"The hotel's ski package is really great value for money, and the hotel environment is also nice. Although it's a bit far from the ski resort, there's a shuttle bus, so it's not too bad, and you hardly have to wait. The ski slopes are plentiful but the number of people is moderate, and there are always staff members in the ski equipment hall to help you. The skiing experience is excellent.
The hotel rooms have basic amenities, and the heating is very strong and warm, but they are extremely dry. The breakfast food is delicious and reasonably priced, and the included hot spring tickets are a good deal; soaking in the hot spring after skiing is very relaxing.
However, the service needs improvement. The shuttle bus to the high-speed rail station is infrequent, and the time and location are unreliable. They said it would depart at 3 PM, but when I asked the hotel staff if it was on time, they weren't sure. When I walked over and saw the bus arrive, it drove off without waiting a second, which was quite frustrating."

"Because the car was on bad roads, I contacted the 4S shop master to come and tow the car. It was already very late when I arrived in Tonghua. I was very satisfied with the accommodation I found temporarily. The room was clean and the accommodation for the three of us was very convenient. The hotel is in a fantastic location, surrounded by picturesque scenery. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was struck by the magnificent decor—luxurious yet warm. The lobby lounge area is thoughtfully decorated, with plenty of greenery and comfortable sofas, allowing me to relax while checking in.
Complete Facilities
The room was warm and comfortable, with every amenity I could think of. The bed was incredibly large, with a mattress that was just the right firmness, and a variety of fluffy pillows, making it incredibly comfortable. The room also had a large smart TV with a wide selection of movies and TV shows. The bathroom even had a bathtub.
Intimate Service
The hotel service was impeccable. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. From the moment I walked in, I felt their warmth, and check-in was incredibly quick. Ms. Zheng recommended the best room type and even upgraded me. Five stars! I'm definitely staying here again.
Cleanliness
I was also very impressed with the cleanliness, which required a five. The room was thoroughly cleaned, leaving every corner spotless. The sheets and quilts are changed after each stay, and even have a faint scent of laundry detergent. The bathroom is odorless, and the mirror is so bright you can even see your reflection, which shows how strict the hotel's hygiene practices are.
This stay at this hotel was truly amazing, exceeding my expectations! If you're visiting this area, definitely stay at this hotel; trust me, you won't be disappointed."

"This trip involved a road trip north, and after entering Jilin Province, we visited Hetu Ala (the place where Nurhaci unified the Jurchen Eight Banners and laid the foundation for the Qing Dynasty). Afterwards, we checked into the Yunfeng Hotel in Tonghua City. This hotel has a great location, its own parking lot, and the facilities are new and complete. The staff are also warm, professional, and responsive to guests' unexpected needs. The breakfast was also plentiful, offering both Chinese and Western options. Overall, the Yunfeng Hotel in Tonghua exceeded my expectations before checking in."

"I live here on a business trip. I go in from the gate of Home Inn and take the elevator upstairs. It seems that there is no step ladder. The elevator is quite small. The room is OK. The overall feeling is not too spacious. The health is OK. The front desk is very good."

"Overall: Average. This was the only place left for the National Day holiday. Everything else was tolerable, but the poor cleanliness was unacceptable.
Environment: There's a window, but not much of a view. It's right next to a large slope, blocking the view. There's a ditch below the window, but thankfully it's still bright enough and not too cramped.
Cleanliness: Unsatisfactory. There were obvious stains on the bottom of the cups (which could be scraped off with a fingernail, see picture 1); the comforter was yellowed and had stains (I forgot to take a picture), but the duvet cover was fine.
Facilities: The showerhead had a slight leak (it leaks at the hose connection when turned on), but it wasn't too bad. There were two bottles of water in the room; more water was 2 yuan per bottle.
Service: For some reason, there was a very loud intercom outside the door all morning. I don't understand… Either make it more soundproof or don't use the intercom to communicate, right? Even though it wasn't normal sleeping time, it was still quite disturbing."

I was told where the parking lot was. They also helped me look after the car before I left, so I didn't get stuck. strip

Guest UserI stayed for one night before heading to Tonghua Airport. The staff were friendly, and the distance to the airport was just right. If it were too close, it would be hard to catch a taxi, but 45 to 50 minutes is a perfectly fine distance to travel in China. Haha. The room was clean, there were regular shops nearby, and the riverside park was right in front, so the view was fantastic! ♡♡

We enjoyed our stay at this modern hotel. The receptionist is super efficient and helpful—communicating with us via a translation app.
The location is quiet with a good seafood restaurant and small convenience store steps away.
The rooms are very spacious and modern. The bed is comfortable and everything is very clean. We didn’t see a laundry sheet though. As all over China in winter, the temperature in the room was centrally set to 24-25C and we needed to open the window to avoid overheating. Also, the smell of recirculated cigarette smoke wasn’t pleasant and opening the window helped. Again, a standard issue in China.
The breakfast was 30 yuan per person and well worth it. A huge spread of fresh salads, various Chinese dishes, fruit and an egg station. You won’t need lunch…:)

Mile—mamaI booked a tatami room, which had two separate tatami bedrooms, offering good privacy. The pillows were a bit too high, so I called the front desk and they brought new ones up very quickly. Breakfast was also good and clean, and they even had Zongzi during the Dragon Boat Festival. It's very close to the national border and about a 13-minute drive from the city's 'Big Guitar' square. A great option if you're driving.

Our family of six was returning from a trip to Tianchi Lake in Changbai Mountain. My husband was a little tired from driving, so we found a stop in Tonghua to stay for one night. We chose the Manter Hotel based on online reviews. The room was very clean, and two children could stay for free. The front desk also attentively gave us two adjacent rooms. Breakfast is also a highlight, with rich and delicious dishes. When we left, the front desk also gave us mineral water. Highly recommended!
