"I planned a trip to Okinawa in 2020 and booked this hotel, but was forced to cancel due to the spread of COVID-19... It's been three years since then... I was really looking forward to booking this hotel again, but the moment I entered the room, I was surprised by the strong moldy smell. I found the cause when I entered. There was a bath in the bedroom, and it had no ceiling. Because of that, moisture accumulated and the ceiling was full of black mold... Even if I opened the window all the way, the smell was so bad that it made my lungs hurt. A bath with no ceiling and an open ceiling is not hygienic, and even though the black mold was easily visible, it didn't seem like it was being cleaned. It's a shame because the atmosphere of the hotel and the surrounding environment are very nice."

"When I came here about two years ago, construction had already started, and I wondered when it would open, but it finally opened. I think new hotels are attractive. Hotels in Fukuoka and Naha prioritize convenience by being close to the airport, and tend to feel a bit cramped, but this is a city hotel with a large public bath. The rooms are reasonably spacious and cleaned every day. On the other hand, amenities are scarce, so I recommend bringing towels and toothbrushes with you. Breakfast is simple but not bad."

"This is where I stayed when I came to Ishigaki Island ten years ago. Lovely warm hotel at a very good value for money. Three meals a day can be solved in the hotel, the meals are great The hotel staff is very friendly. Helped me book a trip to Iriomote Island. Because of communication difficulties and price differences, they ran all the way across Ishigaki Island to get the refund sent to another hotel. Very touched 😹 I hope to have the opportunity to stay a few more days next time."
