"Very helpful and kind staffs. In the heart of old town 5-10 min from bus station via Uber(4-5 Euro). Nearest drop off for Taxi is at the small bridge and will take you 2-3 minute walk to Hostel , Better drop off spot with Bolt( Uber will drop you at the opposite direction compare with Bolt, that you have to walk for a longer distance especially some trouble if you need to bring large luggage. Nearby supermarket 3-5 minute. You will have 15% discount on food that was good taste. If you book with breakfast option, it will be alacarte breakfast for you with 5-6 options that also tasty. I stay in private room that come along with private bathroom. Bad things was pillows, I don’t know how to explain but it should be renew."

"The hotel is right by the sea. It's a maximum 20-minute walk to the Old Town, or you can take a hand-rowed boat from the lighthouse near the hotel entrance (2 euros per ride) directly to the Old Town walls. The rooms are very new. The rooms facing the front don't have balconies but are directly opposite the sea with two windows, offering excellent light. Some side rooms face the sea but have different viewing angles, though generally still offer a view. Other rooms don't have a sea view. Daria at the front desk was incredibly enthusiastic and gave us a lot of help. Even though I had a small issue, with her assistance, I easily found a solution. Many, many thanks to her! Zadar is definitely worth a visit."

The gentleman at the front desk was very professional and friendly. Since our room was already ready, he kindly allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated.
The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, and the breakfast was very good. The fruit was especially fresh, and overall the breakfast was even better than what we've experienced at many 4-star hotels in Croatia.

"Advantages: The front desk lady is very good, there is no elevator to help carry the suitcase, breakfast is quite rich, parking is free.
Disadvantages: Compared with our Chinese people, we do not recommend this homestay. The hardware facilities are poor. I asked the front desk for the sheets. The shower room is too small, there is no place to put things, and it is difficult to turn around. The room is old and simple."

"The location of the hotel is excellent. It is very close to the Sea Organ. I went there three times to enjoy the deep and beautiful sound of the Sea Organ! It is a homestay, you need to contact the landlord before you check in. There is a phone at the door, you can call, but the other party speaks Croatian, and finally found the little brother in the bar next to it to help answer the phone. It is best to contact the email in advance to inform the check-in time, otherwise you need to wait. The landlord was very nice and introduced the nearby attractions and dining in detail. The room is also very beautiful, with a microwave and refrigerator. In the old city, taxis cannot be reached directly and need to take a short walk. Need to climb the stairs, please be cautious if the box is too big.

超級推薦，不但位置就在老城區，離各個景點也都不遠，設備很新也都很齊全。
冰箱裡面還有水跟一整瓶的果汁，茶包種類超級豐富。如果不想吃餐廳在這邊也有廚房可以煮，附近就有很多超市也有傳統市場。
浴室乾濕分離，還有花灑蓮蓬頭，有地暖也有乾衣架，去玩水回來都有地方可以晾。
隔音算是很不錯，就在大街上但在房間基本上聽不到聲音，枕頭很大很好睡，空調也很新。
桌上有旅遊資訊，在抽屜還有ok蹦，真的很貼心
如果有人來這裡玩絕對會推薦這間！！

It was a pleasant stay with all the staff been friendly and thanks to the young lady in the breakfast room.
She ran the wholebreakfat on her own, always smiling and having nice things to say. The hotel is lucky to have such good staff.
The young girl at reception was equally friendly and insisted on carrying our bags up a flight of stairs. She explained everything about the hotel and things to see in Zadar.

nanleoOn the way there at first, it was a bit difficult to find the hotel after going around in circles. After arriving and checking in, the boss was very welcoming. The room facilities were very new and high-end. The environment was super good and very comfortable.

The hotel is in a prefect location which is just 5 min walking distance away from the beach which you can swim and enjoy sunshine. If you like to go for sightseeing. The old town is about 25 minutes walking distance from the hotel. One extra advantage is that a big supermarket Interspar is only 3 min walking distance from the hotel. The hotel is well managed and you can see from the details that the management has tried his very best to make a prefect stay for his clients. It is highly recommended.

The annex building is some distance from the front desk, and the front desk brother will help carry the luggage to the room. Breakfast needs to go back to the restaurant next to the front desk to eat
The hotel is located in the center of Split Old Town, about 5 minutes walk from the sea organ, not far from other old town attractions
If you drive by yourself, when you arrive at the hotel, you can hand over the car key to the front desk. The front desk brother will valet parking, parking fee 13 euros a day.
The location is quite excellent, recommended for a short stay!

Guest UserThe Hotel Donat offers a very fair deal with an excellent price-performance ratio. The rooms are a little old. However, they are very clean and the mattresses are very comfortable. The food is down-to-earth and tasty. There is always a large selection of freshly prepared dishes. You can easily walk to the city center of Zadar. The approximately 4 km long route follows the coast and is pleasant to walk. There are several bus stops nearby. You can reach the hotel from the city on lines 5 and 8. I would love to come back!
