"I chose the Yibai International Hotel for my trip to Shaxian, and the experience far exceeded my expectations! Everything in the room was new and clean, the bed was spotless, and the smart curtains opened with the touch of a button. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, so I didn't get water everywhere. The toothpaste, toothbrush, and shampoo were of good quality, which I appreciated. The receptionist, Xiao Li, was very helpful and attentive. She even upgraded my room because I had a child with me – the service was excellent! The room also had a large projector for watching TV, and the housekeeping staff were very friendly and promptly provided whatever I needed. The hotel was also conveniently located near the places we wanted to visit, just a few minutes by taxi. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, so I didn't have to worry about finding places to eat. "Passing by Jue, I went to Shaxian County to eat local and authentic Shaxian snacks. This hotel is next to the snack street. It is very convenient and clean. The room is large and the waiter has a very good service attitude and is enthusiastic. Disadvantages: The central air conditioning was very cold and humid when entering the room. I turned on the air conditioner when I returned to the hotel after dinner. It only raised the temperature by one degree before going to bed. There happened to be a spare thin quilt in the cupboard for the bed. It only raised the temperature by 3 degrees the next morning."

MMeiyoulianThe room is exactly like the picture, what you see is what you get, the whole room is filled with spring water, and it is only about 200 meters away from the opposite side of Dajin Lake. The boss is very enthusiastic and provides breakfast in the morning. If you want to eat here at noon or evening, it is highly recommended. It is delicious and affordable, and the price is reasonable.

WWunvshi888I'd been dreaming of visiting Guifeng Ancient Village for four or five years, all the way from northern Fujian to central Fujian. Finally, I made it! I hadn't checked hotels beforehand, but when we were almost there, we saw a B&B and chose it without hesitation. The service was fantastic, and I immediately called and joined the group chat to arrange everything. The drive up until 9 PM was like an adventure! The owner said he'd be waiting for me downstairs to take me on a small trail. Hahaha, I said, ”Don't worry, get in the car!” He joked, ”You sold me out and I didn't even know!” 😄 Then, after ten minutes of driving, wow! The ethereal scene before me captivated me! Then we were taken to Zhuangyuan Tower! In southern Fujian, there's a Mid-Autumn Festival tradition of playing the game of ”bo bing” (a card game)! I was immediately tempted to win! Zhuangyuan! 🏮! What captivated me most was that the room number I liked was the same as my phone number, 777. 🏮 Everything was perfect. 😌 This is truly a simple, peaceful village, devoid of any commercial atmosphere! It's even produced many celebrities! It's really a great place to produce talents! The Cai family ancestral hall of Chinese writers and calligraphers is here! The mountain road is long ~ it's really worth a visit! The boss lady and the boss are also very nice people. Their home is at the highest peak! Life is about climbing to the highest peak! AAnonymous UserInitially booked a deluxe queen suite and Trip.com / hotel confirmed we could add a single bed. Upon arrival, hotel said they couldn't and changed us to a family suite even though they have rollaway beds available and the deluxe queen suite had ample space. Room: Family suite is spacious but A/C took very long to warm up the room. Bathroom is open concept with clothing rack situated outside the shower closet which makes it inconvenient to dress/undress. Breakfast buffet has a decent selection of Chinese dishes including a noodle station. Location: Hotel is ＜10 min drive from train station and old town area which is quite convenient considering that most of the hotels that are walking distance from the old town are dated and undermaintained.

Facilities: The hotel facilities are remarkable, but don't compare them with the requirements of first-tier cities. I personally feel that they are still okay. Hygiene: Very clean, the aunt who cleans the room is friendly, thumbs up! Environment: Downtown area, convenient. Yong'an is where I was born. It can be said that I left my hometown, took root, and returned to my hometown. The surrounding environment is also friendly. Service: The service of the hotel's housekeeping department is great. I like all the room service including the front desk staff👍 The most ”exciting” part is here, and the key point is: it is not recommended to dine in the restaurant on the 2nd/3rd floor of the hotel. The service attitude of the catering department is really bad (note⚠️ I mean the dinner restaurant catering. The aunts who provide breakfast and cook flat meat rice noodles and noodles are super enthusiastic)! The story started when the hotel front desk informed that the restaurant was full that night (during the Spring Festival), but you can go to the restaurant to order dishes and have them delivered to the room. The waiter took us to the director of the catering department to order food. The director's reaction to the guests was to sit in his office chair and say, ”I'm busy and don't have time” (she can't even stand up in front of the guests, and can't do the most basic etiquette. I really can't understand that a so-called four-star hotel catering manager still has such a poor understanding of customer needs when repeatedly asking guests to confirm whether the food is of the same level. We can only go back to the restaurant again and ask if we can introduce a nearby restaurant of the same level. The attitude of the waiter in the catering department was cold and impatient: ”Everywhere is full now, there are no seats, such as the old Yong'an in the street, Xi Xiangfeng, which are of the same level, but there should be no seats.” At that time, I was really angry. I thought, how could a four-star hotel have such a poor service in the catering department, especially during the Chinese New Year. The family had not been back to Yong'an for more than ten years. They went back happily to visit their relatives, but encountered such a bad thing. Afterwards, we also reported this situation to the hotel front desk, and the director of the housekeeping department also apologized to us (again, this matter has nothing to do with the housekeeping department), and proposed to send yogurt as compensation (I don't know if there is a tradition in domestic hotels to send yogurt to settle the matter, but we strongly refused), sister, I really don't need it. GGuest UserThe most pleasant surprise for visiting Taining was to choose Huazi Hotel. Parking is guided by security personnel, just in front of the hotel, which is the most convenient. In front of the hotel is a dining street. Especially convenient, the original room continued to live, the next day to drive to Dajin Lake to play more than ten kilometers, super convenient. The hotel is not far from the door, the night view of Jinxi River is very beautiful. Customer service and cleaning staff are very enthusiastic. Give the hotel a five-star praise again. EEdwardOverall, the place met my expectations. It was a bit worn down, visible water damage in the shower, but nothing that looked gross or nasty to me. Overall, for what I paid, I was satisfied with it. Breakfast was VERY underwhelming though. Don't expect much. It is very bare bones. Food is almost all gone around 8am and not replenished, so arrive by 7am-730am if you want anything to eat. But I'd recommend just getting food elsewhere. Location is quite central to SanYuan District and is only a few minutes walk away from the riverside walkway/park.

GGuest UserThe service was average because there was no breakfast. The auntie who made breakfast quit and was looking for one. There were only McDonald's and KFC around (KFC didn't turn on the air conditioner, it was very hot). There were breakfasts sold at the intersection, but you could only take them back to the hotel, which was not very convenient. Everything else was good. It's not in the downtown area, but next to Wanda, there were many people. The food was not fancy, but it met basic requirements.
