"Het hotel is comfortabel en gunstig gelegen. Tijdens mijn verblijf brak ik echter mijn arm. Ik had af en toe assistentie nodig. Ze belden taxi’s en apotheken voor me en Faby heeft me geholpen mijn pijnstillers uit de verpakking te krijgen, maar ze waren verder niet echt behulpzaam. Ik vroeg hulp bij het pakken en mijn bagage en daar werd moeilijk over gedaan (al hebben ze wel geholpen mijn bagage naar de lobby te brengen). Mijn bagage wilden ze niet naar Nederland sturen."

"The room is actually a small villa of the local people. There are a lot of mosquitoes in the garden. The boss is in the same city but does not appear throughout the whole process, and the key is locked in the password box at the door, but will not tell you the password in advance. I sent you an email in advance. It is all French. I want you to reply to confirm and then tell you the password. After a long time of check-in, I finally contacted the landlord for the international long-distance call before telling the password. The check-in experience is really bad. I gave feedback to Trip.com customer service, and finally gave some compensation, thank you customer service.
The room itself is very good, clean, antique, castle style, the appliances inside are also complete, but the stay experience is really bad. If you can't speak French, it is not very good to communicate. The landlord left a message in advance in the dialog box on the Trip.com platform, and replied to her that it has been unread, so why do you leave a message for me? Since I don't plan to see the reply. In case I can't speak French myself, the stay is almost far away, which is really unconsidered and not very reliable.
I sincerely suggest that Trip.com reduce cooperation with hotels in the homestay category that are directly transferred from such foreign platforms, because the language communication of this kind of hotel is not necessarily smooth, it is a private boss, airbnb-style house, not a special team to operate hotels, Communication and services in all aspects are obviously unable to keep up, it is easy to cause customer complaints, and the harm of Trip.com has to be paid. Why should it be? It is recommended to simply reduce the cooperation of such hotels in Trip.com ."

GGuest UserThe hotel is very clean and tidy, with quite new facilities and a good location with free parking. restaurants and boulangerie are within walking distance, and the beautiful beach is just a few minutes' walk away. The receptionist warmly welcomed us. The only drawback is that the paid breakfast selection isn't very extensive.

The refreshment of the rooms was light (note for the design of the original lavabo!) and the original common parts was not available. The breakfast was a variety and a variety, but attention, the supplies of the buffet depend largely on the teams present.
