"I received a free upgrade to a lovely spacious room overlooking the pool, which makes for a wonderful view, especially on the balcony. The hotel is an easy 20-minute walk to the centre of Fira and the Fira bus station, with no stairs or anything that makes luggage access difficult. The included breakfast has a good selection. The staff were very kind, cleaning was quite good, and the receptionist provided excellent recommendations for my itinerary. Overall, a very nice and relaxing stay."

"The location is absolutely perfect - everything is within walking distance to the centre, making it very convenient to explore the area, restaurants, shops, and attractions. The cleanliness is impeccable, and you can really tell that the place is very well maintained. The service was excellent from start to finish. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help, especially Harry, making us feel comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. Their hospitality truly made a difference and added to the overall wonderful experience. Thank you so much for the amazing stay. "They were very nice and make you feel like home all the time, always smiling :) The room was very clean and nice, they gave me a very small room because I was alone but on the reservation it was a triple room. Anyway I didnt complain, it was fine. The pool is nice, the location is in the middle of the island so far and close to everywhere. But theres a bus station a minute from the hotel and also other options to eat around, if yu dont wanna eat in the hotel. I had checkin in the morning and they offer me to leave my luggage on the hotel cause my flght was in the night and before going to airport they gave me towel and soap for a shower after all the day out. It was beyond my expectations, very happy for my stay there. I 100% recommend this place"

"The pool was broken and I couldn't use it. They charge €10 if you leave towels on the floor and don't even give me a warning. They charged me €50 for the towels and for accidentally soiling the bed cover. They simply left a note under the door to go to reception and say I had to pay €50. They demanded cash, and I insisted and would only pay by card and invoice. Other than that, everything went well."

The front desk and staff are warm, attentive, and incredibly thoughtful. We initially stayed with a tour group and then extended our stay for an extra night. When checking out, a staff member saw us with our luggage and immediately offered to help, which was incredibly considerate. Even when we had the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on our door, the hotel thoughtfully placed the daily standard bottled water, toiletries, and fresh towels neatly on the sofa outside our room. This showed great attention to detail, balancing privacy with ensuring our daily needs were met. Having stayed in countless hotels, I've never experienced such a comfortable and high-end stay. Every aspect was impeccable, deserving of a full five-star rating. I genuinely and strongly recommend this hotel to everyone!"

"I stayed at Delfini Villas for 2 nights and it was absolutely amazing. The room view was perfect and the hotel’s location is in the city centre of Oia which allows you to walk to any places also the bus station. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. You can customize your breakfast with the lady at the reception. She is very kind."

"As a landmark tourist destination in Greece, Santorini boasts a plethora of hotels of all kinds, enough to make any choice difficult! The hotel we stayed at wasn't the most luxurious or the most beautiful, but it was definitely the most unique! Located on a hillside overlooking the Fira town, it offered stunning sea views of the volcanic island. Every morning, we could see two or three large cruise ships quietly anchored in the azure Aegean Sea, and at night, they twinkled silently with their lights, creating breathtaking seascapes at every turn! The hotel's white walls, red doors, green plants, and blue pool were also scenes we couldn't get enough of photographing. Both room types we stayed in were quite spacious and well-equipped, with bathrooms reminiscent of Turkish baths. The hotel service was also meticulous and attentive. A handsome young man at the front desk waited until late at night to check us in, and room service staff waited outside our doors until we left before starting to clean. The room was always impeccably tidy. The only downside was the limited fresh water supply on the island; each room only received one large bottle of water free of charge, and any additional water would incur a charge. Breakfast wasn't booked the night before, so there were bound to be translation and comprehension issues. The breakfast portions were a bit small on the first two days, and too much on the last day, which was a little awkward. Fortunately, it was all included in the room rate."

"A truly special stay — raw, beautiful, and full of character From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. Vincent, the manager, had arranged for a staff member to meet us at the Post Office. From there, we walked the famous donkey path down to the hotel — and honestly, it was one of the most memorable parts of the trip. Stunning views, donkeys along the way — it’s Santorini. If you expect a completely flat walk, you’re in the wrong place. And that’s not the hotel’s problem. I’ve seen reviews complaining about the stairs, calling it dirty or difficult. Having experienced it myself, I can tell you: it’s nothing. A little walk, a little effort — perfectly fine. If someone can’t manage that, they probably shouldn’t be visiting Santorini in the first place. And the hotel already arranged for staff to carry our luggage both ways — so the hard part was handled. The hotel isn’t trying to be some fake luxury resort. It’s authentic, raw, and full of soul. The location is simply the MOST stunning spot in the area — unbeatable for photos and views. We were incredibly fortunate to be given a room with an indoor hot tub. If you’re visiting Santorini in the winter or early spring, this is incredibly important — it’s cold and windy outside to stay long. I searched for a long time and realized there aren’t many places here with an indoor hot tub. The water was exceptionally clean which made all the difference. Deep, warm, and absolutely relaxing on those cooler March days. The room was also well-equipped with everything we needed — toiletries, coffee machine, water, all provided. Visiting Greece this time of year is actually fantastic. Streets are quiet, no crowds. The views are just as stunning, and you don’t have to deal with extreme heat. Of course, the weather is a bit of a gamble — sometimes it rains — but there are always moments of sunshine. And the best part? It’s not as expensive as in the summer. A place like this is an absolute steal. Breakfast was generous, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared with Greet and American to choose from — a great start to each day. If you’re looking for a place with real character, soul, and the most beautiful setting in Oia — this is it. The team was warm and attentive. Genuinely grateful for our stay. Thanks Old Castle Oia!"
