"It was a bit challenging to find the entrance of the hotel and parking spot. But the staff was very helpful. The service is great. We even received tangyuan(汤圆) for desert after we checked in, which made me feel home. The response was quick whenever we asked for help or requested anything. The hotel and room is super clean and fresh. We love the layout of the room, the toilet is separated from the shower. We had a great time there."

"I read so many reviews before booking and finally settled on this one. The location is fantastic, right next to Yueyang Tower Scenic Area, and you step right out to Dongting Lake. I originally booked a standard room, but when I arrived, the front desk offered an upgrade to a lake-view room for an extra charge, which I immediately took. It turns out it was totally worth it! The room's floor-to-ceiling windows face Dongting Lake directly, offering an incredible view. You can watch the sunset right from your bed – it's absolutely stunning. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. The lobby on the ground floor and the rooftop terrace are both very appealing, and there's even a swimming pool on the third floor. The front desk staff were warm and friendly and gave me some snacks. There are also plenty of dining options nearby, and Yueyang Tower is just a few minutes' walk away. My experience this time was excellent; I highly recommend staying here when you visit Yueyang."

"The room was cozy, clean, and quiet, allowing us to have restful naps and sound sleep at night. It was well-equipped with modern facilities, and the decor was thoughtfully arranged, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff, from the front desk to the housekeeping team and the lobby attendants who managed parking, were all incredibly polite and enthusiastic. They greeted us proactively and were always ready to assist, making us truly feel at home. Despite being in a prime location in Yueyang city center, parking was surprisingly convenient; staff reserved spots for booked guests and patiently guided us. While the breakfast selection wasn't vast, the food was delicious, and the restaurant staff were attentive, ensuring we ate well. The hotel's location is also excellent, with attractions like Yueyang Tower, Bianhe Street, and Baling Square just a 5 RMB taxi ride away. Plus, the front desk offers complimentary American coffee. This hotel offers great value, a wonderful experience, and a subtle charm. Highly recommended! 🙏🙏🙏"

"1️⃣ The staff were attentive and helpful. As soon as I arrived at the hotel, someone greeted me and showed me the charging stations. The front desk staff were clear, attentive, and remembered my booking requirements. 2️⃣ I was woken up by knocking noises in the garden this morning. I called the front desk to report it, and it was resolved immediately. 3️⃣ The room was generally clean. (I suggest the bathtub could be cleaned further.) 4️⃣ The breakfast was satisfactory. Overall, the facilities were above average and met expectations. The service and customer service were excellent, exceeding expectations. I will definitely stay here again on my next business trip. "The breakfast selection was excellent. The hotel service was very attentive; they even brought us fruit and snacks. Parking was convenient, and there were plenty of dining options nearby. The only minor flaw was that the air freshener in the hotel was a bit too strong for my liking, though that might not bother everyone. When we checked out, the customer service staff were very friendly and explained things thoroughly. Overall, I was quite satisfied."

"Public transportation: Wangjiahe Bridge is a bus stop downstairs, and it is easy to find a designated Didi taxi station. Room service: All feedback about the electric kettle was quickly resolved. The room was equipped with black and green tea and multiple bottles of water, which is very friendly to tea drinkers. The room type and area are reasonably arranged, and there are travel guides nearby on the wall, which saves a lot of brains. Environment: You can see the beautiful Wangjiahe River from the floor-to-ceiling window. There is a BBK shopping center within 1 km of the surrounding area, and 3 well-known Hunan restaurant chains. Buffet breakfast: Western pastries are very cherry blossom-colored, and I couldn't help but eat two more pieces. In short, with children, food, accommodation and transportation are all taken care of. The impression of Yueyang has improved a few points because of this hotel"

"This was our second stay at the hotel & the service and facilities are excellent! We visited to see the pandas and to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The rooms are incredibly comfortable and the staff are kind and attentive. The bathroom was great, lovely shower and bathtub, comfy beds and seating area. The air con is great during the day but I couldn't make it cold enough at night. My only let down is the smokers at breakfast, such a shame people still smoke in the eating area in such a nice hotel. I will stay again, and recommend it to anyone visiting Yueyang & the pandas!"

"This time I came to Yueyang to pick this Haiyou new store is really good! The location is absolutely perfect, the pedestrian street is out, all kinds of snacks, milk tea stores have everything, you don't have to go far to eat local characteristics. It takes only ten minutes to take a taxi to Yueyang Tower and Dongting Lake Scenic Area, and the tour route is particularly smooth. The whole house has just been renovated, the sanitation is in place, the smart toilet, the wet and dry separation bathroom is fully furnished, the memory pillow for the pillow, the shampoo shower gel tastes fragrant, the room is also very quiet, the front desk service is gentle and intimate, the overall price is close to the people, and the tourists are the first choice for travel!"

The hotel's location is superb, right next to the subway station/commercial area (can be replaced with actual location), making it super convenient for getting around and finding food. Check-in and check-out were smooth throughout, and they patiently provided local travel tips, which left a great impression~ The room exceeded my expectations even more! It was spacious and bright, with a well-planned layout that didn't feel cramped. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the mattress offered just the right support. Coupled with excellent soundproofing, I slept soundly all night until morning. The cleanliness was impeccable; even under the bed and in the bathroom corners, everything was spotless. The bathroom amenities were high quality, and the hot water supply was ample and stable—attention to detail was evident everywhere. The hotel facilities were also comprehensive; the high-speed WiFi was consistently smooth, perfect for working or streaming shows without a hitch. "Parking is convenient, there are quite a lot of parking spaces, check-in is quick, the room is relatively large, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the environment is also very good! It's close to the scenic spot, easy to get in and out, and overall very comfortable. The service at the front desk is good.
