"Arrived at the store early in the morning and checked in quickly. When I was ready to go to bed, I saw a huge spider crawling for the first time. It was just above the bedside, and I took my slippers and beat them. The spider ran to the bedside. I was worried about whether it would be poisonous or not. That said, this is really a bit big, clean the room or be careful, otherwise the climber will collapse in the middle of the night."

Ms. Zheng, the front desk clerk, is extremely professional, welcoming, and always smiling, making her feel incredibly friendly. Check-in and check-out are quick and efficient. The cleanliness is also very reassuring. The room is cleaned daily, ensuring the floor is spotless and the furniture is dust-free. The toilet and shower in the bathroom are thoroughly disinfected, free of stains and odors. It can be seen that the hotel has put a lot of effort into hygiene."

"The hotel front desk service was a huge plus; the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient to get to Longxingli, Wanda Plaza, Wanfeng Ski Resort, or to find restaurants. The room was clean, soft, quiet, and comfortable; I'll definitely stay here again next time!"

"Just checked in. A small gift was given for Valentine's Day (see picture 1). We stayed on the first floor. There's a bathtub (see picture 2), but it's too far away. We wanted to stay on the second floor, but were told the air conditioning wasn't working. Just walked up to our room, and the front desk guy said there were rooms decorated for Valentine's Day. The air conditioning was fine, so we moved to a room on the second floor (see picture 3). We had two breakfasts delivered. We parked in D4, and the front desk provided free parking. We also had two Cokes and orange juice slices. The bathrobes were excellent quality. The occupancy rate is so low, so it feels so empty, hahaha. Overall, the experience was very good. It would have been nice to have a bathtub on the second floor."
