Ze belden taxi’s en apotheken voor me en Faby heeft me geholpen mijn pijnstillers uit de verpakking te krijgen, maar ze waren verder niet echt behulpzaam. Ik vroeg hulp bij het pakken en mijn bagage en daar werd moeilijk over gedaan (al hebben ze wel geholpen mijn bagage naar de lobby te brengen). Mijn bagage wilden ze niet naar Nederland sturen."
