"Facility was very nice - especially with the fridge and washing machine, which makes it very convenient for travellers on extended trips.
Breakfast, as the name suggests, is a very strong point of the hotel with fresh sashimi and a lot of local delicacies available. Although on busier days the restaurant might seem a bit small, but overall it's managable. Even for those plans without breakfast they would provide you with a smoothie everyday as well so that's a good point.
Also enjoyed the free drinks available, especially on the alcoholic drinks provided in the condonium.
Distance-wise it was within walking distance to the city centre and very close to the airport bus stop."

"The breakfast offered a wide variety of good quality options, and even on weekdays, the hotel had a high occupancy rate. The staff were very friendly; I was particularly touched when the gentleman responsible for cleaning in the morning bowed to me in a traditional Japanese greeting. We booked sea view rooms through Trip.com, and my friend and I each made separate bookings. It turned out the room types were slightly different, with one being much closer to the sea, which led to a bit of a disagreement with the front desk. Luckily, we speak Japanese, and the hotel eventually made a compromise, for which I'm grateful! I hope Trip.com can be more accurate when describing room types during the booking process to avoid such unnecessary hassle. The hotel is right by the sea, and the water is clear, but it's a shame there's no sandy beach, which was a bit disappointing. The rooms are also on the smaller side."

"I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and cannot recommend it enough! One of the best perks was the free bike rental (for 2 hours), it was incredibly convenient for running errands and doing some local shopping.
The staff are exceptionally welcoming and kind, always ready to help with a smile. Plus, the location is unbeatable, it's only a 10-minute walk to Maesato Beach. If you are looking for comfort and convenience, this is the place to be!"

"It's a little far from the city center and the bus terminal, so if you have a lot of luggage and want to go out to eat, it's a bit of a walk. It takes about 20 minutes. There are restaurants nearby, but they're limited in number. The room was reasonably spacious and clean, so there were no problems. Smoking was allowed in the room, so the smell permeated the futon and other items, which was disappointing. Other than that, breakfast was included, and there was unlimited coffee and other drinks in the lobby at any time, which was nice. The front desk staff were also very helpful."

"The price is cheaper than the surrounding area, and the location is good, as it's just a short walk from the remote island terminal.
As for the hotel, the staff were very helpful, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Our plan included breakfast, and the food selection was very varied, using many local specialties. To be honest, I was surprised at the variety - so much so that I wanted to try everything, but couldn't. This is a hotel I'd definitely like to use again when traveling to Ishigaki Island!"

"This hotel is no doubt the best resort in Ishigaki Island. It has a big resort style with exclusive feel. There are a few buildings so make sure you pick the right one for your needs. I chose the newest building facing the ocean. It was very new and clean. The room has nice ocean view and can also see the pool underneath. The balcony is also good as it allows you to hang clothes to dry. However, I also tried the Teppanyaki dinner and it was just very average. The air conditioning was not enough at that restaurant and the food was very average quality and taste but it was very expensive. The chef barely had any interaction with the customer, including the Japanese customers, and it was really just very average. I would recommend dinner at somewhere else. But the hotel itself was overall nice and highly recommended."

"There are 3 different buildings in this hotel, please make sure you choose the ”Misaki Wing”, as it is the newest building and it will face the ocean terminal side. The room is actually not that roomy, however, it is reasonably clean. Floor space is lacking for 2 adults with barely enough room to open two suitcase. However, I would recommend this hotel considering its prime location to the terminal and nearby restaurants. One thing to note is that, if you arrive at the hotel early before the check-in time, the hotel staff would not let you check-in early. Therefore, in the lobby, you will see many people waiting for the official time to check-in, and when the time comes, many people will line-up get checked-in. This is rather a chaotic situation and can be easily solved if the hotel can simply allow guest to check-in earlier. I was there 30 mins early and was told I cannot check-in and need to wait. But it was not a busy season and there are so many rooms in this hotel."

