"It was a bit challenging to find the entrance of the hotel and parking spot. But the staff was very helpful. The service is great. We even received tangyuan(汤圆) for desert after we checked in, which made me feel home. The response was quick whenever we asked for help or requested anything. The hotel and room is super clean and fresh. We love the layout of the room, the toilet is separated from the shower. We had a great time there."

"A very elegantly decorated hotel with an excellent location right by Dongting Lake. You can walk to the Yueyang Tower scenic area from here. The complimentary afternoon tea was also delicious, and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely worth recommending."

"The hotel offers a pick-up service from Yueyang East Railway Station in a black Toyota with license plate ending in 999. The driver was a friendly hotel staff member who also provided directions along the way. The front desk staff were excellent; they even upgraded our room. There were snacks, slippers, and toothbrushes for the children. The front desk staff were very helpful, taking us up the elevator and showing us to our room. The central air conditioning worked well, and the room was clean and quiet at night. Breakfast started at 7 am and was quite fresh and varied. They also seemed to offer free umbrellas. The service was truly the best I've ever experienced in a hotel. The hotel was clean and the staff were attentive. I will definitely stay here again when I come to Yueyang. My alma mater, Hunan University of Science and Technology, is still as beautiful as ever; the memories remain vivid."

The front desk staff were clear, attentive, and remembered my booking requirements. 2️⃣ I was woken up by knocking noises in the garden this morning. I called the front desk to report it, and it was resolved immediately. 3️⃣ The room was generally clean. (I suggest the bathtub could be cleaned further.) 4️⃣ The breakfast was satisfactory. Overall, the facilities were above average and met expectations. The service and customer service were excellent, exceeding expectations. I will definitely stay here again on my next business trip. The front desk service was attentive, warm, and efficient; both check-in and check-out were very fast. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom also had no unpleasant odors and was well-equipped. The breakfast spread was extensive and tasted good. The value for money is excellent, and I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!"

"When I came to Yueyang, I chose Haiyou Yueyanglou Pedestrian Street Store. The experience exceeded expectations! All the facilities in the new store are brand new, the rooms are clean, the wet and dry separation bathroom is stable, and the bedding is soft and sleepy. The location is really amazing. Downstairs is the pedestrian street snacks, milk tea, shopping malls. It takes 10 minutes to take a taxi to Yueyang Building and Dongting Lake Scenic Area. It is especially convenient to take a walk back to the hotel after visiting the night view. The front desk staff was warm and patient throughout the whole process, the check-in speed was fast, the price was very high, this is the first choice for Yueyang, and I will buy it back next time!"

"On January 22, Changsha snowed heavily and I chose to go north. I accidentally found this hotel on Ctrip and it had 0 negative reviews. Curiosity made me book this hotel to try. Before I arrived at the hotel, the front desk lady contacted me and added WeChat to a service group. The VIP feeling was instantly full. The hotel is located in a Chinese classical manor villa built by the lake in Dongting Lake Town. The design and layout are very reasonable. The front desk lady helped me upgrade to a parent-child room. The waiter helped me carry my luggage to the room and brought me a warm soup to taste. Coincidentally, I met the owner of the manor when I went to experience the tea ceremony. The owner was gentle and handsome. During the conversation, I learned that my daughter was unwell and immediately notified the front desk to help us upgrade to the best suite in the manor so that we could experience the quiet and comfortable manor VIP feeling. The hotel's catering is also top-notch. The environment, dishes and services are all of high standards, but the price is close to the people. It can be said that it is the king of cost-effectiveness. The owner is also a master of tea ceremony. I visited his tea ceremony hall, tasted his collection of raw Pu tea, listened to his discussion, and found that the owner is a cultured person, giving people a strong affinity. I seldom write reviews, but this time the VIP experience at the manor was very special, so I wrote a few words about my true feelings to provide some convenience for friends who choose hotels on Ctrip in the future. Baling*Yonghu Manor Hotel is a must-choose when going to Yueyang."
