I decided to visit Izumo Taisha Shrine in Shimane at New Year's Eve 々, and booked this inn with a good price balance for the year-end and New Year stays at Hoshino Resorts series. Less than an hour by rental car from Izumo Airport, after leaving the Sea of Japan side and running along the sea, you will find the entrance to the hotel near the Nikko Lighthouse. If there is no car, it seems to take 40 minutes by bus or taxi from JR Izumo City Station, so it is less 々 inconvenient, and it is not within walking distance to Izumo Taisha shrine, so it seems better to consider it based on that area. The vertical building has a three-story structure with rooms on the lighthouse side or the sea side lined up on the left and right sides of the cape, but we chose the lighthouse side where we can see the sea a little. It is said that it is a Japanese-style room type of Ryukyu tatami mats, but it is a thick mat bed and has a large sofa living space by the window, which looks like a Western-style room, and it is large enough for two people to stay. From the veranda, you can see the horizon of the Sea of Japan at the end of the lighthouse of Nichigo and the information center and parking lot. The large communal bath seems to be a good hot water for preparing for a prayer with a high salt concentration, so you can relax and soak while gazing at the magnificent scenery of Izumo Matsushima and the Sea of Japan. There is only a shower booth in the room, but there was no inconvenience, especially because there was no time zone where the large communal bath was crowded. Dinner is a restaurant room, so it has a private feeling, and the auspicious item 々 related to the local specialty continues, and even after the small 々 is full, the cooked rice in the clay pot is cooked. .. At night, you can have a good time every night, watching Iwami Kagura based on myths held for free, having tororo soba, and taking a hot spring. Breakfast is simple but delicious Japanese food at the same restaurant. It takes about 20 minutes by car to Izumo Taisha Shrine, but the parking lot seems to be crowded at the first visit, so I parked at the parking lot of Inasa Beach on the way and walked for about 15 minutes, and I decided to walk on the historic ”God's Road” through which God 々 passes. Also, the beautiful shrines of the shrines are about 15 minutes walk from the hotel along the sea, so it is just right for a walk before and after check-out. For those who want luxurious facilities and generous services 々 may feel less 々 unsatisfactory, but it was a hotel that was balanced with moderate service and price in the new facilities and excellent location. , If I have the opportunity, I will stay at the ”world” brand of other tourist destinations.
