During the March 3rd holiday, we drove from the main venue in Nanning to the branch venue in Hainan😀 (I heard that the Li people in Hainan also celebrate March 3rd). When we crossed the ferry, almost all the cars were Gui ABC. We ate seafood noodles, Wenchang chicken, coconut juice, and drove along the coastal highway. The blue sky and clear sea water🌊 made us feel good all the way. At night, of course, the first choice is the Boao State Guesthouse, which is located in a Feng Shui treasure land. The hotel is built on the foothills of the main peak of Boao Longtanling, next to the permanent venue of the Boao Forum for Asia. It is a hotel where the central leaders receive dignitaries from various countries and take into account daily high-standard receptions. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, we received enthusiastic service from the staff. We are very grateful to the manager for upgrading our family to a suite that usually sells for more than 3,000 yuan, and giving us two more breakfasts. The flattered joy came too suddenly😁. Needless to say, the interior decoration and supporting facilities of the room are very complete and elegant. The 150-square-meter suite with two living rooms, two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms is as comfortable as at home. It’s so good to live! Before going to bed, the waiter also brought Tremella soup and fruit, which is so thoughtful! The surrounding environment was very quiet at night, and the air conditioning temperature was just right, so I had a good night's sleep. In the morning, I woke up lazily to the chirping of birds and cicadas, and had a bowl of Hainan soup noodles, Qingbuliang, etc. among the various delicacies in the restaurant. It was another energetic and refreshing day! I want to say that when traveling to Hainan, the Boao State Guesthouse is the first choice! Looking forward to seeing you next time!

The hotel is good value for money. The service provided by Sales Director Wang is very good. The room is also very large, the playground is also very large, the children have a lot of fun, the whole hotel is quite complete, the front desk service is also very good, it is worth recommending, the hotel is not far from the Red Detachment of Women and Baishiling Tourist Resort, it is convenient to eat hot spring goose and grains, the hotel chosen for this National Day trip is great

The room was pretty neat and the service of the front staff employees and the housekeepers were great. The breakfast (if you have opted for it) was alright, nothing too spectacular. The only downside I could think of was the lack of a mini-fridge. I'd say that this hotel is a great location where there are many eateries and convenience stores nearby.

The hotel is next to the Asian Forum Conference Center. It is very convenient to drive from Boao Station for more than ten minutes. It is also close to Boao Town, less than ten minutes by car. The hotel and the surrounding environment are very beautiful, and you can sit on the balcony to watch the sunrise. The room is spacious, and the bed is moderately soft and hard. The whole family slept well. The breakfast is very rich, and the Huaiyang restaurant on the first floor of the hotel is also very good. Thanks to Bonnie for contacting us in advance and helping us arrange latex pillows, etc., and also gave a lot of recommendations for travel and surrounding restaurants. Due to the typhoon, the swimming pool and hot spring are temporarily closed. I hope I can experience it next time I have the opportunity to come again😊

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at on Hainan island. Great service - albeit English only is a challenge; clean and well designed rooms; wonderful amenities: two pools - one shallow, sprawling and great for kids and one facing the ocean; the roof has an open air lounge with a five path foot massage floor which we enjoyed as much as a morning coffee haha. Will be back!

The resort is well located next to the lake and walking distance to Baishiling park. Facilities are well designed and are being taken care of with a good maintenance plan. We travelled with kids and got the two bedrooms suite, which was very comfortable well appointed with great amenities. Compared to the other int chain hotels on Hainan, the management is doing so much better- great service from the staff and even during rush hour they have no problems delivering. Breakfast and food overall was good, while common areas are very comfortable and nicely designed. The hotel is children friendly and have numerous activities for the young visitors including a separate dedicated venue for them. For a more fluent communication Chinese speaking companions would make things very easy. This is a hot springs resort open for day walk-ins; it looks like an independent operation from the hotel management and the staff may challenge you (can be rude) if you don’t wear your bracelet - I would say more training is required for the hot springs personnel to meet the level of the hotel team. Overall a very good experience -

I ran out of toilet paper. I reported it to the front desk. Not long after, I received a call saying that the items were already at the door. I was also wondering why the waiter didn't just knock on the door. When I opened the door, I saw that it was delivered by a robot. Come, it’s fun [666]. Breakfast originally consisted of two rolls, but the hotel gave another one for free. Breakfast included fried noodles, noodle soup, kebabs, ground coffee, etc. I felt it was well worth the 28 yuan. I have been to Qionghai Ginseng and Boao Forum for many times. This is a very well-balanced hotel among the hotels I have stayed in in Qionghai. It also has an underground parking garage. It is really a small but well-equipped hotel [strong]

Accompanying my parents to Dongyu Island Hotel for vacation, the housekeeper Bonnie is very enthusiastic, considerate, and pays attention to details. She checked in for us, upgraded the room with a great view, arranged extra beds, quilts, hot springs, shared her own travel guides, etc. The front desk clerk, concierge, room attendant, and restaurant waiter were polite, meticulous, diligent, and amiable; they gave us small surprises... all made us feel at home. The hotel has complete facilities, spacious and bright rooms with reasonable layout. What comes into view outside the house is a beautiful view of the intersection of the river and the sea, and you can see the Jade Belt Beach. You can take pictures and watch the sunrise on the balcony, and the family can drink tea and chat, which is very relaxing and in a good mood. The hotel's beautiful environment, comfortable hot springs, and attentive service make us choose to stay again.

I went to Lecheng to visit relatives and chose Citadines. The front desk also thoughtfully upgraded the room. Thank you Xiao Feng for your warm and thoughtful service. The hotel is an apartment-style hotel with kitchen and household appliances. The rooms are large and the facilities are new, making it suitable for long-term stays. Just before Christmas, the hotel also built a creative Christmas tree with mineral water bottles strung together, which was quite interesting.
