Scenic spots are within walking distance, so when you're tired, you can return to the hotel to rest. The hotel's design is charming, with a breathtaking view at every step, perfect for photoshoots. 2️⃣The room was clean and comfortable, and even the balcony handrails were immaculately clean. Watching the birds circling the rooftop was refreshing. The bathtub was stocked with bath salts, and the welcome fruit was fresh. This is a hotel that truly cares about its customers. The front desk was polite and efficient, and check-in was quick. Our housekeeper, Susu, was very helpful and helpful, providing information about nearby attractions. Their sincerity was palpable. Because I travel frequently, I have high standards for accommodations, and I usually don't bother writing reviews. However, I was very satisfied with this one, with its excellent attention to detail. The issue I had with the hotel was that the toilet stank no matter how many times I flushed it. The smell was uncomfortable. Then the bottom of the toilet was leaking so your feet were in a puddle of dirty water. Everything else was nice though. Great breakfast! The staff were nice. Hopefully it was just my room that was off.

There was no sound all night (I learned the next day that it was an elderly guest who was not sensitive to sound and it was unintentional. Thank you for his or her understanding). This is the second like. The next day, when we were about to leave the hotel after having dinner there, a gentleman manager prepared two whole pieces of homemade steamed cakes for us, to apologize and compensate for the TV noise issue last night. It was really flattering and this is the third thumbs up. We are very touched by the hotel's timely response to guests' needs and its sincere attitude of not being perfunctory or shirking responsibilities. The bathroom door got jammed and was unable to open thankfully i hadn't booked the room alone I was able to call the lobby. Now imagine someone booked alone and went to take a shower and the bathroom door jams and theyre stuck in there how would they have gotten out

The shower faucet in the bathroom cannot be switched; you can only use the one on top, which is inconvenient. Also, the floor is always wet after showering. The buffet breakfast is just average but filling enough. Free parking is available.
