"It was a newly refurbished, lovely hotel, and we were very satisfied with our room and the service. We would love to return, but the duvet cover was torn, the mattress wasn’t very comfortable, and the location was a bit far from the station. Overall, though, it was a good experience."

"The hotel is easy to find off high way, close to a bus terminal and a big supermarket which is convenient for grab some sandwiches & quick foods. A McDonald next to it is a plus for a quick eat. The room is big enough and there is even a extra bed. But the internet is slow. Some of the utensils seem old and not so clean (I can see smears on the glasses)."

"The room we booked was converted from a mews, which was a completely new experience for us and quite surprising in an interesting way. Almost everything else was fantastic. The staff were extremely kind and friendly, and the breakfast was excellent — you really have to try the Indian spice omelette. They also serve coffee and tea to your table instead of self-service, which felt very decent and welcoming. The breakfast staff in particular were warm and attentive. However, because the room was converted from a mews, the facilities have some limitations. The ventilation is not good, and we experienced allergy symptoms after having the air conditioner on all night during winter. There was no proper heater in the room, so we had to rely on the air conditioner for warmth, and it took about 15–20 minutes to start working. Also, it did not feel very clean when in use. Another downside is that there is no real window — only the mews door — which makes the room feel a bit closed-in and affects air circulation. Overall, this hotel offers wonderful staff and an amazing breakfast, but the room facilities and ventilation, especially in the converted mews rooms, could be improved. If you are sensitive to air quality or prefer natural light and windows, I would recommend choosing other places or other rooms instead of the mews-style rooms."

"Felt super scary at first with the cracking floor, tilted walls, big mirror, and 512 years history, but later the place showed its charm - very lively at night with people chilling at the backyard, nice restaurant on site, being right opposite to the Anne? Gate which leads you to the Salisbury Cathedral. I prob would choose to stay here again next time I visit Salisbury! Btw the staff are warm hearted and helped us deal with our Apple Watch forgot in the room. Much appreciated!"

"The room is OK, not small, clean, free parking, very close to Stonehenge, and there is a gas station supermarket next to it. Breakfast is 9.9 pounds per person at the front desk, and children are free. Nice environment"

"Opposite salisbury railway station, it is very suitable as a small base for people who want to go to stonehenge or other places, because the shuttle bus to Stonehenge is also here. I booked a suite. The front desk was very kind. The small hotel also prepared chocolate beans, apples, breakfast cereals, yogurt, etc. for free, which was very heartwarming. But it is a pity that I stayed very busy for 2 days. I ran around and didn't have much time to relax. The environment of the room was really good. There were high stools in the kitchen. It was convenient to play with mobile phones and computers while eating. If I have time, I really want to live here for a week. It should be noted that the front desk closes at 5 o'clock. Check-in after this can only be done by yourself. The closest food shop to the small hotel is in the train station, which is expensive. It is recommended to keep walking along the main road in front of the railway station. There are many restaurants and small supermarkets on both sides of the road. Near a bunch of buses are commercial areas, suitable for shopping. I wanted to take pictures when I left, but I forgot."
