"The hotel is right next to the entrance of Sky One Scenic Area. When we arrived, we all suffered from altitude sickness. The front desk lady thoughtfully turned on the oxygen machine in our room, which alleviated our hypoxia symptoms. The hotel also provided complimentary scenic area tickets, and the views were absolutely stunning. Breakfast was quite rich."

"This was my first time visiting Chaka Salt Lake, and I chose this hotel – it was a great experience. I spent a long time deliberating on Trip.com before finally booking this place, and I definitely made the right choice. From my room window, I could see the distant Kunlun Mountains and even a glimpse of the salt lake, which was absolutely beautiful. The room itself was very clean and well-equipped. The Chaka Salt Lake area can get quite windy and dusty at times, so I was pleasantly surprised that there wasn't a speck of dust in the hotel! By the way, I'm a light sleeper and wake up at the slightest noise. However, it was incredibly quiet at night here, and I had a fantastic night's sleep. The hotel service was also excellent. I was suffering from altitude sickness that day, and they immediately provided me with an oxygen concentrator. The front desk staff were very welcoming. Overall, my accommodation experience during this trip was fantastic. I came with friends, and we took some great photos outside the hotel – they turned out wonderfully! In summary, it was a solid choice, no regrets, and I'd definitely stay here again next time."

"This hotel is already considered quite good in Chaka Town! Facilities: Overall, the room facilities are decent, pretty much standard for the Huazhu Group. Hygiene: The hygiene is generally acceptable. We are quite clean ourselves, so we brought disposable toilet seat covers and tissues to lay on the vanity. Because we were worried about altitude sickness, we only did a simple wash-up and didn't really use the shower. Environment: The environment is okay. After looking around, I feel this hotel is one of the better ones. Service: The front desk lady proactively upgraded my room type. She upgraded it without even telling me, and when I opened the room door, I found that the twin room with 1.2-meter beds had been changed to one double bed and one single bed, much larger! I was so surprised and felt genuinely touched! The lady was so kind; seeing that I had an older child with me, she just went straight to the best solution without saying a word. Thank you for your warmth!"

Check-in was incredibly fast, taking less than three minutes. Throughout the process, they patiently explained the breakfast times, gym location, Wi-Fi password, and some local transportation tips, all very clearly and without any perfunctory explanation. Even better, the staff member also upgraded my room, which was a fantastic experience. They proactively added me on WeChat and were always responsive to my requests!"

"Choosing this hotel for our drive to Chaka was such a smart decision! It's less than a 10-minute drive from the scenic area, and parking is incredibly convenient, even offering charging stations, which is a huge plus for electric car owners like us. This hotel is one of the best in town, and the facilities are very well-maintained. The in-room oxygen supply and adjustable air conditioning were lifesavers – we slept perfectly on the plateau without feeling stuffy. It even snowed on the mountains last night, and the view from our room was stunning. The room itself was clean and tidy, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation with anti-slip mats, showing excellent attention to detail! The breakfast selection was extensive. "The rooms at Huacheng Hotel are spacious. Opened in 2024, it's a very new hotel with no strange odors and modern facilities. A standout feature is the oxygen concentrator. The location is excellent, only about 4 kilometers from Chaka Salt Lake, which is incredibly close – less than a 10-minute drive. There are restaurants and a supermarket downstairs, making it convenient for dining and stocking up. They host many tour groups, but with three elevators, it never feels crowded, which is a huge plus. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent; you can't hear any noise at all. The front desk staff are proactive and efficient in handling requests. The room hygiene is top-notch, the bed is comfortable, and the overall environment is great. Highly recommended [strong]!"

"We stopped for one night in Chaka Town on our Northwest Small Loop trip. Seeing many online recommendations for this hotel, we decided to check it out. Perhaps because it was the off-season, there weren't many guests. The owner kindly upgraded our room for free, which felt like a great deal at such a low price. The hotel was bright and comfortable, the room was clean and tidy, and even had a projector – a very good experience!"
