"Everything was perfect! The staff was kind, helpful, and extremely efficient, as always in Japan. I loved the delicious ramen served in the evening, the relaxing onsen, the peaceful atmosphere, the impeccable cleanliness, and all the extra services included. The location is also very convenient, just next to the station. I would have loved to stay more nights, but unfortunately, there was no availability. I really hope to come back!"

"ご用意頂いた部屋は13畳と広く、また大きな窓からは神西湖とその湖畔の桜が一望でき、フロントでお借りした双眼鏡で子供たちとバードウォッチングが楽しめました。 0〜6時にお風呂が利用できなかったのが残念でしたが、その期間中は無料のマッサージチェアでくつろげたので、疲労もストレスも解消。 食事も味、品数共に大満足で、特に選べるデザートで子供たちも大喜び。朝食でもシジミの味噌汁を全員お代わりしちゃいました。 ただ、最寄駅(山陰線江南駅)に止まる列車が少なく、そこまでのアクセスを計算しておかないと思わぬ時間ロスが発生してしまうかもしれません。　尚、江南駅(無人駅)にはタクシーがありませんが、お宿の方が迎えに来て下さり、非常に助かりました。"

"I couldn't get a room at my usual hotel so I stayed here. It's right in front of Izumo Station and the shuttle bus to Izumo Airport is right in front of it. There are convenience stores nearby, Seven and Lawson, so you won't have any trouble having dinner at a nearby izakaya. The room was also very clean. There was a morning newspaper service in the elevator hall. There aren't many long-term stays, so there is no laundry, so I went to a coin laundry about a 5-minute walk away. They do dry cleaning. The only thing that bothered me about my stay was the shower curtain! It smelled like damp laundry, so I couldn't relax in the bathtub. I think they're busy, so even if it's impossible to dry it properly every time, I wish they could at least make it possible to change it. Other than that, it was really good. Also, you take the amenities you need from the lobby up, but It said that you can only have one per stay. I'm a woman, and I don't do much skin care, so one pouch of lotion and cream was enough for me to use morning and night, but I think it wouldn't be enough for someone who takes care of things properly. However, I realized that the location in front of the station is really convenient, so I'd like to visit again if I can make a reservation.^_^"

"My stay at Hirata Maple Hotel was quite pleasant. The hotel boasts a prime location near major transportation hubs, making it easy to access various attractions. The lobby is modern yet comfortable, and the staff were warm, friendly, and quick to check in. The room was spacious and bright, elegantly decorated, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, allowing me to completely relax. The room was well-equipped, including free Wi-Fi and a coffee machine, making the stay even more convenient. The view from the window was also beautiful, especially in the morning when the sunlight streamed into the room, creating a refreshing start to the day. The breakfast buffet offered a diverse selection, from Japanese to Western cuisine, and the food was quite delicious, giving me plenty of energy to start my day. The hotel's gym and lounge area were also comfortable, suitable for travelers who want to exercise or relax. Overall, Hirata Maple Hotel is a highly recommended accommodation choice, suitable for both business and leisure travel."

"◾️Summary Great location, but not having breakfast would have been better. ◾️Conditions ・Stayed on a weekday in February ・One night for one person, total cost about ¥7,100. ◾️Location ・Conveniently located right next to Shimane Station ◾️Service ・No particular complaints about the service. ◾️Amenities ・The amenity bar had everything you'd expect. ・There didn't seem to be any water. ・Drink service was provided at the front desk (including alcohol). ◾️Room: Super Room, non-smoking. ・The room seemed reasonably clean. ・The bunk bed room was the cheapest, so it was unnecessarily large. ・Humidifier provided. ・WiFi worked. ◾️Breakfast [Time] I visited around 8:30 AM on a weekday. [Crowdiness] There were about three other guests. [Taste] Since it's considered a free breakfast, it was quite basic. Rice (Dashi Chazuke) Shijimi Soup Simmered Sukiyaki Grilled Salt-Grilled Mackerel Teriyaki Chicken Tofu Hamburger Dashimaki* Yogurt Aloe Vera Bread The clam soup was the best. Since there weren't many dishes, I thought it would have been better to serve the food on regular plates instead of buffet plates so that it would look more attractive. Personally, I would have preferred the 500 yen discount and the room-only plan. [Service][Atmosphere] No wet towels provided. At the end, you have to separate and return your dishes, just like at school lunches, which I didn't like from a hygienic standpoint. The lack of wet towels makes this all the more noticeable."

"Breakfast is pure Japanese, with photos. Self-take mode. No big bath. There are three parking lots here, which is very convenient. There is no scenery outside the window, the permeability and air conditioning are not bad. The network is not very smooth but can be used. "A great hot spring hotel, right next to Izumo Taisha Shrine. There are many restaurants around, but they are all closed at night. The hotel's courtyard is exquisite, the hot springs are average, and the food is average. The best thing is the location and courtyard. It is an old building and the service is good."
