The hotel facilities are complete, the room is clean, and the outdoor view is spacious and quiet, with no noise disturbances, allowing for a restful stay. The food is high quality, but there's room for improvement in the serving speed.

This hotel is close to factory area but there are restaurants and convenience store at the downstairs. The Aircond in the room is not consistent and toilet cleaning can be improve especially the basin. Breakfast is good.

The hotel was alright but I think for the price, it should have provided more. The rooms are ok but not great. I might try another hotel the next round. The views are not bad if you stay on a high floor.

The complimentary breakfast had a wide variety of options and was enjoyable. The staff were friendly and courteous, making our stay pleasant. The rooms were clean and tidy, and both room service and housekeeping were prompt. However, on one occasion, we left our key card at the reception for housekeeping while we went out, but when we returned at 2 PM, the room had not been cleaned. After calling the reception, they promptly sent the housekeeping team to take care of it. Overall, it was a great experience.

It is a very old property, lot of repair work is required in every area , starting from mattresses to floor …room conditions are bad . In cafeteria, there is hardly anyone to help , no one will come to your table , here I will say the quality of staff is a big concern Overall not a decent place to stay in current situation

stay was awesome Receptionist and food and beverage service staff was very helpful. restaurant food was good. I suggest always book this hotel without breakfast they are serving one piece of idli and wada with sambar and your breakfast is over overall stay was good but breakfast 😭
