"I chose this riverside hotel for a solo getaway, and it exceeded my expectations. The hotel is nestled by the mountains and water, offering expansive views from the window. The outdoor infinity pool directly overlooks the river, making it wonderfully relaxing to soak and enjoy the breeze. The guest rooms feature a minimalist designer style, with high-quality materials and comfortable, clean soft furnishings. The front desk service was thoughtful and attentive. The environment is quiet and serene, a perfect escape from the city's hustle and bustle. Waking up to admire the distant mountains shrouded in mist and taking an evening stroll along the river was ideal for some peaceful solitude. The value for money is excellent, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area."

"Very clean and warm hotel. Very big room, huge window and view to the mountains. New double windows, so very quiet. Good beds and linen, good shower. The owners are extremely helpful. The girl made us 2 days itinerary with suggestions which places to go and which routes to use. She printed out the whole A4 text that was really helpful and made markings on the mountain map. We followed only her suggestions and without them it had been difficult decide where to go. The guy ordered us car to Shaoguan city, paid for it with his Wepay app and we paid him back using Alipay! It was so helpful of him to do it, because Alipay showed prices at around 150 RMB, Wechat only 58! We as foreigners couldn't download Wechat. Very good hotel, when visiting Danxia Mountains!"

"Had a fantastic trip! Arrived early and spent the morning exploring Yangyuan Stone. Came back to the guesthouse for a rest at noon, then went to see Yinyuan Stone in the afternoon. We booked a family room on the second floor with a balcony. It was lovely to soak up the sun and enjoy some tea there in the afternoon. The main bed was huge, and there was a bunk bed for the kids. The beds were so comfortable; we all slept soundly through the night. Highly recommend!"

"The front desk service was very good. I was afraid of noisy. I explained to the front desk that I arranged a quiet room. One of the young ladies took me upstairs and opened a few rooms for me to choose. I introduced me to the different rooms in different directions. I was really satisfied. I chose a room close to the back mountain. Full floor-to-ceiling windows, you can see the park behind, very comfortable, the room is large, the health is very clean, the first impression of this city is that this hotel gives, very friendly"

The room's cleanliness was also impeccable; the entire space was spotless, the bedding was soft, and the hot water and air conditioning worked perfectly. The soundproofing was excellent. The common areas were tidy and clean, and the location was very convenient for getting around. Throughout my trip, the front desk's meticulous and proactive service in handling any issues was the biggest highlight. You can genuinely feel that the hotel values each guest's experience. It offers great value for money, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling!"

"We had a wonderful time at Home of Mountains. The rooms, and the hotel itself, were beautifully decorated and very clean. Every day there was a varied breakfast and a lovingly prepared afternoon tea. Coffee lovers will also be happy here; there are several special coffees to try. The staff and the owner were very attentive, friendly, and helpful. We were given tips for the surrounding attractions, so that even though the scenic area was closed one day due to bad weather, we were able to explore the area. There is a pool on the hotel grounds that you can use at any time—perfect for cooling off after a day in the mountains. The hotel is just a few minutes away from the scenic area, and even from the grounds you have a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. We can absolutely recommend the hotel; if we come to the area again, it would definitely be our first choice. Thank you for the wonderful time!"

"The room is very clean and the facilities are very good. The new hotel has no smell. The restaurant on the second floor has morning tea and fried dishes. It is not expensive and tastes good. I will come again. Except for the loudspeakers of square dancing outside at night."

"The hotel room is spacious, with a 1.8-meter king bed, a 1.5-meter bed, a chaise lounge, and a desk and chair – perfect for a family of three. The bathroom is also very large, and the overall cleanliness is excellent. The hotel itself is a bit older, so the furniture is a bit dated. The front desk service was quite good; we paid an extra 50 yuan for three breakfast vouchers. Breakfast was decent, much better than the noodle shop to the left of the hotel. That noodle shop charged 20 yuan for a bowl of beef brisket noodle soup, and there was hardly any brisket – they claimed brisket was expensive, but seriously, avoid that place. There's a washing machine and dryer on the first floor. I forgot to take pictures of the room, so I've added a few photos of Danxia Mountain scenery instead."

They also thoughtfully recommended perfect itineraries and off-the-beaten-path scenic spots based on our itinerary, ensuring we didn't miss anything, and the scenery along the way was breathtaking. Even better was the restaurant the owner recommended – a true gem! The food was authentic, the portions were generous, and it was incredibly affordable. We ate there twice, and the kids ate exceptionally well, finishing every last bite. Everyone in our group raved about it. As for the room, it was clean, spacious, and bright, making it feel airy and comfortable. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and we slept soundly every night. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Danxia Mountain. Highly recommended!!!"
