"I was extremely satisfied with the hotel room. It was spotlessly clean and well-designed, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a truly restful night's sleep. My room on a higher floor offered a fantastic view. The soundproofing was also excellent. The hotel is ideally located very close to the city center, making it incredibly convenient to visit tourist attractions. A huge plus was the complimentary 24-hour self-service laundry room, equipped with dryers, which was incredibly convenient. The free and spacious parking lot was another great bonus. I highly recommend staying here."

"The first time I stayed at Atour, the front desk sister helped to upgrade the room type for free, and asked us if we had special needs for the room orientation. The room was very clean and the space was large. The towels were packed in disposable pockets, and the water cup was also prepared for disposable ones, which made people feel relieved to use. The bedding was comfortable and the housekeeping department responded very promptly. I knew that we needed mineral water to send a lot of it immediately. Next time I come to Ruili, I will not hesitate to choose Atour."

"Ruili's all-season is unexpectedly cost-effective. Because I arrived at Ruili and found that the hotel I had set was very dissatisfied, I was worried about stepping on thunder and visiting several. "Choosing this hotel for my parents' trip was such a smart decision! The hygiene was absolutely top-notch – the bedding in the room was pristine and odorless, the bathroom tiles and vanity were sparkling clean, and even the floor grout was spotless. My parents felt completely at ease staying here. The staff were incredibly thoughtful; seeing that my parents had some difficulty walking, they proactively helped with their luggage and specifically arranged a room on a lower floor. The facilities were excellent; the chairs in the room were so soft and comfortable, making it easy for my parents to sit for extended periods without getting tired. Plus, there was complimentary tea and snacks. The hotel environment was quiet and elegant, surrounded by lush greenery, making morning strolls particularly enjoyable. The biggest surprise was the hotel's hot spring – the water quality was clean, and the temperature was just right. My parents both said they felt completely relaxed after their soak and slept exceptionally well that night! It offers incredible value for money. Seeing my parents happy was the greatest comfort. This was by far the best hotel we've stayed at on this trip. Next time I'm in Ruili, I'll definitely be coming back to Kyriad Hotel."
