"I specifically came to Zibo for the renowned BBQ and after comparing several hotels, I chose the Sheraton Zibo. My entire stay was absolutely flawless, earning a solid five-star rating. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for both leisure and business travel. The hotel's location is truly prime, right in the heart of the city. It's directly connected to the second floor of the Vientiane Hui shopping mall, so you can shop and dine without even going outside, which is incredibly convenient, especially on a rainy day. The Babaju Market is just a ten-minute walk away, where you can easily grab local snacks like purple rice cakes and stir-fried pancakes. Getting to Zibo Railway Station or the Liuli Cultural and Creative Museum only costs the minimum taxi fare. It's a one-stop shop for dining, shopping, and entertainment, saving a lot of commute time and making it very friendly for out-of-town visitors. The check-in experience was exceptional. The front desk staff were gentle and patient. Upon learning we had traveled a long distance and were on a tight schedule, they proactively arranged an early check-in, thoughtfully provided a complimentary parking voucher, and even hand-drew a local travel map. They meticulously recommended reputable BBQ restaurants and glass workshops, and patiently answered all our transportation queries. There was no robotic, perfunctory language; every interaction was filled with genuine and considerate service. The hotel is equipped with smart delivery robots, making it convenient and fun to order drinks or daily necessities with just one click. The cleaning staff meticulously cleaned the rooms daily, wiping down every nook and cranny, and bathroom surfaces to a spotless shine. They even neatly arranged the towels in a decorative way. Any request to the front desk was met with an incredibly fast response time. We stayed in a high-floor scenic room, offering an expansive panoramic view through the floor-to-ceiling windows. By day, we could overlook the entire city's streets, and at night, as the lights came on, the entire cityscape was breathtakingly beautiful, creating a wonderful ambiance. The room was spacious and airy, featuring a new Chinese-style light luxury decor blended with Qi culture elements, making it elegant and cozy. The bedding was soft and fluffy, with just the right amount of support, and coupled with excellent soundproofing, we couldn't hear any noise from the corridor or the busy street, even though we were in a bustling commercial area. We had a peaceful and restful sleep after our busy days of exploring. The bathroom had a dry/wet separation, ample water pressure, and instant hot water. The full set of toiletries was high-quality. The walk-in closet included an iron and a weighing scale, and the mini-bar was well-stocked. The high-speed WiFi was stable and smooth, ensuring no disruptions for work or leisure. Every detail was meticulously taken care of; I couldn't find a single flaw. The self-service breakfast offered a rich and diverse selection, catering to both Chinese and Western tastes, and also featured Zibo's local specialties like freshly prepared lamb soup, 'san tang' (a local soup), and Zhoucun biscuits. The ingredients were fresh, and staff promptly refilled dishes. Desserts, fruits, and hot and cold beverages were all available. The top-floor executive lounge offered stunning views, and during the evening happy hour, complimentary snacks and drinks were provided. Watching the city sunset from the terrace was absolutely captivating, elevating the overall experience. The fitness center on the fifth floor was well-equipped, allowing us to enjoy city views while running, combining exercise with relaxation. From its location and hardware facilities to the service from all staff, the Sheraton Zibo truly delivered a five-star standard. The entire stay was comfortable and worry-free, without any unpleasant incidents. This stay has completely won me over, and I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Zibo. "This was my second stay, and once again, the room was clean, tidy, very spacious, and the bed was super comfortable. The facilities were complete, and the environment was fantastic – it truly felt like a home away from home. The service was excellent, and the soundproofing in the room was great. The parking lot is huge and even has charging stations. It's not far from Ba Da Ju, and I highly recommend it. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Zibo. It's genuinely a great place! Also, everyone is welcome to visit Linyi for some stir-fried chicken and to explore Langya Ancient City and Wang Xizhi's Former Residence after enjoying Zibo barbecue, whenever you have the time."

"I periodically visit Zibo, and for this trip, I once again stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. I left a message on Ctrip requesting the same 15th-floor room as last time. The duty manager, Yu Qinran, was still responding to my request at 11:30 PM and confirmed she would specially reserve it for me. She also thoughtfully prepared the two buckwheat pillows I requested. Everything was well-organized, the price was reasonable, and the service was 100% on point. The breakfast staff was also great. As a vegetarian, the juicer on the 5th-floor restaurant was my main focus. The female staff member there helped me get carrots and cucumbers multiple times. She even used my cup to make an espresso and brought it to my table, which saved me a lot of time. This is practically my second home! I can't praise it enough; this is truly genuine feedback."

"I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade at check-in. The room was well-equipped and spotlessly clean. The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around. The room layout was also very well-designed. The housekeeping staff were incredibly warm and meticulous; they even left laundry detergent when they noticed a need for laundry and refilled the mineral water. The front desk and breakfast service staff were also very welcoming. My stay at this hotel was fantastic! They even gave me complimentary local snacks like Zhoucun biscuits and stir-fried pancakes."

"As a Marriott hotel, it upholds the Marriott standard of quality. The rooms are spacious and bright, and the cleanliness is excellent. The breakfast is delicious with a great variety of options. There are many restaurants nearby, so even if you don't eat at the hotel, you have plenty of choices. The location is also very convenient for transportation."

"Not sure if the AC was broken or what, but the room was a bit hot. It's super close to Badaju, so it was convenient for BBQ and stuff, but the place is definitely a bit old and dated. I wouldn't stay here again. We didn't even go for breakfast that late, but a lot of the dishes were already gone."

It's a garden-style hotel with stunning, high-quality decor and an incredible landscape that made me feel like I was back in Jiangnan. The room was clean and hygienic with a subtle, pleasant fragrance. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. The service was also top-notch; every staff member was enthusiastic and full of energy.
