"This hotel is a complete surprise. It's called Jiayun, what a nice name. I didn't have high hopes when I booked it. I saw that it was a 10-minute walk to Izumo Taisha Shrine, with one night for one person and two meals, and the price was right. When I arrived, I found that the whole hotel had been renovated. The meal is very good at this price. There is no pick-up service. Take the bus from Izumo Station to Izumo Taisha Shrine at 2:30 pm for 30 minutes. Apple navigation is very accurate. Now I am in Jia Suiyuan Minami in Tamatsukuri Onsen. It is too old. Although the price is higher and the reputation is greater, it is completely inferior to Jiayun. It still needs a renovated hotel"

"Perfect hotel for those traveling by public transport around Japan -- so convenient to walk right out the door to the station :). As mentioned by other reviews, facilities and free foood are fantastic -- in additional to the bathing spaces, there are a number of lovely sitting areas spread across the building to work in. Room was clean and up to standard albeit on the smaller side and staff is friendly and helpful!"

"very nice! There is a Family Mart nearby and it is a short walk to Izumo Taisha Shrine and the Izumo Historical Museum! The receptionist was very nice. Dinner and breakfast were all buffets. They were delicious. The hot springs were very comfortable. However, there were too many people and I didn’t have the chance to soak in a private hot spring. There were also free ramen and kimono rentals. It was a good choice to go to Izumo Taisha Shrine~ It’s close to the Izumo tram station. It’s a little far away from the main shrine but the road is quite easy to walk!"

"good location recommend I think this is the best hotel in the area. It's about a 7-minute walk from Oda Station. The room is spacious, you can see the coastal scenery from the balcony, and the most convenient facility is the salt seawater pool. I put on my swimsuit and got into the pool, and it felt like it would improve my blood circulation, and even though I've had trouble sleeping recently, I slept soundly all night. On my next trip to Shimane Prefecture, I'll be staying here for another night 😄 The attached photos were taken of lunch at the hotel, the train, the nostalgic train, the famous Izumo Taisha Shrine, and Izumo soba."
