"Traveling during the off-peak season, I journeyed from Yantai to Rongcheng and stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn with a friend. Compared to the other brand hotels I stayed at for the previous two nights, the Hilton Garden Inn was a much more pleasant experience overall! From check-in to check-out, the service was professional and warm. My license plate was pre-registered, making the underground parking super convenient. You can take the elevator directly to your room. The room was clean, comfortable, and featured a simple yet elegant design with great natural light and ventilation. The location is excellent, with easy access to transportation and plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. Breakfast was abundant and delicious, with fresh ingredients. The brand's quality is trustworthy, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay 😊 I'll choose this place again for my next trip and have already recommended it to friends~"

It completely transformed my hotel experience, and I simply have to give them a heartfelt excellent review! When checking in, the front desk staff were gentle, efficient, and made the whole process smooth and quick. They patiently confirmed my booking details and proactively shared helpful information like breakfast times, elevator locations, and complimentary drinking water. Knowing I was tired from traveling, they thoughtfully recommended a quiet room type – truly exceptional attention to detail. They patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions about parking and local attractions, making me feel relaxed and welcomed from the moment I arrived. Throughout my stay, I called the switchboard several times for various services, whether it was borrowing items, adjusting room facilities, or inquiring about late check-out. The switchboard staff always answered promptly, spoke in a warm tone, and responded incredibly fast. They provided clear and detailed answers, handled requests efficiently and reliably, and quickly resolved my issues every time. Their professionalism was truly impressive. Special praise goes to the hotel manager. Their management is meticulous and effective. During their rounds, they proactively asked about my stay and genuinely listened to my needs. They patiently discussed and promptly coordinated solutions for any minor questions I had during my stay. Their sincere and responsible approach to guests really highlights the hotel's rigorous service standards and human-centered management philosophy. Overall, the entire hotel staff provided enthusiastic, thoughtful, professional, and attentive service. Every employee was dedicated, polite, and friendly. The environment was clean and comfortable, the service was meticulous, and the entire experience was outstanding. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip. I also wish all the staff the best in their work!"

"This stay experience far exceeded expectations. The location of the hotel is excellent and it is very convenient to go out to the subway station. The lobby design is very stylish and the fragrance is relaxing. The room is more spacious than expected and the bedding is skin-friendly and comfortable. Especially to praise the service, from the front desk to the room aunts are smiling, patiently answering all back. The hotel is also very attentive, providing free toiletries for children, travel, car rental are all helpful. The room was clean and tasteless and the air conditioning was very good. I will continue to choose this next time. The only place I don't know is that it is not convenient to go out and take a taxi."

"This hotel exceeded our expectations! Facilities: Very new and well-appointed. Cleanliness: Extremely clean. Service: Very satisfied, professional. This was the best service we experienced in Weihai, and they even offered complimentary fruit. Environment: I have to mention this. We brought our child for a summer vacation and were a bit disappointed with Xianghai initially; the public beach was crowded and chaotic. We spontaneously took a taxi here because this hotel has a private beach nearby, which finally gave us that true vacation feeling. Here's what we loved: 1. The beach is less crowded early in the morning, perfect for taking photos of an empty beach. 2. You can buy sausages at the supermarket to feed the seagulls. 3. Lao Xi Seafood Restaurant was exceptionally delicious – the best we had in Weihai, we ate there twice!"

"Excellent, exceeding expectations. Having stayed in many hotels, this service is truly exceptional, making guests feel right at home. It's a warm and comfortable experience, not just typical hotel service, and the service is incredibly fast. The breakfast was excellent, both overall and in terms of quality. The food was of very high quality, and the breakfast staff were very attentive. A truly commendable service. Even though there weren't many people eating, and we arrived late, the selection was still very comprehensive. Highly recommended."

"A perfect experience! The room was incredibly close to the beach, and gazing at the sea from the balcony was pure bliss. The Rongcheng Shidao Hotel's Lubei Building offered a buffet seafood hot pot with all the freshest ingredients. There were swimming crabs with their claws outstretched, mantis shrimp jumping around, plump and tender oysters, starfish, octopus, sea hares, scallops, razor clams, and sea snails… a dazzling array that made it hard to choose – all gifts from the ocean! The key was choosing between swimming crabs and oysters. Two hours were spent enjoying a feast of oysters, swimming crabs, mantis shrimp, and other seafood – truly indulging in the seafood to its fullest. Finally, a bowl of seafood noodles completed the meal perfectly."

"The hotel environment and service were actually quite good, and the staff were all very enthusiastic. It's suitable for families with kids. We stayed for two nights and saw the outdoor pool being refilled, so it felt relatively clean. However, the only thing I found unsatisfactory was the soundproofing in the room. Since many guests bring children, I could clearly hear kids running around upstairs, and also a dragging or moving sound, I'm not sure if it was from upstairs or next door. It was very clear and disturbed my rest! Perhaps putting carpets in the rooms in the future would help a bit."

"I rarely write reviews, but my first visit to the Shandong coast left a great impression, mainly because of the sea view private hot spring and pool. The hotel as a whole is top-notch, with excellent decor and aesthetics. The front desk lady was incredibly warm and gentle, and a gentleman helped with my luggage and thoughtfully adjusted the room temperature in advance. All the other staff were also very enthusiastic and professional, showing that their internal training is very thorough. The room view is unbeatable, and the private hot spring is huge, more than enough for two people. Opening the door to the sea and falling asleep to the sound of waves at night was pure bliss. The toiletries are a full set of Bulgari, there's a Dyson hairdryer, and a smart toilet. The minibar drinks and all kinds of cups are fully stocked. The environment is first-class, and the sliding door separating the wash area from the bed provides excellent sound isolation. I want to especially praise the pool. At this time of year, very few other hotels, especially those with outdoor pools, have theirs open, but this hotel's pool is already open. I went for a swim in the afternoon when it was warm. I heard there are only about twenty rooms, so the guest experience is excellent with fewer people. I was lucky enough to have the pool all to myself, which you wouldn't experience at a regular five-star hotel. The mackerel dumplings for breakfast were very fresh and delicious, and the breakfast also had fruit, which was a huge plus. As a watermelon lover, I was very satisfied. There are shared e-scooters at the hotel entrance, which is very convenient for those without a car. It's easy to get to Xianghai, Jiming Island, and the shipwreck, and taxis are readily available. There's also a nearby restaurant that serves delicious sea cucumber with rice. Areas for improvement: Because the private hot spring is so large, the disposable bathtub liner provided was a bit small and couldn't cover the walls of the hot spring once filled with water. I hope they can change their selection in the future, though I imagine there are few liners on the market that fit such a large hot spring. I also hope they can improve the placement of the pendant lamp on the left side of the bed in the 270 sunset view room. I wish them prosperous business and hope to stay again next year."

"Every evening, two bottles of yogurt were delivered, and the yogurt was delicious; my child loved it. The hotel slippers were excellent, very comfortable for disposable ones. The bedding met 5-star standards, soft and cozy. The staff at the lobby entrance were enthusiastic and helped open car doors. The location is great, just a short walk to the beach, and the surrounding area is also quite nice. Two things I wasn't particularly satisfied with: 1. There were people live streaming in the restaurant and lobby every day. They spoke very loudly, which was noisy and inappropriate. 2. The 'sea view' room was a partial side view, not directly facing the sea, and had no balcony (see attached photo). The view was okay, but it wasn't the direct sea view I was hoping for."
