"I couldn't get a room at my usual hotel so I stayed here. It's right in front of Izumo Station and the shuttle bus to Izumo Airport is right in front of it. There are convenience stores nearby, Seven and Lawson, so you won't have any trouble having dinner at a nearby izakaya. The room was also very clean. There was a morning newspaper service in the elevator hall. There aren't many long-term stays, so there is no laundry, so I went to a coin laundry about a 5-minute walk away. They do dry cleaning. The only thing that bothered me about my stay was the shower curtain! It smelled like damp laundry, so I couldn't relax in the bathtub. I think they're busy, so even if it's impossible to dry it properly every time, I wish they could at least make it possible to change it. Other than that, it was really good. Also, you take the amenities you need from the lobby up, but It said that you can only have one per stay. I'm a woman, and I don't do much skin care, so one pouch of lotion and cream was enough for me to use morning and night, but I think it wouldn't be enough for someone who takes care of things properly. However, I realized that the location in front of the station is really convenient, so I'd like to visit again if I can make a reservation.^_^"

"A great hot spring hotel, right next to Izumo Taisha Shrine. There are many restaurants around, but they are all closed at night. The hotel's courtyard is exquisite, the hot springs are average, and the food is average. The best thing is the location and courtyard. It is an old building and the service is good."

The lobby is modern and comfortable, the staff is warm and friendly, and the check-in is fast. The room was spacious and bright, elegantly decorated, and the beds were very comfortable, allowing me to relax completely. The room was fully equipped, including free Wi-Fi and coffee machine, making the accommodation more convenient. The view from the window was also beautiful, especially in the early morning, the morning light penetrated into the room, making people feel a fresh start. The breakfast buffet has a variety of choices, from Japanese to Western cuisine, and the taste is quite good, which makes me start the day full of energy. The hotel's gym and seating area are also very comfortable for travelers who want to exercise or relax. Overall, Hirata Maple Hotel is a very recommended accommodation choice, suitable for business or leisure travel."

[Crowdiness] There were about three other guests. [Taste] Since it's considered a free breakfast, it was quite basic. Rice (Dashi Chazuke) Shijimi Soup Simmered Sukiyaki Grilled Salt-Grilled Mackerel Teriyaki Chicken Tofu Hamburger Dashimaki* Yogurt Aloe Vera Bread The clam soup was the best. Since there weren't many dishes, I thought it would have been better to serve the food on regular plates instead of buffet plates so that it would look more attractive. Personally, I would have preferred the 500 yen discount and the room-only plan. [Service][Atmosphere] No wet towels provided. At the end, you have to separate and return your dishes, just like at school lunches, which I didn't like from a hygienic standpoint. The lack of wet towels makes this all the more noticeable."

"It takes about 40 minutes by car from the city, and half of it has to run on the mountain road along the sea, but there are about 5 minutes by car from Nikko Lighthouse, Nikko Shrine, Izumo Matsushima, etc., and I went sightseeing after staying. The inn was cleanly renovated, the bath, toilet and washroom were shared but no problem. The room had a TV, refrigerator, yukata, towels, toothbrush, Japanese tea and tea tea bags. １ There was a vending machine in the lobby on the floor, such as pots, microwave ovens, beverages, cup noodles, frozen foods, etc."

"ご用意頂いた部屋は13畳と広く、また大きな窓からは神西湖とその湖畔の桜が一望でき、フロントでお借りした双眼鏡で子供たちとバードウォッチングが楽しめました。 0〜6時にお風呂が利用できなかったのが残念でしたが、その期間中は無料のマッサージチェアでくつろげたので、疲労もストレスも解消。 食事も味、品数共に大満足で、特に選べるデザートで子供たちも大喜び。朝食でもシジミの味噌汁を全員お代わりしちゃいました。 ただ、最寄駅(山陰線江南駅)に止まる列車が少なく、そこまでのアクセスを計算しておかないと思わぬ時間ロスが発生してしまうかもしれません。　尚、江南駅(無人駅)にはタクシーがありませんが、お宿の方が迎えに来て下さり、非常に助かりました。"
