The hotel rooms are clean and neat, both inside and out. I requested an early check-in in advance, and they prepared it well. All the staff were friendly. The breakfast wasn't great, but it wasn't too bad. The rooms were large enough, and the bathrooms were large and clean. It's about a 10-minute walk to the main tourist attractions, but if you think of it as a walk, it's not too far. If you're traveling around Zadar for a night, this accommodation is very good value for money. Parking is convenient, and there's no parking fee.

The room was clean and spacious, the staff was warm and the hotel environment was good. The only regret is that the hotel does not have an elevator, which is a challenge for tourists from afar, and the experience has plummeted.

Kolovare Hotel is located on Kolovare Beach and has an outdoor swimming pool. It is a few minutes away from Zadar Bus Station, about a fifteen-minute walk from Zadar Old Town, and about a 20-minute walk from the Sea Organ. It is quite convenient and offers a decent breakfast. It is suitable for people traveling from Zadar to other places.
