"It was a bit challenging to find the entrance of the hotel and parking spot. But the staff was very helpful. The service is great. We even received tangyuan(汤圆) for desert after we checked in, which made me feel home. The response was quick whenever we asked for help or requested anything. The hotel and room is super clean and fresh. We love the layout of the room, the toilet is separated from the shower. We had a great time there."

"The hotel environment is excellent, with a traditional Chinese garden style. My child enjoyed unlimited popsicles in the lobby, and the fish pond in the courtyard was their favorite. The location is superb, right within the Dongting Lake scenic area pedestrian street, making it very convenient to go anywhere. The service was also great, exceeding our expectations! Don't miss the stunning views from the rooftop."

"The hotel service was excellent. Upon arrival, they offered a glass of plum juice, which was incredibly refreshing. The front desk staff were very attentive, greeting me with my luggage and helping me to my room. They explained the room's facilities and amenities, including a TV with screen mirroring capabilities and showed me how to use the air conditioning control panel. There was complimentary welcome fruit, and in the evening, they served osmanthus-flavored ice jelly. The most heartwarming touch was the complimentary laundry and dryer service, which they picked up right from my room. Highly recommended! The gym is open 24 hours. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to everyone! Haha."

The front desk staff were clear, attentive, and remembered my booking requirements. 2️⃣ I was woken up by knocking noises in the garden this morning. I called the front desk to report it, and it was resolved immediately. 3️⃣ The room was generally clean. (I suggest the bathtub could be cleaned further.) 4️⃣ The breakfast was satisfactory. Overall, the facilities were above average and met expectations. The service and customer service were excellent, exceeding expectations. I will definitely stay here again on my next business trip. "When I came to Yueyang, I chose Haiyou Yueyanglou Pedestrian Street Store. The experience exceeded expectations! All the facilities in the new store are brand new, the rooms are clean, the wet and dry separation bathroom is stable, and the bedding is soft and sleepy. The location is really amazing. Downstairs is the pedestrian street snacks, milk tea, shopping malls. It takes 10 minutes to take a taxi to Yueyang Building and Dongting Lake Scenic Area. It is especially convenient to take a walk back to the hotel after visiting the night view. The front desk staff was warm and patient throughout the whole process, the check-in speed was fast, the price was very high, this is the first choice for Yueyang, and I will buy it back next time!"

"The living room floor was very dirty. The front desk staff did not greet guests proactively. Only one of the two rooms had bath towels and hand towels provided. The hotel is located in the city center, making it convenient for dining and shopping. It's a 20-minute walk to Yueyang Tower scenic area. Apart from the living room floor, the guest rooms were relatively clean. I did not experience the "Bai Ding Butler Service," nor were there any staff members to remind me."

"The overall evaluation is quite satisfactory. Out of 10, I'd give it 9 to 9.5. The two room types originally booked were quite average, and the hotel upgraded them free of charge and also arranged adjoining rooms. This is better. I hope I can stick to this habit if the housing situation allows. The overall hygiene of the room is fine, the toilet in the bathroom is very clean, and it is an electronic toilet, which is very convenient to use, but you can consider putting one or two packs of toilet traps, which would be better. The room terrace has a great environment and is located in a holiday park, so I took some nice photos. The bedding in the room is relatively clean and soft. The pillow has a slight odor, but it does not affect the use (it is my personal factor and I am more concerned about it. It is recommended to dry it in the sun). The room was a little lacking. There is a bathtub in the room with blinds, but the window pieces are bent, probably damaged by other customers. There is a gap when closing it. It is recommended to maintain and replace it regularly. The room is still soundproof. Maybe it’s because there’s too much glass. The staff are generally friendly. The small car is also convenient. Recommended stay."
