"The room is spacious, and the bed is incredibly comfortable. However, it's a bit old, and the facilities are showing some wear and tear. Breakfast is free, and you can also visit their sister hotel to enjoy an outdoor hot spring and a swim. It's great value for money, and the hotel seems quite popular."

"Such a comfortable stay! The hotel environment is tranquil and elegant, a peaceful oasis amidst the hustle and bustle. As soon as I entered, I felt incredibly relaxed. The cleanliness was impeccable, every corner spotless, and the comfortable bedding ensured a super sound sleep. Xiao Bo at the front desk provided service with a constant smile, both warm and attentive. Check-in was efficient and smooth, and any requests were promptly addressed, truly making guests feel at home. I will definitely choose this place again next time!"

"Very bad! I advise everyone to avoid it. There are so many good hotels in Ruili, I don't know how I chose this one by hand, it feels like it is about to go bankrupt. The service fee is poor, the hygiene is poor, the house smells bad, the toilet is dirty, the house is facing the street and I didn't sleep well the night before, the swimming pool is very small, the rooftop is very small, the official pictures are beautified, the facilities inside are rough, there are no bathrobes, and the coffee is only American coffee, add a little milk to them. It's past 12 o'clock on the rooftop and there are still a group of men in the karaoke that are so noisy that no one cares, which is in line with the temperament of a 13th-tier town. The service is all very poor (except for a waitress at the rooftop bar who is very enthusiastic). Others, including the front desk, have cold faces throughout the whole process, and they don't want to stay or not. The breakfast is so bad that it's speechless. The so-called mini bar is just a small refrigerator, um. If you want to do a good hotel, you don't rely on those fancy things. Treating every guest with heart is the most basic."

"This was a truly disappointing stay. This is the first time I've written a review like this! I had hoped for a comfortable and enjoyable stay at your hotel, but the experience was truly disappointing. I still hope to objectively provide feedback to help the hotel improve and provide a reference for other travelers. First, the cleanliness was truly worrying. Mold was visible on the walls and ceiling of the room, which not only affected the aesthetics but also raised concerns about the cleanliness of the room. The children's mat was visibly stained, clearly lacking regular cleaning and maintenance, making it particularly inconvenient for families with children. Second, the bedroom was permeated with a persistent odor from the bathroom drain, which persisted even with windows open for ventilation, severely impacting the comfort level. For a hotel that is supposed to provide a warm and welcoming environment, such basic issues are simply unacceptable. I understand the challenges of operating a hotel, but quality is determined by details, and hygiene and air quality are fundamental. I sincerely hope management will address these issues and address them. This review is not meant to be critical, but rather to help other travelers maintain reasonable expectations. I also hope the hotel will learn from this and improve its service."
