"The front desk design is quite odd. They say a smile welcomes guests, but here, the front desk literally turns its back on guests when they arrive. As for things I wasn't happy with, the cleaning staff in charge of linens (who probably have a water usage KPI) didn't rinse the large bath towels properly. If they're outsourced, the hotel should really look into it. The bath towels had a very strong smell of sodium hypochlorite disinfectant. Using towels like this long-term could irritate the skin and cause itching."

"Hotel location is very good to find the hotel room is also very spacious, there is an negative ion transmitter, dry and wet separation, the bed is very soft, the sheets are very clean, not noisy, and the porridge at night is very good."

"The hotel entrance was on a side road without any sign; I had to ask after getting off the bus to find it. The room I checked into smelled of cooking fumes, so I asked the staff to change it. The room facilities were basic; the window was small, and the toilet and shower were separated into two small, cramped rooms, not up to the standard of a deluxe king room. The hairdryer was difficult to use and made me dizzy. The buffet breakfast had a limited selection, and some of the sweet potatoes were spoiled and steamed for guests. Most amusingly, the freshly ground coffee didn't have bagged sugar. When I asked a staff member, they said they were out and I had to go to the lobby to get it. After waiting a long time, a staff member finally came up (the restaurant is on the 10th floor), without mentioning the sugar. When I asked again, she told me she was out of sugar downstairs, which was quite frustrating. Such a large hotel couldn't even provide coffee creamer. The surrounding area lacked amenities, with construction underway. In conclusion, given the limited amenities and the fact that it was late October/early November (off-season), the hotel's pricing was unreasonable."

"The room is comfortable, clean and tidy. It's a serviced apartment with convenient parking. The environment is very good. The community is green and has complete surrounding facilities. There are markets and supermarkets, and there are many snack stalls. It is worth recommending!"

"We visited Rushan and, though we only stayed one night, we were very satisfied! The hotel is new and well-equipped. The little koalas in the family room were super cute! Having a laundry room is a huge plus for summer travel. Takeout is delivered by robots right to your room door – so convenient! Breakfast was standard, but certainly enough to fill you up. We had a late train, so we extended our stay for a few hours, and the price was reasonable. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and friendly! Next time I visit Rushan, I will definitely choose to stay here again!"

"This is my first time staying in a hotel in a government building. The lyrics are like the Public Security Bureau. I feel very safe. Opposite is Thumb Square and connected to Silver Beach. There is a morning market selling seafood next door in the morning and a barbecue food stall in the evening. Although it is an old three-star brand , the setting is a bit old, but the price is less than 200, overall it is highly recommended, very suitable for leisure travel."

"房間衞生乾淨，全是天貓精靈智能比較方便，床很大，很舒服，服務也很好，屋裡的用品全部都是一次性的，床上用品也很乾凈，我就是比較挑剔的人了，有點潔癖那種，但是他家的床，讓我檢查以後很放心，前台小姐姐也很熱心，給顧客配用的還挺齊全，來的那天衣服壞了，還有針線包給我用，樓下還有專門給客人用的雨傘，感覺挺不錯的，覺得服務挺周到的，最起碼感覺這個酒店他用心了，而且這塊出行也很方便附近的早餐啊飯店啊，都很方便，離海邊離很近，這是一次比較滿意的旅行了"
