"Good location with a lot good food around. Requested non smoking room, but when check in they said not available. End up stay in twin bed room with non sea view for first night and move to another room the next day (book for queen room with sea view)."

"Comfortable Luxury Stay with a Fantastic Pool Experience My stay at Four Points by Sheraton Manado was overall a very satisfying experience. While there were a few minor shortcomings considering the hotel’s price range and brand level—such as the absence of a hairdryer in the room—the overall quality of the stay more than made up for it. The room itself was quiet and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. The bedding was especially cozy, ensuring a good night’s sleep, and the bathroom was clean and well maintained. These fundamentals were executed well, which made a strong positive impression. One of the most appealing aspects of this hotel is its flexibility with check-in and check-out times, which adds convenience for travelers with varied schedules. However, the true highlight is the swimming pool, which is available until 9 PM. Being able to enjoy the pool in the evening significantly enhanced the overall experience. The poolside bar also deserves special mention. It offers a wide selection of food and beverages, and interestingly, guests can order additional items not listed on the main menu—such as pizza, sandwiches, and burgers. This flexibility adds to the sense of comfort and hospitality. Despite a few details that could be improved to better match the hotel’s pricing and branding, Four Points by Sheraton Manado delivers a quiet, clean, and comfortable stay with excellent pool facilities, making it a strong luxury option in Manado."

"Good location, fine rooms. Love the breakfast - a lot of options, awesome quality of foods, but there is no coffeemachine there. Rooftop pool with great view was dirty. Recommend it if you need city base for your nearby adventures or just transit."

"Stayed at this hotel for a diving trip. The facilities are pretty good for Manado, the best part was the shower – excellent water pressure and no clogs, which is a rare find! As for hygiene, it's acceptable for Indonesia. The spa, however, was disappointing. It's twice the price of local spas, and the service is quite mediocre, much worse than what you'd find in China, Thailand, or the Philippines. I wouldn't recommend it."

"This place was a great experience at first--the welcome drink and free breakfast were nice experiences, and the staff was incredibly personal and warm. The room was a standard normal-to-high end solo traveler or coulples ranges. Then came the wild, endless brawl in the hallway outside my room. I was afraid to even open my door. Then, while checking me out, I was told I'd need to pay basically one more night's work in order to rectify that I was ”a menace” during my stay. Justifications for this decision included minor spots left on the toilet sheet” and a picture of a wet bathmat I'd left on the floor. Next came wild proclamations that I had urinated all over the floor (according to them this happened the day before arrival); that I had left puke all over the room; and, most audatioualy, the claim that I had started that riot (during which at least two people were arrested and I had not left my room. An hour of arguing later, we were told that we had to play. Ruthless, lying, **** management, but could be a great place. For now, stay away."

"Beautiful view from my view. The hotel is located few meters from the sea front and there are food trucks & stalls at the board walk at night & many restaurants within walking distance. Strongly recommended."

"The hotel has seen better times and requires major rehaul. Moldy walls, degrading furniture, poorly washed bedsheets, old towels. The staff is friendly though."

"Amazing Cabin with a scenic view of sunset and ocean and city of Manado. Staff are super friendly and accommodating and cater to every needs (no cap) they helped me renting a motorbike, taught me to ride as well. With complimentary gifts and lighters when i lost mine , and helped with breakfast to my room and carrying my luggage all through whatsapp. Very Good service from staff there. The room itself was very good with adjustable lighting and colors and blurred/clear screen for views. Amenities are also amazing with BBQ pit and fireplace and good 24/7 service. Overall 10/10 for this hotel and very worth for its price. Thanks Bobocabin will definitely visit back again -Zaf 🙂"
