"This was by far the most satisfying place I've stayed during my entire trip through Yunnan. The service was impeccable, truly 5-star. They've thought of almost every scenario in terms of amenities, thoughtful touches, and service. Beyond hand soap, the sink area also had laundry detergent and lotion. When the windows were closed, the soundproofing was excellent; even facing the street, it was incredibly quiet, ensuring a great night's sleep. Laundry left at the door was automatically picked up, washed, and returned daily, perfectly ironed and folded – absolutely no need to worry about it. Daily housekeeping also left handwritten notes, which was a lovely, warm touch. Fresh coffee, tea, and beverages were replenished daily. We upgraded our room and extended our stay by a day. We were even considering extending again for the weekend, but the hotel proactively called us to let us know they were fully booked, so we reluctantly had to end our stay. The breakfast was plentiful, and they even offered complimentary late-night snacks. The ginseng fruit and oranges provided by the front desk were delicious and sweet; my fruit-loving friend and I enjoyed many every day. I want to commend the staff again. If I ever visit Pu'er again, I will definitely stay here and recommend it to all my friends and family."

"We drove Xishuangbanna from Beijing and passed by here. I stayed at this hotel in Pu'er at the end of January. Because I didn't book a room in advance, I found that many hotels were full after I arrived. It was really the peak season near the Spring Festival. Little Pu'er, so many people. Hot! The front desk staff are very good, and there is fruit yogurt in the evening."

"This hotel is located in the heart of Pu'er city, just a 10-minute bike ride to Daijia Alley and the Old Street. The decor is very new, and the rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a real highlight – it's super rich with tons of variety, including local specialties like peanut soup and bean soup with rice noodles! As soon as you walk in, you're greeted with a selection of flower and fruit teas, Pu'er tea, coffee candies, and coffee, all available for guests. It offers excellent value for money. Check-in was handled with such a positive attitude, and they meticulously explained so many daily details, even outlining meal times clearly. Even when we bumped into staff in the elevator, they'd kindly remind us about the current weather and advise us to bring an umbrella if needed – the attention to detail was exceptional. What was even more heartwarming was that when we had a package to send, the front desk proactively helped us with the shipping arrangements. The service was truly meticulous. The hotel's location is also superb! It's incredibly convenient for visiting Simao Old Street and Daijia Alley, yet it's far enough from the noisy hustle and bustle of the city center. It's quiet and livable, perfect for both travel and relaxation. Now, let's talk about the room quality. For a price of just over 300 yuan, the amenities provided are an absolute steal! The room's overall decor is high-end, clean, tidy, and incredibly well-designed. The amenities are exceptionally comprehensive; not only are there standard toiletries, but they thoughtfully include body lotion and laundry detergent – they really understand the needs of travelers! They also provide complimentary coffee and tea, snacks, and popsicles. You can sit back and relax during your downtime; the attention to detail is truly spot-on. The sleep experience was divine! The bedding quality is super high, paired with a latex pillow and a latex mattress that's just the right balance of soft and firm. Lying down is incredibly stress-relieving, and we slept soundly and peacefully through the night. All the fatigue from our travels just melted away, and a hot shower followed by a night's rest was simply wonderful. The dining exceeded all expectations! From 7:30 PM to 10:30 PM, they even offer comforting late-night snacks. The chicken and pork rice noodles were incredibly authentic, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. The breakfast spread was extensive, with fresh, high-quality ingredients and a wide variety of choices. We ate satisfyingly and sumptuously every morning. Overall, from the service, location, room amenities, dining, to the thoughtful details, everything was impeccable. The value for money is outstanding, and the service is as warm and caring as family. "This is the best value-for-money hotel in Pu'er city, located right in the Tea Horse Ancient Town. It's very close to the airport and all the popular 'influencer' spots, and the area is full of tea shops. On the night we checked in, the neighborhood next door had a huge explosion, and we got to watch a free firework show all night! The next day, we saw the news and realized it was a pretty big fire in Pu'er. The second night, after the smoke cleared, we had a very good rest. The hotel also offered complimentary tea tasting, breakfast, and lunch, which made it an excellent deal!"

"The hotel is very close to Daijia Lane. It takes a few minutes to ride a small electric car. It is also very convenient to ride to the ancient town of Tea Horse in the evening. There is a coffee shop in the coffee manor next to it. I punched in for a while. A local restaurant next door was very hot. There was no seat at five o'clock. I must eat it next time! "Came here after spending three days in Xishuangbanna. I chose this hotel primarily for its location. The entrance is small, but the facade decor is quite nice. However, there are a few things I really didn't like: 1. The soundproofing is terrible. On top of that, there were wood-knocking sounds in the middle of the night, coming from what sounded like an attic. The rhythm was very consistent, with several sets of knocking. I barely slept the first night. 2. There was a disposable toilet seat cover next to the toilet with a sign saying it was for-pay use, but the bathtub cover didn't have a similar sign. Either don't provide them at all, or charge for both, or make both free. 3. The front desk staff seemed unprofessional and in need of systematic training. Their service felt inconsistent and chaotic. 4. The breakfast selection was limited, and tables weren't cleared promptly. When I went for breakfast at 9:00 AM, there were no seats available except for the high stools at the bar. 5. There aren't many hotel options in Pu'er. I'd suggest sticking with chains like Ji Hotel or Home Inn. Paying so much for this hotel just isn't worth it."

"Facilities: Fully equipped and complete. All facilities are in use, except for the outdoor pool which is currently under renovation. Hygiene: Five-star rating. The bedding is comfortable and soft. The disposable toilet seat covers, disposable face towels, disposable toothbrushes, and toiletries are all excellent! A big plus! Environment: A quiet oasis in a bustling area. "Its a newly renovated hotel though outside looks depleted. The room is large and I like the toilet bowl as its auto matic wash for you. Therr is free laundry at 2nd floor. The hotel serve dinner which is noodles daily for free. Breakfast is typical Chinese style breakfast and the hotel manager ask us to take away some eggs, sweet potato and bao for our 7 hrs train ride. Also you can ask for free train station transfer from the hotel. Good for holiday people to stay."