"Choosing Comfort Hotel was truly a delightful surprise. It was my first time visiting Ishigaki Island in Okinawa, and I picked this hotel based on reviews and its environment. I didn't expect the hotel to be so good overall, especially the rooms – they were spacious, clean, bright, and had windows that could be opened. The bathroom was also large, and the power outlets were conveniently placed, which was very thoughtful. There's a coastline nearby and a large supermarket. What's even better is the conveyor belt sushi restaurant just a hundred meters away, offering fresh ingredients at reasonable prices. There's also a Yaeyama Soba shop nearby with great food. All in all, I'm very satisfied and highly recommend it.

If you have a purpose and just stay, you can spend comfortably without any trouble!
The only thing I was worried about was that the sheets were torn."

"The hotel has a sea view across the street, and I found it fascinating how the pool seemed to be connected to the ocean. Dinner included a barbecue and a formal course meal. Since the barbecue was fully booked, I opted for the course meal, which was fantastic! Breakfast was also delicious, and the surrounding area was well-maintained, making it a great place to take pictures. I wanted to see the stars at night, but it was a bit cloudy, so I couldn't really see them. There was also a stargazing tour available at the hotel. There was a small souvenir shop within the hotel, which I browsed and found a variety of souvenirs to buy. I'd love to visit this hotel again!"

KkkkayanThe owner is very nice and good person, he must be the reason that will be back to this hostel. The location is wonderful just inside the town area, you can have a drink or a tasty food ut walk a second and the ferry pier just nearby. The room is clean and tidy.

SSa_cinVery clean and well organised. The guest house is kept spotless and has all that you may need. From the rooms which are very well organised and each person has his unique space kind of like a small room to himself, to the temperature of the aircon, which too often is kept very low, whereas here it is kept cool but not freezing. The service is very good, there is always someone in reception from 7AM to 11PM and they are always ready to help. Toilets are super clean and well kept, and you are given 2 towels daily for you to use. Also, if you stay more than 5 nights, you get a new set of bedsheets to use (you have to change them on your own).
The kitchen is very well equipped and if you want to cook, they have all the necessary tools. Also, the common room is very well displayed, it is cosy and a nice space to socialize. An additional room to hang to dry wet clothes is outside of the back entry and can be very handy after a day at the seaside.
Overall, one of the best guesthouses I have been in during my trip in Japan.

However, the room condition wasn't as clean as I'd hoped, and I even spotted a cockroach ^^; But I understand that these resort-style areas tend to have a lot of bugs anyway. Due to a typhoon warning, I spent a lot of time indoors, but the variety of programs and the indoor pool made it bearable. Next time, I'd love to visit on a nice, sunny day.

The amenities are excellent,

Yyan128This place is very beautiful, the room is independent, there is a terrace, you can clearly see the stars,  you can see the Galaxy that night. From the airport directly to the accommodation, take a taxi 4100, 30 minutes. There is a western restaurant near the accommodation. It is very recommended.  The landlord has prepared a perfect restaurant information map , Very intimate. Very exquisite and attentive B&B,  highly recommended

GGuest UserIt's a really nice place and comes fully equipped, including a washer with detergent and a spacious balcony for air drying clothes. The toiletries and amenities are also great, and even the toilet paper is good quality, not thin or flimsy.
You can occasionally hear sounds from the corridor, but they are brief and not very disruptive. There is no street noise, very quiet. However, if you book a second floor room, you will need to carry your luggage up the stairs.
Free parking is available. The location is a short walk to the town area and public market, and about a seven minute walk to the bus stop.
Before check in, you need to call the property to get the door code, as there are usually no staff on site, you could do it via app so it is fre. This may be inconvenient for some guests. I recommend calling in advance, as they do not always pick up immediately.

CCL8888This hotel is very new and clean and modern. The location is prime. Right across the street of the terminal. If you choose higher floor, you will enjoy the ocean view with clear view of the terminal and can even see the big cruise ship. Right next to the hotels are some shops and restaurants. The room itself is extremely spacious and plenty of space for your suitcase and clothes to hang around to dry. The breakfast is good. You can order as much as you can and it was very tasty. You can also store the luggage in the hotel to suit your day trips to the nearby island. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone but please be sure to book early as it runs out fast.

Breakfast is a small variety. The staff seemed to have no spirit of hospitality, such as guiding the counter even though the table was empty. The beach sunshine hotel next door is much better with breakfast and staff helpful response.
