I especially loved it; it added many pleasant surprises to my stay. The front desk staff were warm and professional, quickly processing check-in and even thoughtfully upgrading my room! The concierge helped plan our route and recommended local restaurants, and the staff responded to our requests very quickly, truly embodying the ”customer-first” philosophy.

I visited Weihai last year and was really impressed by Rongcheng. The weather was great, the streets were clean and tidy, and prices were very reasonable, making it a perfect place for a long stay. This time, I brought my child to escape the summer heat and chose this hotel. The environment is excellent, and it's very close to the beach, which is ideal for kids. The service was patient, warm, and attentive. The room was spacious and bright, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Highly recommended!

Every evening, two bottles of yogurt were delivered, and the yogurt was delicious; my child loved it. The hotel slippers were excellent, very comfortable for disposable ones. The bedding met 5-star standards, soft and cozy. The staff at the lobby entrance were enthusiastic and helped open car doors. The location is great, just a short walk to the beach, and the surrounding area is also quite nice. Two things I wasn't particularly satisfied with: 1. There were people live streaming in the restaurant and lobby every day. They spoke very loudly, which was noisy and inappropriate. 2. The 'sea view' room was a partial side view, not directly facing the sea, and had no balcony (see attached photo). The view was okay, but it wasn't the direct sea view I was hoping for.

The service is impeccable, the front desk is warm and thoughtful, and the rooms are cleaned in time and meticulous. The pool is crystal clear and very suitable for family outings. The most pleasant surprise is the restaurant, the ingredients are fresh, the cooking is authentic, and every mouthful is the taste of the sea. In the evening, I have a drink in the room and watch the sunset dye the red sea. Highly recommended to all friends who yearn for sunshine, beach and relaxing holidays!

You can see Bloubergstrand right when you wake up, and the beach is super close, just a short walk away. Compared to other hotels in the same price range, the environment and hygiene here are much cleaner, and there are no strange smells. Plus, the front desk lady was very helpful and accommodating; we arrived quite late at night, and she was still very attentive and responsible.

The place is pet-friendly, and they even set up a dedicated WeChat group for seamless communication and instant assistance with any issues. Having breakfast delivered right to our room was a lovely touch. It's truly an excellent choice for accommodation in Rongcheng, Weihai.

This was my first time staying in a deluxe sea view king room at Rongcheng Nishi Haitai, and I was absolutely thrilled with the experience! Stepping onto the balcony, you're greeted by the stunning blue ocean – a panorama of sky blue and sea blue that really amplifies the sense of vastness. The room was spacious and clean, the king-size bed was just the right firmness, and the hygiene was meticulously done. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the hotel facilities were comprehensive, with a private beach right outside. It’s a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The forest scenery is incredibly healing, and it offers great value for money. I decisively extended my stay!
