Hotels with WiFi in Thane

Poor noise isolation between the rooms. Neighbours room was blaring music and singing late into the night. First call to Reception resulted in no action being taken. Second call 15 min later made with an irate tone resulted in staff visiting and the noise being reduced. During check out, reception tried to get the Manager to come and apologize, but Manager asked instead how much the customer paid for the room and declined to come out, instead leaving reception to respond to complaints. Pathetic and unsympathetic behavior by the Manager.

The hotel facilities are complete, the room is clean, and the outdoor view is spacious and quiet, with no noise disturbances, allowing for a restful stay. The food is high quality, but there's room for improvement in the serving speed.

The hotel was alright but I think for the price, it should have provided more. The rooms are ok but not great. I might try another hotel the next round. The views are not bad if you stay on a high floor.

Overall, this was a wonderful stay at hotel at archana residency. Everything is nice, clean and luxurious. unforgettable memories. If I have to visit mumbai again, make sure to stay here again.Cleanliness is superb. They even sanitize toilet which makes me feel less worried about it.I am not a cleaning freak but still feel bad if a hotel has dirty toilet bowl. Breakfast is delicious and high quality.Make me feel touched with the Indian heritage.I feel close to indian people, thanks to the hotel. All stuff are polite and well-trained. The best service ever.

Location is good and on main road. Hotel cleanliness is better than all nearby hotels. Food is also amazing as it's the same Shikara Hotel staff.

Cleanliness: The room was clean, not spotless but is a good stay Service: Staff was friendly at front desk Comfort: Bed was comfortable. Location: Convenient to transport and food area Breakfast : Mostly local food. As foreigner, preferably fried noodles or rice will be great.

Hotel could be easily located and situated opposite d-mart, so easy to find, but hotel has no parking space. Rooms were small and congested, quite tight-spaced for a couple, including the bathrooms. Only one room we booked had a table to have food inside the room while the other one did not. Hot water not available in the bathroom. Rooms were not provided with dental kits or hand towels, although when asked for it we were provided the same. However, staff was quite helpful and well mannered throughout the stay. Breakfast spread was average with not many options for nonveg, but the items changed on a daily basis so variety was good. Thankfully, outside food is allowed. No amenities for games or other indoor activities such as swimming pool.

Hotel Monarch in Navi Mumbai offers a comfortable and convenient stay with a blend of modern amenities and warm hospitality. I recently stayed here for a business trip and was impressed by the quality of service and the hotel's facilities. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed, featuring comfortable beds, efficient air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi. The modern decor and thoughtful touches, like a well-stocked minibar and a safe, added to the overall comfort. The staff was attentive and responsive, ensuring that all my needs were promptly addressed. Dining at the hotel was a pleasant experience, with a variety of options available at the in-house restaurant. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection of both local and international dishes, providing a great start to the day. The hotel’s location is another advantage, with easy access to key business areas and transportation links in Navi Mumbai. Additionally, the amenities such as the business center and meeting rooms were well-equipped and served my professional needs effectively. Overall, Hotel Monarch is a solid choice for both business and leisure travelers seeking a reliable and comfortable stay in Navi Mumbai. I would definitely recommend it for its excellent service and convenient location.

It doesn’t match the pictures what is shown by the owner But it was very safe to stay there as i was a single woman it’s like one bhk apartment transferred into hotel room. But they don’t have amenities like a water kettle. Staff is very polite and helpful. You can order food through swiggy or zomato and it’s very very near to the main city. It’s walkable distance. It’s well maintained clean. Charges are on higher side according to the facilities.

The hotel is located at good Area, on Palm Beach road. Rooms are located on higher floors , 26,27& 28th Floor. Though the room was clean, the room did not match the pictures shown online. In executive room, pictures shown has is a huge curtain in the room giving an impression of panoramic window behind the curtain, but in actual there is just a wall and a small window with hardly any view instead mess lying outside window. The management should clearly mention that the room doesn’t come with a view. Only delux room comes with actual view.
