"As a local, this was my first time staying at this hotel, and I was truly impressed! It's newly renovated, and the rooms are incredibly clean and tidy. The decor is stylish and sophisticated, easily outshining other hotels in the city. I bought a 38 RMB breakfast deal, and it was fantastic – so many local specialties, and even fresh squeezed juice, which you rarely see. The coffee was absolutely delicious, a real highlight! The service staff were very friendly, and the aunties in the lobby were also very polite. If you're coming to Qionghai and want a great place to stay, don't hesitate – it's really worth it!"

It turned out to be surprisingly good – absolutely the best value for money! The front desk staff was also incredibly thoughtful and even gave us a complimentary breakfast. Although the breakfast selection wasn't huge, everything tasted delicious, especially the milk tea, which was even better than what you'd find in a tea restaurant. If I'm ever in the area again, I'd definitely choose this hotel."

"I was here for a business trip. Before checking in, the front desk lady helped us choose a room. We picked Building 1 over Building 3 because the restaurant is in Building 1, which was more convenient, and the view was great! The hotel is also very accessible for getting around. The breakfast had a good variety, and the pho was delicious! All the hotel staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. Lastly, a special thanks to Yingying and Xiao Wang for their prompt replies! They helped us with an early check-in and late check-out. I'll definitely choose Citadines again next time!"

Hygiene: The room was cleaned spotlessly every day, which I really appreciated. Very comfortable stay.

"So far on my trip to Hainan, I've stayed in four different hotels, ranging from budget-friendly to luxury five-star. My stay at Atour has been the most satisfying. Atour just opened less than two months ago, so everything is brand new, yet there's no hint of a renovation smell. The room's amenities and facilities are incredibly convenient and user-friendly, and the service attitude is wonderfully comforting and satisfying. It really feels like Atour's management genuinely understands customer needs and strives to provide service that meets, or even exceeds, expectations.
If I had to suggest an improvement, I'd recommend upgrading the toilet seats from the current semi-automatic heating and flushing models to fully automatic smart toilet seats that offer washing and cleaning functions. Quality brands like Panasonic offer these for under a thousand yuan. Smart toilet seats are quite common in many Chinese households now and are a significant consideration for many guests when traveling. Replacing them with fully smart models would be a major upgrade and a key factor for many potential guests."

"I was in Qionghai on business this time and stumbled upon this newly opened hotel. It's right in the city center, making it convenient to get anywhere. Check-in was super easy; they support digital ID cards, and the front desk lady was quick and efficient, getting me all set up in two or three minutes. She also kindly directed me to the laundry room and water dispenser. The smart room system is fantastic; no need to hunt for switches – I can just call out to turn on the lights or adjust the AC, which is perfect for someone as lazy as me. The Mlily zero-pressure mattress was incredibly comfortable. After a tiring day of accompanying someone, lying on it really helped my whole body relax, and I slept wonderfully. I booked the audio-visual room, and watching movies on the 100-inch screen was amazing. Catching up on shows after a busy evening was such a stress reliever. Plus, they offer complimentary snacks and soft drinks – impeccable attention to detail. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Qionghai!"

She was incredibly attentive and thorough in understanding our needs, and her responses were remarkably prompt – it felt like she always had her phone in hand! Polite and patient, she made the first stop of our Hainan trip a delightful experience. It’s a wonderful hotel with wonderful staff; I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit."

The location near Tanmen Fishing Port was interesting! What I'm most looking forward to is the owner's breakfast. The authentic seafood porridge was incredibly delicious. There was also a type of thin pancake; the breakfast was plentiful and unforgettable! So, besides recommending staying here, you absolutely must try their breakfast. If you miss it, you might not have another chance! If the owner sees this, please reply to me. What kind of fruit do you grow in your yard? This is making me anxious! 😂

The hotel has a beautiful environment, excellent service, and the rooms are clean and tidy. We visited Milk Lake, and the scenery there was absolutely stunning – the water was crystal clear and the sand was soft and fine. The climate by the sea was also perfect, making for a very comfortable stay. This trip was truly enjoyable, and I highly recommend everyone to come here for a vacation!

MM12430****The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable bedding and excellent hygiene! No carpets, so no musty smell, which is great for people with allergies. The hotel is right by the sea; its back door opens directly onto the coastal road, next to 'The Story of the Sea' – the most beautiful dining spot by the beach. We heard that even a former UN Secretary-General once dined there. Even at night, young couples were taking wedding photos on the beach. Walking west, you reach the mouth of the Wanquan River. Overall, though it's an older four-star hotel and the exterior looks a bit dated, the air is fresh, and it's very clean. The lobby even offers complimentary tea and bananas, which is a nice touch. Breakfast was delicious. In the evening, we went to the nearby Tanmen Town Fisherman's Wharf and bought live abalone, wild sea shrimp, mouse grouper, and scallops. We brought them back to the hotel, and the restaurant chef helped prepare them for a reasonable fee, which felt much safer than eating seafood at small outside eateries! The restaurant waitstaff, especially the aunties, provided superb service. They even kindly warned us when we ordered too many extra vegetables and soup, fearing we wouldn't finish them. In short, the hotel offers great value for money, and we extended our stay for two more nights! (Attached photos show the seaside scenery from the hotel's back door)

As soon as he entered the community gate, he said he liked it very much. It was not as noisy as in the city. The community was clean and hygienic. He was so happy when he entered the room. The two beds were separated. He said he had his own private space to play with his phone at night. 😂 It was clean and hygienic, and the facilities and equipment were complete. I will come again in the future.

There is a parking lot for convenient parking. The breakfast is quite satisfactory, just an ordinary buffet. The Story Street near the sea is very lively at night, with many stalls and bars. But it takes a while to walk there, so it is more convenient to ride an electric bike. For seafood, go to Tanmen. There is also the Boao Market. I think it's good. The key is to provide a pot. Although we didn't cook, we brought the children to make noodles for them. If you want to stay for a longer time, you can really choose this place

There's also a snack street nearby, and ordering takeout is easy. I ordered cooling drinks and shaved ice almost every day, as you sweat buckets the moment you step outside in Qionghai! The room was spacious, and the young lady at the front desk was incredibly friendly and always happy to help.
