"The hotel itself is very nice. It looks beautiful and is very clean. My problem with the hotel, and this is no reflection on the staff, is that the pool, bar, and restaurant were all closed. The weather was beautiful and the main reason we picked this hotel was based on the pool on the rooftop. That was incredibly disappointing, so if you plan on staying here any time other than the middle of summer, don’t expect to use any of the amenities."

"This hotel was the best value for money on our trip. It's newly renovated, and while there was a strong smell of renovation on the floor, it disappeared as soon as we entered the room. "The hotel's exterior is beautiful, and the lobby is spacious and bright. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful, answering all our questions about local information. "The people who work here are the best. They're so kind and helpful! Thanks a million to them for making my stay so enjoyable. The location of the hostel is unbeatable. It's situated right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of all the sights. Also, there are so many places to eat, drink, shop, and simply walk. It's very close to Valencia's biggest and best park. The rooms are exactly as they are in the pictures. They're tiny, but somehow no one gets in the way. Air conditioning worked perfectly. Hot water was also present, which is, unfortunately, not something you can always count on in Valencia. So, good job, Room Valencia. I'd like to point out some of the things they do here which are already rare at other places. First of all, you're given a towel for free. There is also body wash, shampoo, hairdryer, etc. at the bathroom. The sitting area on the ground floor is cozy and nice. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a microwave, a coffee machine and so on. All in all, it was a great choice to stay here while in Valencia."

"We stayed for just one night and notified them in advance that we would be arriving late. Upon arrival, we were given a room for people with reduced mobility. The hotel was full, and there was no possibility of changing rooms. It wasn't comfortable because the bathroom got completely wet, there was no shower head support, which was impractical when showering, and there was no wardrobe or any storage space, just a movable rod without hangers, making it unusable. However, the bed was comfortable, the facilities modern, and the breakfast complete."

"My daughter and I stayed at this hotel and absolutely loved it. The rooms are immaculate with new renovations. The bed is incredibly comfortable, and the bedding, robes, and towels are all pristine. The bathroom has everything you need, and the toiletries are excellent. The front desk staff are very friendly and professional. The location is top-notch. We were on a high floor, and it was very quiet, so the windows must be high-quality. We were prepared for noise, knowing the hotel is in the very center, but it was surprisingly peaceful. The hotel building also houses a superb Tapas restaurant, one of the best in the city."

"I only stayed here for 2 nights as it was the most convenient in terms of my location. For 2 days it is very nice as the room that i was assigned to had a small cute terrace, the bed was comfortable and even though i had to share the bathroom with 3 other people, it did not cause any problems and most of the time you don’t hear them. Overall, i would recommend this hostel for short stays."

This is my second stay in this hotel and it is just as I remembered. The staff are very friendly and go that little extra to make sure you are comfortable and to help as needed. At check in they give you a card with restaurant recommendations from places nearby. The girl at the front desk told me which were her favorites and recommended a few extra. The rooms are spacious and clean. They have giant windows for natural light and plenty of space to move around. Bigger than your average euro-hotel room, for sure. The facilities are solid. The gym has a personal trainer if you wish to book a session - otherwise it's free to use, well laid out and well equipped. The hotel is well located - right near the main square and a short walk from the railway station. There are penty of cafes, restaurants, shopping streets etc nearby. And plenty of bus route readily available if you wish to venture further - down to the beach for example.

Decent stay with a walking distance to old town Valencia. There is a good Korean BBQ and Chinese hotpot across the train tracks. Hotel reception is not 24 hours, so make sure you text them if you are arriving outside the operating hours. Room comes with kitchen amenities but no water provided.

The hotel is perfectly located, just a 10 minutes walk from the railway station. A metro station is a 3-minutes walk away. The hotel is small, but very clean and new (of 2017, if I'm not mistaken). My room's window faced the interior yard, so you will sleep at night quietly. A humble but decent breakfast is served in the morning (round eggs, jamon, cheese, cereals, fresh fruits/berries, bread & fresh bakery, tea/coffee). A remarkable feature is the 24-hour tea/coffee service available for free at the first floor -- very much appreciated indeed. If you are a fan of asian food, you will find lots of chinese restaurants around. Internet works pretty well (no problem with watching YouTube videos); it may disconnect once or two, but it did not bother any much -- just reconnect, and voila. The staff is very kind and extremely friendly, they speak at least English, Spanish, Ukranian and Russian. Overall, highly recommended for a single trip or for a pair visit if you do not want to pay for a large hotel.

Pros: Spacious, good service, breakfast is in the bar downstairs; limited selection but good taste, half buffet, hot dishes à la carte. Also, a great place to dry clothes! Cons: The entrance is too small, and the name is slightly different from the one on Ctrip, so I almost couldn't find it on my two trips; I only found it after reading reviews saying it was near the bar. Also, there was no housekeeping during my two-night stay. Otherwise, it was pretty good overall.

Opp hotel was a nice cosy mall, and corte de englais is a spanish dept store, its classy and mostly designers clothes , shoes extra, and inside it there is a nice mercado supermarket. Hotel was okay, breakfast not excellent for me, but probably for others it is not bad, it could have done better.staff friendly and helpfull, no ironing board in the room, its costly to iron in housekeeping, We were lucky weather was wonderfull. I would not hesitate to go there again, probably will take my travel iron with me. Totally i loved the area and amenities surrounding it👍

Finding the hotel from the parking lot was a bit tricky at first, as there's both an 'access to hotel' and an 'entrance to hotel' sign. However, after a day or two, you get used to it. The hotel is located above a mall with plenty of restaurants; I highly recommend the fried rice at Lemongrass. There's also a supermarket and various other shops, which is very convenient. It's a shame I left before Fallas, so I missed the fireworks. On the downside, the hotel's Wi-Fi signal was very poor, making it difficult to work.

This property is a cross between a hotel and apartment complex. The rooms are average size with some kitchen facilities which were useful; they have a nice balcony. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was expensive at EUR16.50 per person so we didn't try it. There are supermarkets nearby to get good stuff for breakfast. Room cleaning costs an extra EUR15 per day if you want it (free very 5 days). For a property with over 400 rooms, studios and apartments (potentially 800 - 1000 people in peak season) the pool area is very small. The pool is around 12m by 6m and on sunny days every sunbed and deckchair were full for every minute. If your looking for a sunbed poolside stay this is not the place. With the space and number of rooms they have they have they should build another pool. Location is good with the beach and metro about 10 minutes walk away. There are many restaurants which get more expensive the closer you get to the beach.

Great experience, check in experience was smooth and hotel was very clean. Location was perfect as its only 5 minutes of walking distance from the nearest metro, tram and bus station. Would definitely stay here again!

The hostel has an excellent location just in front of the river and a few step from the centre of the city and the old town of Valencia. The room is very comfortable as has lots of space however the shower and the toilet are in the same floor but far from the room. The staff were really friendly but some of them don’t speak Spanish.
