友 🔹用餐 酒店內有一家烤肉和沖繩本地料理，共用一層的餐廳區域 另外花園後面緊挨着有一片像阿那亞的商業區域，還有兩家餐廳和一些商鋪 我們晚餐在其中的一家西餐廳吃的海鮮飯，味道不錯，感覺比酒店內餐廳的性價比高 早餐是一個Main Course三選一+自助，內容還挺豐富的"

"The hotel is located very close to Miyako Airport and doesn't have a view of the ocean, but it was an incredible price at 10,000 yen for three people with breakfast included. It felt like a very clean business hotel. It seems to cater to many long-term guests, as we were able to use the laundry room and microwave. The room also provided basic amenities like toothbrushes, body towels, and shampoo, but guests had to bring their own cotton balls and tea from the lobby on the first floor. There was no lotion or other amenities, so guests had to bring their own. There was no view of the ocean from the room, and there were neighboring buildings and plumbing, but it felt more like a single-person studio apartment. The room did have a kettle, mugs, and a refrigerator, but no glasses. Plates were available for rent at the front desk on the first floor. I booked a plan with breakfast included, and the Miyako soba noodles I had for breakfast were not too strong and were very delicious. All the hotel staff were also very kind, and the restaurant staff in particular kept a close eye on keeping the place clean and were very helpful with customer support, making breakfast a pleasant experience. Of course, everything was delicious. You could even see the sunrise from the hotel, which was beautiful. It's close to the airport, so if you arrive in Miyakojima late, this hotel might be a good choice if you're planning to stay overnight first."

"Great view, nice room. Enjoyed both lounges. We stayed for 7 nights, so we got a bit bored of the same food in buffet for breakfast and dinner, although we had no complaints for taste and quality. Overall good experience. We got some complementary service in our room (such as fruits and cakes) which was very nice."

"I knew the existence of 々 to R9 before, but this time I used it for the first time. Despite being cheaper than the hotels around me, I was surprised to get water and snacks in a beautiful room. There is no convenience store or place to eat in the place where you can go? Small? So I made it negative in the location, but there was no other complaint I will use it not only in Miyakojima but also in other areas if I have the opportunity."

"There are no special facilities, it is cleaned very well, and it doesn't feel very old. Of course, the bathroom does not have a dry and wet separation, which still reflects the sense of age. There is a shuttle bus on the coast south of Shigira. It is really a big bus. It runs every half an hour during the day and every quarter of an hour after dinner time, making the transportation in this area quite convenient. There is no FamilyMart or 711 in the entire southern area, and there is no decent beach, including the largest Shigira Beach. The beach in front of the hotel is basically not a beach. The hotel itself has no recreational facilities, just a very small swimming pool, which is not only small in area, but also less than 1.2 meters deep, basically for children to play. Before noon and before dinner, it will be crowded with Japanese kids who come to travel until there is no space. Fortunately, there are groups chasing turtles in this area, so it is convenient to go there. To go to other places, such as Yonaha and Ikema Island, you can only drive or take a taxi. It is also difficult to get a taxi at night, and the bus stops after 18:00. So you can play in whichever area you live in. If you charter a car to go around the island, it doesn't feel like you are playing on the island. But it is still a very quiet choice, a kind of lying down vacation. If you want to have dinner around, you have to make an appointment in advance. There are quite a lot of facilities in the room, and you can also wash clothes."

"Watermark was a perfect location for us on a couple’s getaway. Since we were flying into Shimojishima airport and rented a car, we found it to be a very convenient location—only a six minute drive away. Although we could see the runway in the distance, we hardly noticed the noise of air traffic. On top of that, we enjoyed that it was in a remote area and not in the middle of town (like Miyakojima) or in the midst of a major resort area (like Shigira). We didn’t mind exchanging more driving time for more serenity. I could go on about the location but if you are looking for a quiet place on the water, I highly recommend this hotel! The staff were always polite, which is expected in Japan, but there was also a kind of relaxed warmth that I haven’t always felt from staff in other Japanese hotels. The facilities also struck a perfect balance for us. Not garish, not too plain; just enough island flavor but not too much. I was refreshed every time I walked through the lobby. The breakfast buffet area was clean, fairly well organized and offered a great view of the ocean. We enjoyed our breakfast times daily. We used the laundry facilities and found the machines easy to use—glad to have had this option. We also enjoyed watching the sunset from both our room balcony and the rooftop pool. We loved our room. It was simple but had everything we we wanted, including a balcony. If you’ve ever seen a modern Japanese one room apartment, it feels much the same, without the gas range. It was perfect for our stay."

"Great experience in Miyakojima! Location: The hotel is located in the center of the city, which is super convenient as a starting point to anywhere of the island: from here, the taxi to any direction is within 30 minutes at a cost of less than 3,000 yen. There is a FamilyMart across the road and you can get anything needed easily. And there are a lot of good dining places in the neighborhood. I made no reservation to any restaurant but just take a short walk randomly to the nearby restaurant every day and always find delicious food (there is one Japanese-style wagyu BBQ across the street which is super good!). Room: The room is cozy and spacious. You won’t feel it too narrow to open your suitcase as hotels in Japan elsewhere. The bed is comfortable. Facilities: There is a microwave in each floor, which is useful especially you need to leave early in the morning and have no time for breakfast. And there are also washing machines and dryers on the 1st floor, which is a must-have if you have activities in the sea. If there is any improvement I must say, that is the light in the room is too dim and it is not easy to do makeups."

"I was very pleased with the friendly service at check-in and check-out! It was close to the beach, so I could walk to snorkeling. While it wasn't a busy area, there were plenty of restaurants and souvenir shops nearby, so I had no issues during my stay. The room was in decent condition. There was a separate laundry room and I could pay via app, which was very convenient. I also liked that they provided free ice! I didn't go in the pool, but it looked fun with the exciting music and lights! Thanks to them, I had a great trip!!"
