I sincerely suggest that Trip.com reduce cooperation with hotels in the homestay category that are directly transferred from such foreign platforms, because the language communication of this kind of hotel is not necessarily smooth, it is a private boss, airbnb-style house, not a special team to operate hotels, Communication and services in all aspects are obviously unable to keep up, it is easy to cause customer complaints, and the harm of Trip.com has to be paid. Why should it be? It is recommended to simply reduce the cooperation of such hotels in Trip.com .
