"The room is consistent with the typical Japanese-style size. The hotel staff are very warm and polite. The hotel offers free dinner and bathing services, which were not mentioned on the booking page.
The hotel has three different buildings. I booked the South Wing on Trip, but the address provided on Trip did not match the hotel I stayed at. I had to drive around several times before finding the correct parking lot."

"Outside the station, it is very convenient. There is a Tangji supermarket in ten minutes walk. Rich variety, buy and eat.
The front desk reminded to lock the door at 11 pm. A little surprised. However, it is also a sense of security to have no idle people in and out at night."

"I stayed here on a solo trip. It's a new hotel that's very clean and well-kept, and I had a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet was included and the food was delicious!
The robe was separated into top and bottom halves, making it easy to put on, and some people even ate breakfast in their robes.
There was also a large public bath, but I didn't use it this time.
I highly recommend this hotel!"

"The hotel is very big, clean, and beautiful 😍
The staffs at the counter r friendly and very helpful. They are able to speak simple English which makes the communication smooth and it’s definitely a big plus for the hotel 👍
However, this hotel is a bit far away from the city center.
And most importantly, THE TAXI 🚕 DRIVERS OUTSIDE THE HOTEL . They are WAY TOO RUDE TO US.
They park their car at the hotel entrance and block the way. We would like to drop off our luggage first but the TAXI DRIVER CHASE US AWAY WITH A VERY BAD ATTITUDE .
We hope the hotel management will take note on this and take appropriate action to prevent similar incidents from happening for the future guests.
