Whilst the premises were very good and clean, and service & staff were great. However , we were shocked to be told that despite the fact that we booked a queen bed for our anniversary , hotel records showed 2 single beds. In the end we lost the argument despite our printed booking and we had to pay a further €120 to get a larger bed. We reluctantly agreed, only to find the bed old, very soft with the sides bulging out. The pillows were also most uncomfortable

The staff were very kind and upgraded us to a larger room than usual. The bathroom was spacious, clean, and had strong water pressure. The bedroom had air conditioning even though it was winter. The bed was soft and very comfortable, and there was plenty of space to organize our belongings. The breakfast was acceptable; although it was not very varied, it was sufficient for what we needed for breakfast

Great location. Big room with comfy beds. The shower head hasn't been cleaned in a while so the water goes everywhere which is a bit annoying. Only two bottles of water provided for the whole stay. Nice staff.

Beautiful hotel, great location and very spacious room with a view to the Main Street. Clean and comfortable.

I can recommend this hotel! Good location, easy access to central by walking or using bus. Also not too far from a beautiful park.

Everithing was perfect

Was a great location near Ruzafa. The double bed is just 2 singles put together with a brush big crack in between. Room was big and very clean. The corridors are quite dated. Staff were very friendly.
