This place was a great experience at first--the welcome drink and free breakfast were nice experiences, and the staff was incredibly personal and warm. The room was a standard normal-to-high end solo traveler or coulples ranges.
Then came the wild, endless brawl in the hallway outside my room. I was afraid to even open my door. Then, while checking me out, I was told I'd need to pay basically one more night's work in order to rectify that I was "a menace" during my stay. Justifications for this decision included minor spots left on the toilet sheet" and a picture of a wet bathmat I'd left on the floor. Next came wild proclamations that I had urinated all over the floor (according to them this happened the day before arrival); that I had left puke all over the room; and, most audatioualy, the claim that I had started that riot (during which at least two people were arrested and I had not left my room.
An hour of arguing later, we were told that we had to play.
Ruthless, lying, **** management, but could be a great place. For now, stay away.
