"This was a truly disappointing stay. This is the first time I've written a review like this! I had hoped for a comfortable and enjoyable stay at your hotel, but the experience was truly disappointing. I still hope to objectively provide feedback to help the hotel improve and provide a reference for other travelers. First, the cleanliness was truly worrying. Mold was visible on the walls and ceiling of the room, which not only affected the aesthetics but also raised concerns about the cleanliness of the room. The children's mat was visibly stained, clearly lacking regular cleaning and maintenance, making it particularly inconvenient for families with children. Second, the bedroom was permeated with a persistent odor from the bathroom drain, which persisted even with windows open for ventilation, severely impacting the comfort level. For a hotel that is supposed to provide a warm and welcoming environment, such basic issues are simply unacceptable. I understand the challenges of operating a hotel, but quality is determined by details, and hygiene and air quality are fundamental. I sincerely hope management will address these issues and address them. This review is not meant to be critical, but rather to help other travelers maintain reasonable expectations. I also hope the hotel will learn from this and improve its service."

This time, I thought I was just booking an ordinary chain hotel, but it exceeded my expectations, especially the laundry service. You just start washing, write down the order, and you can go for a stroll. When you come back, your clothes are already hanging on the doorknob. Heaven knows how many times I've had to stay awake while waiting for my laundry; this service is just too good for me."

"Initially, I thought the hotel had a great location and high cost-performance ratio, and the laundry room was very convenient. However, the room had a strong, musty smell, the sheets hadn't been changed, and I could clearly smell the previous guest's perfume. Then something else happened: when I put clothes in the washing machine, I didn't notice, and when I took them out, I found a shoe insole left by the previous guest. This meant he had used the washing machine to wash his shoes, and the dryer next to it also contained his shoes. As soon as I started the wash cycle, the dryer started its countdown and was about to finish drying my clothes, but the previous guest hadn't come to collect them by the time I finished. I called the front desk to report this, but instead of apologizing, they laughed and casually said that there was nothing they could do about it. Fine, I can't do anything about it then, so I'll report it truthfully."

The front desk staff were warm and professional, making check-in efficient and quick. They even provided information on nearby attractions, subway transfer tips, and a list of local delicacies, thoughtfully sharing off-the-beaten-path experiences to avoid crowds, making trip planning much easier. The room was spacious and bright, with a well-designed layout that didn't feel cramped. The bedding was soft and comfortable against my skin, making me sleep like I was nestled in a cloud. The soundproofing was a pleasant surprise, completely isolating me from the city noise outside, allowing me to sleep soundly through the night. The cleanliness was impeccable. Every corner of the room and the bathroom tiles were spotless. The smart toilet, heated shower, and other amenities were complete and easy to use. The toiletries had a gentle herbal scent, far exceeding the quality of hotels in the same price range. The gym equipment in the public areas was well-maintained, and the laundry room had a dryer, which was especially convenient for long-distance travelers. The hotel also has a private hot spring bath! The hot water in the rooms is from the hot spring!"
