"I used to choose this hotel every time I went on a business trip to Xiangtan. The service is good and the facilities are complete. But these four days, especially these two days, I felt that the front desk service was not good enough. I had to send clothes for washing in the evening. I called the front desk and insisted that it would be washed tomorrow. I told the cleaning lady Next, I helped readily without saying a word. The same goes for extending my stay. I asked to swipe the room card, but it turned out that I couldn't open it when I went upstairs. I had to wait for the aunt to come and help open the door. I hope the hotel will get better and better in the future."

"Honestly, with such amazing service, any minor issues with the hotel environment simply don't matter! From the moment I arrived, the lady at the front desk greeted me with a warm and gentle smile. Even though the lobby was small, good service trumps everything else! After checking in, I added her on WeChat, and she even recommended some great local restaurants. I was also able to reserve a charging spot for my car in advance, which was super convenient. Overall, I had a very satisfying stay! However, the hotel facilities could use some improvement. For example, the laundry room could be larger with more washing machines and dryers. Two washers and one dryer definitely aren't enough during peak season! Our clothes were taken out of the dryer twice the night we washed them and still weren't dry. Compared to the hotel we booked in Shaoshan the night before, the service here was night and day – absolutely superior!"

Guest UserGreat family-run hotel, they made me feel so welcome and helped sort out for me a trip to the outdoor theatre show, transport there and seeing all the historical sites to see there, all within walking distance. The serve really good food there whenever you want it! The family was really friendly and I got on really well with them and when I left the father drove me to the train station and the whole family jumped in to join me for the ride!

LongmingVery unexpectedly good, I didn't report any hope. As a result, the proprietress was enthusiastic to pick up the station, the room was clean and tidy, and the mattress quilt pillow was clean and soft and especially comfortable. The bathroom is also clean. Except that the air conditioner is a bit loud, everything else is really good.
The location is also very good, just beside the transfer center, go to visit the former residence in the afternoon, come back to rest in the evening, go out to see the show at 7 o'clock, very convenient. Night tickets are cheap and save a lot of money.

Stayed in a room in the main building. The hotel is in a good location, close to South Railway Station and not far from Shaoshan. The hotel facilities are good and the layout is very charming. The waiters were all friendly and the service was attentive. What impressed me most was the enthusiasm and thoughtfulness of Manager Li Xiu.
The food in the restaurant is delicious and the prices are relatively affordable, especially the restaurant on the second floor. The hotel is equipped with a swimming pool, which can satisfy those who like swimming and stay near Shaoshan. There is a gift shop downstairs for convenient shopping.
The disadvantage is that the hotel does not have a washing machine, which is still a traditional hotel practice. There are also no laundry bags for dirty clothes, but rudimentary plastic bags are provided.

The room was really super clean. The hotel I had stayed in was very clean. The room was large, clean and bright, and the boss and the proprietress were super nice and enthusiastic. They picked us up when they went. When they watched the show, they sent us to the intersection and picked us up when they came back. We also gave us sweet potatoes for breakfast, and a pack of sweet potatoes when we left. The sweet sugar given by others also gave us. In short, a good experience, it is worth it, it is an unforgettable trip!

It's right above Wanda Plaza, with many dining options nearby. The hotel called a day in advance to let us know the parking location, which is opposite the hotel. The accommodation environment is good and quite quiet. The navigation guided us to a small road that is not easy to walk on. The boss made a video call to teach us how to get there. He was very considerate. The hotel has a large parking lot, which is very convenient. The food is generous in size and the price is very reasonable in the scenic area. It tastes great.
