I planned to rent skis from the ski hall on the last day for a day of skiing, but it was only half a day when the children were taking off their skis normally on the back mountain. Regarding the breakage caused by depreciation or quality issues of the ski equipment, the service staff at the ski center did not apologize and insisted on asking me to pay 500 yuan in compensation. The hot water suddenly stopped halfway through washing my hair, it was freezing, and the water pressure was intermittent; 4. The room was really cold, and there was no heating in the bathroom.
